DDenis SinkWe stayed at this hotel for a few days. It's a new hotel, so it has a few things that could be better. I'll start with the first one. Construction is still happening on some floors, so there will be noise from time to time. During breakfast, the place gets crowded, and the staff don't always manage to clear dirty dishes or replenish items on the buffet promptly. Some dishes, like the rice buns, had cooled down and were a bit hard.
The room was okay, but the bathroom was a problem. The bathtub moved a little bit, and water leaked onto the floor. It took a long time for the water to dry.
The good things are that the room was clean, and the staff were very polite and always ready to help. We want to give a special shout-out to the staff at Skybar on the 24th and 25th floors. We often stopped by for snacks and drinks there. The location is a big plus. It is five minutes from the beach and 10 minutes from a shopping mall. The view from the room was stunning.
In short, the hotel tries to maintain a high standard. If they keep working hard, I think they could match the quality of international 4-star hotels with excellent service in about a year.

JJoe GuyAbsolutely fantastic highly recommend this hotel it was immaculate everything about it right from the bedding to the room to the floor to the showers in the towels to the sheets to the mattress outstanding not only was the price unbelievably incredible $11.60 per night Australian the service the staff is there translator for everything that we asked . In my opinion this is one of the best hotels we stayed in In Viet Nam so far and believe me with setting for the few it’s always a really good feeling when you ***** the beds and check out and even the mattress is immaculate and the pillows so absolutely 100% guarantee you’ll love it here and location is perfect you can hire a motorbike from reception there so helpful it’s the best I wouldn’t even think of going down the street for the extra or the under whatever you want to pay but yeah if you want to pay 60 bucks that’s great but why did you pay $60 when you can pay 11 and to be honest with you you’re probably gonna get a bit around a cleaner room and better service

RRicefieldOur experience at this hotel was generally positive, with several highlights worth mentioning. We were pleasantly surprised when we were upgraded to a larger room with a nice view of the city, which enhanced our overall stay. The hotel’s location was convenient, being close to important amenities and the beach, making it easy for us to explore the area. We appreciated the thoughtful gesture of providing noodles and water in the room, which came in handy during our stay. The staff were polite and friendly, adding to the welcoming atmosphere of the hotel. However, we did notice that the cleanliness of the linen could be improved, as attention to detail in this area was lacking. Overall, while there were some minor issues, our stay was enjoyable and we would consider returning in the future.

GGuest UserThis is my third time staying in this hotel. The sea and the beach are right at the doorstep of the hotel, which is very suitable for leisure and vacation. I had Chinese food in the hotel, which was surprisingly delicious and not expensive. The room rate is also very reasonable. It is definitely worth staying!

DDevdashGood hotel, overlooking beach sea.... Rooms are comfy spa staffs are very friendly polite.... Front desk need to more professional and to provide proper informations... Rest hotels is great... Just this city lacks proper tourist destinations.... City needs more quality restaurants and cafes... Beaches are wonderful but popular beach like ky co they charge entrance fee, than parking fee, bed renting,.. It's supposed to be public beach but some company they leased and owned it... Now all visitors need to pay.... Never heard anything like this in Thailand... Bali....

NNhi Ngọc YếnThis's a sweet homestay. It takes 5mins to walk from the sea. This's the first time i travelled in Vietnam. The host's really friendly. We rent the motorbike and they introduced for me anywhere we wanna to go. The room 's cute, clean, comfortable, sophisticated. The homestay has a nice rooftop. At night, we drunk Quy Nhon beer with the hostess and her husband. That's nice vibe. They make me feel that i come back my home. I make sure that i'll come back here and drunk again with them ^^

DddeodolyIt was my first time visiting Quy Nhon.
It wasn't too far from the bus stop on tje accommodation. The front desk staff was friendly, and tje domitory room I stayed in was very clean, especialy spacious, and had a lot of space.
The bathroom and shower were outside, but it wasn't too inconvenient, and I had a very comfortable stay.
The towels that were changed every day and the free bottled water were also very nice.
I will definitely stay here again next time I come to Quy Nhon.

MMichelle, SingaporeThe staff at Casa especially Ms Thuy and Ricky are very friendly and helpful. They are always ready to assist and provide service and have initiative on observing the habits of their guests. Their high level of a service makes the stay at Casa very warm and enjoyable.
The sea facing and closeness to the sea is truly amazing. We booked ocean villa and the beach is right at our balcony with a quiet beach. The sound of the waves really makes it very relaxing.

Aarkag10 out of 10 for attentive service, location views and breakfast. Regretfully weird architectural choices spoil the otherwise perfect stay. Linoleum floors in the shower? This is both cheap and unsafe. Open plan toilet in the suite? To hear ALL bodily functions of your partner? Someone also saved money on half width bath towels. BESIDES the staff Is brilliant and helped.us a lot with delayed baggage. Great hotel with poor architectural chioces
