Hotels With Pools in Samarkand Region, Uzbekistan

The hotel is next to historical landmark Shah-i-Zinda necropolis. Registan Square is a 20-minute walk or 10-minute drive away. Taxi drivers need to be given the exact location of the hotel, which is on an uphill road, otherwise they may be dropped off in front of Shah-i-Zinda Cemetery. Hotel room is well equipped and wifi is stable. Staffs are really helpful. Fruits provided for breakfast are juicy.

This hotel boasts an excellent location right next to a park. You can take a pleasant walk through the park to reach Tamerlane's Mausoleum and Registan Square. The hotel itself is lovely, featuring a gym and a good breakfast; we even got different options on our two mornings. There are several restaurants in the surrounding blocks, and about a kilometer away, you'll find banks for currency exchange, although the rates aren't the best.

We were thoroughly satisfied with our stay at this hotel. Upon arrival, the front desk manager kindly upgraded our room to a suite in celebration of my wife's upcoming birthday—a thoughtful gesture that set the tone for our visit. The suite, featuring a separate bedroom and living room, was impeccably clean and beautifully maintained. Breakfast was delicious, offering a wide range of continental options. While I would have appreciated more local dishes, the variety and quality were excellent. Both the reception and dining staff were friendly, attentive, and eager to assist. The SPA area and swimming pool were spacious, clean, and designed to offer plenty of privacy, even when other guests were present. Tip: About 100 meters to the left of the hotel, there’s a fantastic local BBQ restaurant with affordable, tasty food. A heartfelt thanks to the hotel management and staff for the upgrade and making our stay truly memorable.

We were very satisfied with our stay at this hotel. Although it’s rated 4 stars, it offers amenities and service comparable to some 5-star hotels. Our room was spacious, featuring a balcony, a spotless bathroom, and four complimentary bottles of water although we are a couple. The reception staff were friendly and helpful, arranging our private visit to the SPA and swimming pool, which we thoroughly enjoyed. Breakfast was delicious, with a wider and better selection than some nearby 5-star hotels. The only downsides were the location of the rooms, which are separate from the main building, the absence of an elevator, and open-air corridors connecting the rooms to the dining and SPA areas. This can be uncomfortable during colder months like February, so dressing warmly is advisable. This hotel is definitely THE BEST DEAL you can find in the area and it's just 10 minutes walk from the main attraction in Samarkand.

We are so happy and satisfied with this hotel until the day we checked out. We were accused of taking the laundry bag which is worth 300k Uzbek SUM. I went up with 2 staff and it turned out it was in the drawer all the time (the funny thing is I never even touched it.) I don’t blame these 2 staff as I know it is their responsibility to make sure nothing was missing/stolen (though next time it would be appreciated if they can check it more thoroughly.) What truly pissed me off is the attitude from another female staff at the reception named Zarifa. From the moment we checked out, she just looked grumpy and when my friend said “we never used it”, she reacted with “I am sure you did” in a very rude way! Even later on, it turned out to be in the drawer in the room, she was not even apologetic (the other 2 staff at least said “sorry for the mistake.” This is one of the 2 five star hotels in Samarkand and I just hope what we paid at this hotel is equivalent to the amount of respect you show to your customers. The hotel really NEEDS to put more training in your staff’s service. By the way, we had a really nice chat with another staff named “Firdav” at the first floor bar (if I remember his name correctly, he is tall and bit skinny). He had worked in Hilton for 2 years and the professionalism and politeness he demonstrated is just another level. PLEASE LEARN FROM HIM THAT HOW A STAFF AT 5 STAR HOTEL SHOULD BEHAVE AND TREAT THEIR GUESTS!!

Hotel itself was amazing. Very clean & posh. Breakfast was wide of selections. Swimming pool & spa was fun way to relax.  When we ask, they happily made us late check out. Very grateful! Vey much enjoyed staying.  Only downside was location, although it's close to a park, we found it hard to find yandex. It was quite expensive & took 10-15 mins to arrive. Since we have been using yandex many different cities, this time was the most hassle.

Прекрасный отель! Новый, чистый, удивительно доброжелательный персонал. Все понравилось. В отеле есть отличный SPA: 2бассейна с комплексом саун. Рекомендую!

A great option for a stay in Samarkand. The Registan is a 15-20-minute walk away. There's a cafe serving Samarkand pilaf next door. The rooms are spacious and there's a spa area with a small pool, hammam, and sauna. However, the sauna and hammam weren't very hot.

Great location, but this hotel was a bit of a weird experience. We stayed for one night. It was fine for one night. I felt more like I was staying at a hotel than at my aunt's, who wasn't very friendly and was a bit arrogant for no apparent reason. The atmosphere was just right, a hint of cool, but very bourgeois. There were no lamps or switches near the bed; you had to go to the door, turn off the light, and then return to bed in pitch darkness. Breakfast was edible, but it was in the basement. It was very cold there. The coffee wasn't tasty, the pancakes were excellent, but the tablecloths were really dirty. Overall, it was okay to spend the night; it wasn't exactly bad, but I'd advise the owners of this hotel to stay at other hotels to understand how things work and apply them to their own.
