This hotel is very nice if you think about the price to quality ratio. People who work there are ok. The hotel is clean and has a nice restaurant inside that serves many dishes. There was music during the day and the cleaning service did a good job. The only thing that is not on is not about the hotel but about the area - when we get out of the hotel many street and beach vendors aggressively approach us. The hotel is ok so you can go there and rest for even a few weeks but the area is dangerous so stay safe in the hotel. Some of the street vendors are so rude that they are going after you from the beach to the hotel main door where the body guard stops him.
My next trip to this beautiful island
🏝️ Zanzibar 🔥
I want to note right away that my first visit to the island was not so joyful and emotional.
I stayed then in the hotel Riu Palace Zanzibar, thanks to which, I did not want to leave the hotel grounds at all, because when I went outside the grounds, I felt completely despondent and I would even say horror..
I also cannot note that during this time the island has changed a lot:-
1. A new airport has been built and opened
2. On the way from the airport to Kendwa beach, you drive along an asphalt road, the roadsides are clean, which could not be said on the first visit, it was dirt, broken roads and very, very 😱😱
In general, the second, third visit to this wonderful island is already a tedious wait in anticipation of the Turquoise water. white sand bright sun)
Stop at the hotel
Kendwa Rocks ..
I really like the piece of this coastline from the Riu Palace Zanzibar hotel to Kendwa Rocks🔥🔥
Wide coastline, equipped with sun loungers and mushroom beaches, you will hardly notice the low tide, but at least it definitely does not prevent you from enjoying the Indian Ocean, there is no seaweed .. someone may be bothered by moored ships and boats, I do not)).
HOTEL
Zanzibar to Kendwa Rocks
the hotel is four stars 🌟 and it gets a solid four for that 🔥🔥🏝️🏝️
The hotel grounds are very well maintained, the rooms are arranged in a cascade, if you go to booking, you will get a full picture of the room stock and it really corresponds to reality ..
The beach starts working at 8 am, there are thick mattresses on the sun loungers, which the staff carefully lays out in the morning, you also get a beach towel and enjoy the beautiful weather and get an excellent tan
😀😀
What would I probably attribute to the disadvantages of staying in this room .. if you really want to find fault with something ..
my themed room without an ocean view - no mirror in the room, with the exception of a mirror above the sink in the bathroom, there are no sticks if the young lady needs to place her cosmetics..
All rooms are equipped with air conditioning, a fan, there are toiletries: - shower gel, shampoo, as well as a hair dryer..
hygienic shower.. Oh, that's a whole other story 😀😀
The pressure in the hygienic shower can be compared to the water pressure in a transboat 😀😀
In general, I'm not sure that it can be used for its intended purpose, if you don't want to lose what you had before using the shower))).
As for the food, everything is standard, I liked everything.. I won't even describe it))
I'm not picky, but I appreciate it when everything is good
I definitely don't expect oysters with champagne))
Breakfast is standard, those who write that it's the same every day are completely beyond comment..
apparently you have a Michelin chef at home and personal service for your apartment and your person)).
The hotel has excellent value for money!
A great hotel on the beach of a very beautiful beach, breakfast is delicious, but uniform
The air conditioner works perfectly, wai wai is bad, but this problem is all Zanzibar

Amazing stay at the hotel with great amenities!
I had a fantastic time staying at this hotel in Nungwi, Zanzibar, with my friends. The hotel was very clean, which was important to me, and the pool was cleaned everyday and perfect for relaxing.
The spacious rooms made our stay even more comfortable, providing plenty of room to relax after a day of activities. The location is also perfect 3 minutes walk to to Nungwi Beach, with beautiful excursions by the sea just a short distance away. You can watch the sunset.
What truly made this stay special was the friendliness of the staff. They were incredibly helpful and friendly. They make our stay enjoyable.
I highly recommend this hotel to anyone!! We will definitely be coming back!
Pros: The hotel is very large and the facilities are good. It is very clean. It has its own beach, where you can rent surfing equipment and go out to sea to chase dolphins. The location is independent and a little far from other places on the island. I think it is enough to stay for 1-2 days.
Cons: The service feels a bit careless. We booked lunch at the beach club at noon, but when we arrived, they said that someone else had eaten our lunch, and they didn't believe us. The attitude of the waiter was very annoying. I spent thousands of dollars to stay in the hotel. Who can lie about a lunch? This service is really amazing. I don't know how the waiter was trained. I spent thousands of dollars, but the service was still so bad. Don't expect any star-level service here, and don't book special restaurants. Just eat at the buffet restaurant. It saves time and trouble and you won't get angry.
Very good resort. Facilities are top quality and well-maintained. Food was very yummy, although breakfast could offer more variety for a 5-star hotel (e.g. there was no smoked salmon for breakfast - I consider salmon to be standard at 5-star hotels catering to international clientele). Staff are well-trained and very professional. The resort also offers spa services as well as tour bookings, but we did not avail of these. For our travel dates the all-inclusive package on trip.com was by far the best value for money compared to booking directly or through any other website. One potential area for improvement is the provision of a mini rack on the balcony/veranda where guests can hang up wet clothes after a tour - would be a nice thing, which I've seen at some other resorts, as some guests just want their clothes to dry, not necessarily washed.

+ Hotel on the first line, convenient down to the sea;
+ there are showers and free lying on the territory;
+ Hotel staff is very friendly and kind, was very comfortable to rest;
+ Breakfasts are very delicious, and every morning the cook cooked a unique pizza or pie;
+ free Wi-Fi, Internet sustainable;
+ There are a lot of restaurants for those who want diversity in food or fresh seafood.
- parking is prohibited near the hotel, but there is a large paid parking nearby, and if you want, you can find some free seats nearby in the village;
- often in the evening, electricity is off but is quickly restored, so the problem is not big.
The room layout is reasonable, clean and bright, two bottles of water are provided every day, the first floor is directly connected to the pool, the pool is clean and beautiful, breakfast is average, dinner can be booked in advance, the hotel is 500 meters from the sea

Check-in was very slow and waited for more than 2 hours. The hotel's kettle is also bad, and the invoice issued for check-out is also wrong. Environment and meals are ok.

Very Good
GGuest UserWe were warmly greeted by the staff at the entrance. I had booked a deluxe room and had arrived early, would have appreciated an early checkin but the room wasn’t ready so meanwhile I explored the resort amenities. It has a private beach with a mini golf area and a bar alongside. The staff is friendly but most of the staff is new, a bit slow but they get you what you need. Maybe that’s how they’re wired, I’m unsure but they were kind.
Pictures don’t do enough justice to this property. It’s massive, beautiful interiors with high end quality products. Loved the spa, felt so rejuvenated and I loved their bathing product line, the shower gels, etc. It’s ace quality. Food was good. They had live performance that got everyone on flood.
It’s one of the best properties I’ve stayed at.
AAmiraThe hotel is not huge which i loved because the facilities and service feel very personalized. The team is very friendly especially Ally and Norah! I loved the seafood grill a la carte Lebanese restaurant. The beach was beautiful and the see reaf guided hike was very enjoyable. The room was very well kept and comfortable. The next door village has nice local food and products.

GGrace S TMy friend and I came for 3 days and 2 nights and it was great! We arrived around 9am which was way before the check in time and they accommodated us so well and gave of coffee and fruit while they set up our room early! The room was way better than what we ever expected. The AC was the first we’ve had in our whole month stay in Tanzania! The room was spacious, had patio seating private to the room, a great bathroom, and very nice decor! Breakfast was good and the staff was extremely kind and accommodating to any needs. The location is great and a 5 minute walk to the beach and a great restaurant called Maisha that we ate at almost every night. The area felt very safe too! Even at the end of our trip our flight was at 10pm and they let us leave our bags at the hotel while we spent our day at the beach, and even let us come back to change and wait until our taxi came! Overall a great stay for a great price, we were so glad to have gotten the chance to stay here!
DDIThere are very few Chinese here, most Europeans. It is very big and beautiful. The rooms are also very large. There are balconies and bathtubs. The decoration style is very modern. There are more than a dozen houses without elevators. They are like a scenic spot, in fact they are. In this way, you should bring a bracelet after you come in. The facilities in the hotel and the swimming pool can be used. All meals are included, and unlimited drinks and beverages are included. It is a good place for leisure and vacation.
GGinge5Tui Blue Bahari is 5*+
There is space, good food, great private beaches, 5 restaurants, friendly staff and a relaxing atmosphere.
There were more sunbeds than guests when we stayed and towels are available poolside.
There are bars in the garden, by the beach and at the pool, which are all manned with waiters and bar staff who are happy and efficient.
The hotel has security and a private beach and the local tour sellers wait at the beach for you to engage.
If you walk straight into the sea from the resort you'll find starfish, urchins and Dory fish.
The room door we had wouldn't lock with a firm push and a couple times after the cleaners had been it was unlocked.
Overall though 9.5/10
I'd recommend for any special occasion, or for those who want to safari in Tanzania, or swim with dolphins in Mnemba.
AAnonymous UserIf you are choosing a place to enjoy your holidays, getting away from crowd and enjoy peaceful moments, it’s definitely a right place for you.
Hotel staff is very nice and helpful.
Food in hotel restaurant is excellent, they offer different menu for lunch and dinner. Verify options for breakfast buffet, you will never feel bored for their food.
Hotel offers yoga class on the morning daily except Sunday. Family or solo can also start with a “ Good morning “. There is a swimming pool, small gym room, different ball games for visitors to chill.
Hotel is also connected with different Partners, no need to worry about the day trip prior arrival. They can plan everything for you including stone town visit, prison island , snorkelling.
We just enjoy our time during our stay.
AAna_stasiiaVery nice location on the main part of the beach area in Kendwa beach. The hotel room is rather basic, and there was no hot water after the first night. The tap in the bathroom also had metal/ rust coming from the tap. The shower basically dribbled water and made a mess in the bathroom. There was no room cleaning during then2 days we spent here. The WiFi didn’t work at all making it very difficult to work online if your job requires it. The room had only 2 power points for charging devises and these were local power point so you’ll need an adaptor from the local store in order to charge your phone/ laptop. The included breakfast is basic- an omelette , a slice of toast, some fruit and a crepe. Only instant coffee includes. A cappuccino was an extra $4 a cup.
YYour Jamaican GirlI had an amazing stay at Nungwi Beach Front Hotel in Zanzibar! The location is perfect, just a short walk to the beautiful beach, which made it super easy to enjoy the ocean views and relax by the water. The hotel was impressively clean, and the staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive—they made us feel right at home. While the amenities weren’t quite five-star, they were more than enough for a comfortable stay. The lack of a TV and the occasional power outages didn’t bother us at all, as it gave us the perfect opportunity to disconnect, relax, and spend quality time together. Plus, it was very affordable, which made the experience even better. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a laid-back, authentic Zanzibar experience!
