Beautiful hotel, the villas are clean, spacious and well maintained.  Also swimmingpools and common areas are very pleasant. Adult pool is so peaceful! Service is excellent (we had an issue in our villa and they gave us a better one) and everybody is very kind. Pretty good level of English. Food for both breakfast and lunch/dinner is just average, across all the board. Big issue, it is almost impossible to swim in the sea or also just enter and play in the water. Very dark, smelly, with foam and jellyfish sea and beach. A big thanks to all the staff, we really appreciated your support and passion!!!

Amazing place in Ho Tram for all member in family. Golf course nearby (Bluff) for father. Shopping area (the hampton night market) for mother. Kids club and swimming pool for the kid. Too busy enjoying everthing this lovely hotel offer so I didnt take any picture of the room. But everything was perfect. The cleanliness, the services are top of the class.

A magical place away from civilization! For peace and quiet! The mineral water is magical! On weekdays there are very few people, both in the hotel and in the park. It feels like you are alone there! Incredible relaxation! The hotel is huge, conducive to walks, but there are also electric cars that will take you wherever you need. The breakfasts are top notch! Everything is super! Lunches and dinners from the menu - very tasty? But a bit expensive... Minus: far from everything, no ATM, shops - stalls with small items. This is not enough for a long stay. But you can take a taxi to the city (about 5 km) for 300,000 there and back with waiting. You can call a taxi from the reception.

The breakfast is not rich enough, the environment is big enough, but environmental hygiene needs to be improved. Many facilities are already very old. The swimming pool is also very unclean. Many tiles at the bottom of the pool are broken and the disinfectant smells very strong! The room is clean and clean! There is a lot of rubbish on the beach, which has not been cleaned up in time.

Clean and tidy room. Very helpful staff although they spoke very little English, but okay with the support of a translation app. Not easy to get a grab bike from the hostel because drivers think it’s far. I got support from a staff person to bring me to the mall on his motorbike (i have him a small tip)

The hotel is a self-defined five-star hotel in Vietnam. The attitude of the service staff is good, but the after-sales service is 0 points; dinner is at your own expense, so it is okay; breakfast the next day is indoors and outdoors, but the table is full of flies, so I choose to dine indoors to avoid the interference of flies; Unfortunately, our family of four suffered from severe diarrhea and continued to have diarrhea the next day after checking out. It is seriously suspected that the kitchen was contaminated when it was cooled down after the meals were completed, or the chefs were not clean. After contacting the hotel's customer service, there was still no reply. It was a bit hard to accept the price and service.

Been there for relaxing time. The staff was great. The hotel rules state 'gives you 2bottles everyday. Extra bottles is charged 50 000VND' ... Don't mind that...just go argue that to the counter, they gives us plenty more for free. The breakfast had lot of choice : western, Korean, Chinese, Vietnamese food. The hotel is at 3minutes by walk from Back Beach (largest one). However, that beach has lot of rubbish and garbage from the sea... The pool was really awesome. Improvement: make the bar a bit more active😉 No one there... Had to go inside to get a cold beer

This is the second booking. We had a wonderful stay at The Malibu Hotel during our recent family trip! The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, making us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. The rooms were clean, spacious, and comfortable—perfect for our family of 5. The breakfast spread was delicious and offered something for everyone, which made our mornings so much easier. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and we’d definitely consider staying here again on our next family getaway!

The location was secluded annd quiet area with big beach. Shuttle services from/to airport are convenient and just 10 minutes away. Restaurant menus include local and western selections; all the food we had was well prepared and delicious. The staff members were polite, kind and helpful (Minh Anh and Dang Nguyen were specially helpful). Most of the serving staff spoke English very well. Even we were boating, a staff member took time to take photos of us. They offer complimentary hiking which took us to a breathtaking view of the ocean. The rooms were spacious and well taken care of. We would love to come back that we didn’t know it was a windy season that we could not swim, but still enjoyed the resort and the island.
