When the car arrived at the hotel, the porter came to help with the luggage. When checking in, the lady at the front desk was very enthusiastic and efficient. When I got to the room and opened the curtains, I could see the river view, which was very beautiful and comfortable. The room was clean and tidy, and parking was convenient. I will come again next time

I have stayed at the Wyndham Baise Resort a few times during the past couple of years. This past week I stayed two nights with friends to celebrate my birthday. The hotel staff delivered a cake and card to my room, which was a sweet surprise. The staff is always friendly and helpful. There is always someone available who can speak English if you need it. We enjoy eating at the restaurant on the first floor which has a variety of good food to choose from. The rooms are comfortable and clean. There is a pool and a sauna that we use every time we go. I love the view of the city and river from the window. A mall and some restaurants are in walking distance.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at a truly exceptional hotel in the beautiful city of Yangshuo, and I can confidently say it exceeded every expectation. The property itself was absolutely gorgeous, and the service was nothing short of amazing. The hotel offered incredible inclusions—complimentary car rides, delicious breakfast, and even complimentary dessert—that made the stay feel thoughtful and elevated. The food was fantastic, and every meal felt carefully prepared. I’ve traveled to so many places around the world, but I have to say this hotel stands out as one of the best in every category. The people of Yangshuo are incredibly hospitable and kind, and the hotel staff were the perfect reflection of that warmth. They worked so hard and went above and beyond to help me communicate, plan activities, and make sure I had the best time of my life. Their effort and dedication truly made the experience unforgettable. I genuinely enjoyed my stay here, and I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Yangshuo. It’s an exceptional experience in a stunning city with some of the nicest people you’ll ever meet. I wish I can list the names of every person at the hotel that helped us, but I want to thank every single one of them for making our stay unforgettable.

Our trip to Guilin was perfect, and I have to give the Lijiang Wangyue Hotel a full five-star rating! It's located right in the scenic area, making getting around super convenient. It's close to Elephant Trunk Hill and the Two Rivers and Four Lakes, about a 10-minute walk or e-scooter ride. There are also plenty of pedestrian streets and snack streets nearby, so finding food is easy. The room was very clean; I specifically checked the mattress seams and AC vents, and there was no dust. The bed was just the right firmness, so I slept very comfortably. The smart toilet and large showerhead were huge bonuses – hot water came quickly, and the water pressure was strong, making showers very refreshing. The service felt genuine, not forced. Check-in was fast, and I was offered a cup of hot tea. The front desk has a 'treasure box' with free items, and each floor has a laundry and drying room, so you don't have to worry about clean clothes when you're out exploring. Parking was also convenient, and there are charging stations available. It offers excellent value for money; I highly recommend it!

No complaints whatsoever, apart from the hot weather. The location is fantastic, and the environment is stunning – it truly felt like a scene out of the 'Wizard of Oz'. Jintan Beach is right downstairs, perfect for taking the kids to catch small crabs and collect seashells. However, compared to Yintan Beach, the water quality here is slightly inferior. On the bright side, Jintan offers better value for money, and most importantly, the sunsets here are absolutely breathtaking. The swimming pool downstairs is also excellent – clean and well-maintained. Dining options nearby are plentiful, and if you don't feel like going out, you can easily order food delivery to your room.

This hotel boasts an excellent location. It's incredibly convenient for transportation, just a two to three-minute walk from the subway station, allowing easy access to all corners of the city. If you choose to take a taxi to Nanning East High-Speed Rail Station, it's only a short ten-minute ride, saving a significant amount of travel time. The staff's service attitude is outstanding, especially Moon, Pink, Joyce, and Freya at the service center. They are not only warm and attentive but also patiently and thoroughly answer all inquiries. They enthusiastically recommend local dining and entertainment options, making every guest feel genuinely cared for. This trip, due to my schedule, I needed a slightly later checkout, and they graciously offered a complimentary late checkout until 4 PM, which was very accommodating. The hotel's facilities are comprehensive, featuring a swimming pool and a well-equipped gym with plenty of exercise machines. The breakfast and Chinese restaurants are located on the 6th floor. Breakfast is quite varied, offering both Western and Chinese options to suit different tastes. The hotel is right next to the large shopping mall, Hangyang City, and Mixc City is also not far, making dining, shopping, and strolling very convenient. What's more, you can directly access the second floor of the mall from the hotel lobby, which is incredibly handy. As night falls, the surrounding night view of the hotel is absolutely stunning, like a captivating painting. This prime location and excellent service make this hotel an ideal choice for both business travelers and leisure tourists.

Yangshuo Seasons Cloud Residence | Soaking in the pool with karst mountains as a backdrop 🥰 On my fourth day in Guilin, I checked into a landscape painting in Yangshuo that needed no filters 🌿. I actually changed my Guilin itinerary to a ”chill-out vacation” just for this hotel – the Seasons Cloud Residence truly has the saying ”Guilin's scenery is the best under heaven, but Yangshuo's is even better” literally framed outside its windows! I was immediately stunned by the beauty upon arrival: Opening the door revealed a combo punch of 'karst mountains + a vast lawn + a swimming pool'. Looking down, there's the crystal-clear pool on the room's terrace; looking up, the blue sky enveloped in clouds drifts towards the mountain peaks, and even the wind carries the scent of osmanthus! I booked a suite with a private pool. Sitting in the pool with a drink at sunset, as the distant mountains blurred into warm orange hues, I finally understood the meaning of ”mountains as screens, water as curtains”! Reasons why I didn't want to leave after checking in: ✅ The room is a ”mobile observation deck.” Warm, minimalist decor + an extra-large terrace. The pool directly faces the mountain view (swimming and watching the clouds drift by is incredibly therapeutic), and the living room is perfect for lounging with friends over tea or drinks. The amenities are so complete it felt like moving my home into the heart of nature. ✅ The public areas are more photogenic than actual scenic spots. The ground-floor pool features a marble pattern, framing the landscape like a painting! In the morning, when the sunlight hits the water, it turns so blue it looks like the sky has been crumbled into it. People asked if my original photos were from the internet! The hotel restaurant offers local dishes, and if you don't feel like moving, food delivery is also quick, as it's only a few kilometers from town. The most amazing part is being able to ”embrace Yangshuo without leaving the hotel”: Next to it are the Ten-Mile Gallery, Yulong River, and the Impression Sanjie Liu show, but I spent two days at the hotel— Soaking in the pool gazing at mountains, lounging on the terrace basking in the sun, counting clouds from the bathtub… This relaxed feeling of having the mountains and rivers as your backdrop is a unique romance only found in Yangshuo! Trust me! When you come to Guilin, don't just rush through attractions. Shangri-La Nanning is centrally located right beside the 万象城 mega shopping mall 🛍️ truly convenient & venture around to the key attractions. The room are well-furnished, exude sophistication & a contemporary modern look, perfect dream hotel room every traveller can even imagine. The top-notched rendered service by the warm & attentive staff made us felt “Home Away From Home”, it’s truly a hallmark of warm hospitality beyond words. Priceless experience of a lifetime! The breakfast was excellent, and the amenities overall were very good. However, I would like to highlight a few areas for improvement. The men’s dry sauna requires some maintenance, and the overall cleanliness of the room could be enhanced. In particular, the washroom sealants showed mold, the ceiling had spider webs, and the carpets would benefit from a deep cleaning. I also recommend that front desk staff receive additional training in basic English communication, as this would significantly improve the guest experience for international visitors. Given the reputation of Crowne Plaza as a global brand, maintaining a consistently high standard of quality and service is essential. Despite these issues, I found the hotel to be a very pleasant place to stay, and I look forward to returning to Nanning and staying here again once these improvements are addressed.

The location is super convenient, right by the water and hills, and the sunrise is absolutely stunning. It's just a 20-minute walk to Elephant Trunk Hill and Sun and Moon Twin Pagodas. The hotel is very clean, and the beds are quite soft and cloud-like, making it hard to get up in the morning – I even skipped going up Yao Mountain! Luckily, the sunrise view from the balcony was also fantastic. The service was incredibly warm and friendly; they helped me with my luggage all the way to the room, were very attentive to my needs, and even helped me organize my itinerary. Breakfast was plentiful, with a great variety of Chinese, Western, Guangxi, and Cantonese options. That apple-shaped bun with taro filling was delicious, and the roasted pork in the Guilin rice noodles was amazing! The hotel is right next to Fubo Hill, and you can see its reflection in the water from the balcony. Plus, there were thoughtful little gifts of Zhuang brocade and even travel photography services available. It was a really comfortable stay! ^_^
