A nice, clean hotel, thank you! I checked in late in the evening. I was greeted and shown around. The young man at reception was very pleasant. He explained everything and showed me places to visit. The Shahi Zinda complex is right across the street from the hotel, and the market and Bibi Khanym Mosque are nearby. The hotel has a simple, pleasant design. I recommend it!

This hotel boasts an excellent location right next to a park. You can take a pleasant walk through the park to reach Tamerlane's Mausoleum and Registan Square. The hotel itself is lovely, featuring a gym and a good breakfast; we even got different options on our two mornings. There are several restaurants in the surrounding blocks, and about a kilometer away, you'll find banks for currency exchange, although the rates aren't the best.

Small hotel but room was quite spacious . General public areas was tasteful and spacious as well. The staff were most impressive and helpful with our needs. Especially at the concierge, the language skill of the staff there made our visit so much easier and familiar.

We were very satisfied with our stay at this hotel. Although it’s rated 4 stars, it offers amenities and service comparable to some 5-star hotels. Our room was spacious, featuring a balcony, a spotless bathroom, and four complimentary bottles of water although we are a couple. The reception staff were friendly and helpful, arranging our private visit to the SPA and swimming pool, which we thoroughly enjoyed. Breakfast was delicious, with a wider and better selection than some nearby 5-star hotels. The only downsides were the location of the rooms, which are separate from the main building, the absence of an elevator, and open-air corridors connecting the rooms to the dining and SPA areas. This can be uncomfortable during colder months like February, so dressing warmly is advisable. This hotel is definitely THE BEST DEAL you can find in the area and it's just 10 minutes walk from the main attraction in Samarkand.

We are so happy and satisfied with this hotel until the day we checked out. We were accused of taking the laundry bag which is worth 300k Uzbek SUM. I went up with 2 staff and it turned out it was in the drawer all the time (the funny thing is I never even touched it.) I don’t blame these 2 staff as I know it is their responsibility to make sure nothing was missing/stolen (though next time it would be appreciated if they can check it more thoroughly.) What truly pissed me off is the attitude from another female staff at the reception named Zarifa. From the moment we checked out, she just looked grumpy and when my friend said “we never used it”, she reacted with “I am sure you did” in a very rude way! Even later on, it turned out to be in the drawer in the room, she was not even apologetic (the other 2 staff at least said “sorry for the mistake.” This is one of the 2 five star hotels in Samarkand and I just hope what we paid at this hotel is equivalent to the amount of respect you show to your customers. The hotel really NEEDS to put more training in your staff’s service. By the way, we had a really nice chat with another staff named “Firdav” at the first floor bar (if I remember his name correctly, he is tall and bit skinny). He had worked in Hilton for 2 years and the professionalism and politeness he demonstrated is just another level. PLEASE LEARN FROM HIM THAT HOW A STAFF AT 5 STAR HOTEL SHOULD BEHAVE AND TREAT THEIR GUESTS!!

We stayed on the 16th floor and the view was amazing. AC truly kept us cool during summer heat. Breakfast buffet had varieties of Uzbek food. Overall, we had a great stay.

The hotel has a great location on the main street, with several good restaurants and a nice dessert shop nearby. The hotel breakfast is also quite plentiful. Recommended.

Great location only minutes away from the amazing registan square. Breakfast selection is wide and recommended and a large variety of cold and hot options. Fairly priced. Overall the room is small, walls are thin, hence easy to hear sound of the hall way. Further, upon check in, the hot water kettle is used with water and black liquid inside without cleaned - mentioned to the cleaning staff, remained uncleaned for the next three days. The pool and sauna required booking ahead of time which made it hard to utilize.
