Returning yet again, have been staying here for over 10 years, missed 2021 due to COVID19 regulations. Very spacious hotel in a beautiful setting, perhaps slightly worn around the edges but the pool and gardens are immaculately kept. Spacious room overlooking the pool and beach. The entrance lobby is stunning with seating areas to relax. The village nearby is struggling since covid and we try and patronise it as much as we can. The local family run restaurants serve traditional Thai cuisine at extremely reasonable prices. The hotel is also conveniently located for Hua Hin and Cha Am easily accessible by taxi. We will definitely return.

Trip.com was a lot cheaper (even than Agoda, so I strongly recommend checking at least three websites) and the hotel doesn’t offer price matching. One of the roads to the hotel has a lot of potholes so drive carefully. It’s about 20 minutes from the center, so hope you don’t mind. The member program seems pointless, so I didn’t bother joining & do you have to wait till next time to get benefits:( had to wait 15 minutes for our room to be ready, but didn’t see a lot of guests. Newly opened and cute design. The room is spacious with good quality mattress, great water pressure and beautiful decors. Everything in the room works well except for the bathroom design which needs immediate improvement. You cannot take a shower without making the whole floor wet (my room is superior type). I put a towel to block the water but this cannot be a permanent solution. Secondly, the bathroom wall is made of glass which looks modern but you cannot use the toilet without waking the other person in the middle of the night. Many people complains about the size of the swimming pool and common facilities but I know from the start it's a very small hotel so...The bar and bar rooftop area is a great place to hang with view of the sea. Breakfast is good compared to the price you pay. However, the reason I give it 3 stars only is the service, or lack of, at the restaurant during dinner time which is the worst I've ever experienced. There's like one lady minding the whole place and of course she never had time to come by to take our orders, check what we need or collect our plates or even get us the bill. My husband had to get up from the table 4-5 times during one dinner to go ask her for any kind of service. No need to say how slow the food was served. The wait and all wouldn't be so bad if there were some sorts of communications or apologies but I feel they just simply didn't care. That being said all the staff are very friendly. The 24 hours stay is a good concept but we were not informed during check in we needed to make a request in advance for check out time later than noon. Locationwise, there's nothing much in walking distance only 1-2 local food joints and one temple. Convinient stores are about 900 meters away on the main road. There's no beach.

Big balcony, big shower. Friendly and Customer orientation staff. Free bottled water every day in the room. Very comfortable mattress and pillows. Recommended!

The room that me and other 2 members of the family got had enough space for 3 people, even though the third bed was added there additionally. There was big couch/place to sit/play in the middle of room. We used it for our suitcases, which was very convenient for us. Another good thing is that there is one sink in the bathroom, and another sink in the room. So bye-bye long line for the bathroom!

In general, everything is good, the hotel is not new, it is noticeable, but basically everything works. The hotel is noticeably well managed, all processes are streamlined, check-in for large groups is quick. At breakfast, everything that is offered is sufficient and does not run out, even when the restaurant is very full. A significant drawback in the room is the lack of free sockets next to the bed and the table; if you need to use a laptop, it is relatively convenient to only use the TV socket if you turn it off. The remaining sockets are located inconveniently. Shown this in the photo There are no towels or drinking water in the gym, which is also a minus.

It was my first time at this hotel. Hear me out with my expression to this property. As soon as I stepped in the staff gave us such a warm greetings also the giant elegance classic chandelier was attracted lots of intentions. My children loved it so much. How impressed! The facilities are excellent and clean,the rooms with hygiene 100% Another spotlight that attracts attention is the swimming pool, so phenomenal with the front private beach. You have your own space and privacy. The staff there are so lovely they were treating us like a family. Especially, the host Pat he totally nailed it and makes us feel like home..the best! I love the Nómada. A good choice for a beautiful dinner with a variety of Southern American food. How incredibly they’ve decorated the place, its beyond heaven. This hotel is not exactly smack in the middle of Cha-am nor Hua Hin. However, it is a true retreat by itself. Like an oasis that pops in the middle of the rural landscape just north of Cha-am, the weekend here was a bustle of activities. Very popular with families with kids. There were so many kids here filling up the main and kids’ pool on Saturday. As the weekend ended, on the late afternoon of Sunday and a good half of Monday, the resort turned peaceful. Finally, there was more water then Children. The kiddy pool has a large air-filled dome sprouting water sky high. Both kids and adults were having fun climbing up and sliding down the feature. In the main pool, they have a permanent floating obstacle course called a Wibit. It was enjoyable watching people, including children, crash and fall into the water as they attempted to complete the course. So Sofitel Hua Hin is just filled to the brim with amenities. They have a kids’ club, a mini golf full of mythical figurines and a cycling track. One can ride their complementary bicycle, or have children rent their mini mopeds, scooters and other toy-ish vehicles. They have a games room (but it was hot), a mini tennis court and a bigger one that doubles as a basketball court. 4 pools in total on this land parcel perpendicular to the sea. The one near the beachfront has a jacuzzi, and there is yet another one in front of the gym. A beach restaurant fringes the not so friendly ocean. The sea was rough and murky. The water came up the break wall that prevents the garden from spilling into the sea. There is a mini sand beach with a few deck chairs, but it wasn’t much of a beach. Breakfast and dinner, we had them in their main restaurant called White Oven. It was really an oven, the air-conditioning needs some work. Otherwise it was pleasing to sit outdoors in the light morning breeze. The breakfast was extensive, a good wide mix of local and western dishes. Moo Ping (pork satays morning version) was superbly tasty and tender. The gravy for Kanom Jin (Thai rice noodle) was of a good rich density. There was also ice cream served in the buffet. However, the chicken rice was off, and their Pla Tong Kor (dough fritters) was a failure in texture and in taste. For the two mornings I had them, I do not know if it was just me, they had a strong hint of something medical. The room we had was So Family that has two bunk beds tucked into the side behind the master bed. The room was a whopping 60 square meters and was intensely decorated. If you live in a condominium, you will wish your studio is as trendy as this. The bathroom is massive. I love the floor to ceiling shower best. They have push buttons to turn on the water. There is one that produce moderate rain, another for heavy rain, and I was looking for the third that produce hurricane. It is not available. The room was very spacious and excellently clean. and we booked a pool room and you just opened the room door on to the terrace and stepped in to the pool. Very impressed The staff were incredibly kind and friendly. They could not do enough for us. The accommodation is next to the road, convenient, clean, and keeps out noise with a glass partition on the balcony. Unable to receive natural wind Reduces the noise of donkey cars very well. Considered a hotel with good service. But may be a hotel in a slightly old condition. Colleagues feel that the environment is good and the night view is also beautiful. The hotel staff are enthusiastic and service, mainly because the price is cheap, which is very suitable for business trips. It is affordable, and I will choose here next time I travel 😍😍😍

Very good, worth experiencing

the front desk staff at night gave the wrong key card to the wrong room.the hotel does not have an elevator,the air conditioner is not cool,even if it is turned on at 16 degrees

Food was overpriced as you pay for the Instagram moment, not the food. The service was slow as molasses. Breakfast spot was reserved, but they overbooked it anyway. This place is poorly managed. Buffet line was chaotic at best. No proper coffee, not even drip. Horrible tasting coffee from Nescafé Alegria machine. Toilet was clogged. Crowded parking. No basic instant coffee in the room. They have their own coffee brand that supposedly help you with weight loss. (Yuck) Come here for Instagram moment. Don’t expect relaxing moment touted by the resort. Nope, we won’t be returning any time soon.

The place is ok, but under repair and construction. (Fortunately, 1 that the sound is not very loud) 2 rooms booked are 3 as seen on the web. But when booking, I thought that I put a filter including breakfast. But arrived 4 staff 5 informed that on weekdays 6 did not open the kitchen. The overall picture is not 7, very impressed, but not disappointed 8.

The room is very beautiful, a little by the water and the mountains. The atmosphere is fresh, suitable for nature lovers.

A lovely retreat from the city madness, the complex was clean and staff were lovely! Personally I didn’t like the food however it was all presented well and others in the group enjoyed their meals. Overall I’d definitely stay again if I was doing a similar trip down to Chumpon, not sure I’d go out the way if I wasn’t close by.
