The hotel room is very good, not as good as in the photos, but the hotel front desk promised to refund the early check-out, and the foreman agreed to the refund, but it was invalid, and finally insisted on charging the full amount. I paid on the Ctrip version, thank you very much

Two weeks ago, I began my trip with a few days at the Holiday Inn, and I am now concluding it here. The staff remembered me, and just like before, I was greeted with warm, smiling faces from the moment I arrived until the moment I left. The service is consistently excellent, making every stay a pleasant experience. I highly recommend staying here for anyone looking for great hospitality and service.
I booked this hotel due to two reasons - its a Marriot property now and the beach pier which I saw in the pics. Unfortunately the pier is closed now and there is no direct access to any beach. That was a big disappointment. The other issue was that there is no calling bell outside the room. So the staff has to knock!! If you are asleep or TV is ON, you will mostly not hear it. Bit strange despite being a marriot property.
The pros: The check in and checkout was seamless. The reception is very well managed and the people are very nice and hospitable. The breakfast buffet was good with nice vegetarian options (which I had requested and the hotel was kind enough to oblige). The deluxe room with ocean view was quite large and had a nice balcony. though not directly on the watefront, could view the ocean...it should be renamed as partial view of ocean though. The in room dining food was quite good. Also the location is in a nice part of the town.
Praise praise. The hotel is good, just in the city center, 15 minutes walk from the beach, 15 minutes from the cocoa beach. There are Chinese restaurants around. The service staff is also more enthusiastic.
Because my family stayed here ten years ago, we still chose this hotel ten years later. The services are still good. Although the decoration is a bit old-fashioned, you can feel the charm of the times. There is security check when entering the hotel. The services are very mature. I feel very relieved. I eat three meals a day in the hotel. The band also adds a lot of color. The waiters understand the guests very well. Dining by the sea, looking at the sea and listening to music, the atmosphere is very good
This is a comfy stay in the heart of dar es salaam ! Please go to Joshua in the front desk who will make you feel very much welcome and even offer you upgrades, and free welcome Tanzania wine and fruits!

I stayed here on a business trip. I highly recommend it. It is located in the city, and the sea view rooms have a view of the harbor. The hotel facilities are very modern, almost the level of a 4.5-star hotel in China. The room I stayed in also had a large refrigerator and kitchen, which is very practical for business travelers who stay for more than a week. The hotel is in good sanitary condition, and the service staff is also very enthusiastic. It is worth staying.

GGeorge_WONGI recently visited this hotel and the hotel restaurant and had an excellent experience as they offered me an early check-in. The service was good and the waiter, Seif, was very attentive and friendly.

GGuest UserThe transit hotel is good, the taxi driver charges me 5USD from airport to hotel, its acceptable for the first time, but after living in Tanzania for a month, 5USD is really a lot.
Staff are nice and friendly, but there is electricity cut off that day.
The only thing is the location is bad, the surrounding is dangerous. People nearby will shout, come near you when seeing you are tourist.
That why I live only for 3 hours instead of the whole night. I prefer staying at the airport during interchange flight.
