Great hotel with river view, lovely friendly staff in front desk, cleaning and kitchen. Great communication via WeChat concierge if needed translated to English. Central to Bar/nightclub streets and about a 10 min walk to metro stations. Cheap Didi to most tourist attractions even in heavy traffic. About 15 min walk to Taikoo Li area for western food options, and only 3 min walk to local convenience store for other necessities. The bed was so comfy, the water was hot and the A/C worked a treat for cold nights. The breakfast was varied and we enjoyed the spicy sour noodles a few times which is included in the cost. We enjoyed our 5 night stay here and would recommend it. It was slightly noisy on the riverside on the Friday night but we expected that being so close to the action- ear plugs came with the service. The riverview and ambience were great overlooking the Anshun bridge at night.

The hotel is conveniently located with many lively attractions nearby, including Chunxi Road which is also close. It's great, the price is affordable, and the value for money is excellent.

This hotel's location is absolutely fantastic! It's right in the bustling snack street and directly faces the Min River, offering an amazing view, especially for enjoying the river at night. Definitely try to get a higher floor. The price isn't expensive either, highly recommended!

This stay was great! The hotel's design is simple and stylish, giving people a warm and comfortable feeling. The room is fully equipped, especially the bed is very comfortable. The front desk staff Gina is very thoughtful. When I left something in the room, she notified me to mail it as soon as possible. In addition, the hotel's breakfast is also very rich. In general, this is a trustworthy hotel, highly recommended!

This is my umpteenth stay at the Ritz-Carlton Chengdu, and the standards are consistently excellent. During check-in, a friendly young man named Luca brought me some herbal tea. After a brief chat, he later delivered a thoughtful, handwritten welcome card to my room before dinner. Of all the five-star and ultra-five-star hotels I've stayed at in Chengdu, the Ritz-Carlton's Executive Lounge offers the most attentive service. From breakfast at 6:30 AM right through to evening desserts at 10 PM, they continuously provide a wonderful array of thoughtful services. I've included some photos of the breakfast and dinner spreads – they're incredibly rich and varied. Plus, for both lunch and dinner, they offer two freshly prepared dishes, like duck breast and pasta, made to order. Every staff member I encountered in the Executive Lounge was exceptionally warm, attentive, proactive, and anticipated my needs. Of course, breakfast is also available at the main restaurant in the lobby on the 25th floor. The variety there is truly astounding; just the noodle bar alone offers six different options (as shown in the pictures). I ate so much that morning, I didn't want to leave. All in all, this is the best hotel experience I've had in Chengdu. Honestly, the price isn't even that high, making it excellent value for money. I will definitely choose to stay here again.

The hotel is very centrally located, making it extremely convenient for exploring the city. The building and interiors are beautiful, with a stylish and well-thought-out design. While some areas feel slightly worn, everything is still in good condition and well maintained. The service was excellent: all the staff were very kind, friendly, and helpful throughout our stay. The hotel was also very clean, which we really appreciated. As a pleasant surprise, we were given a complimentary room upgrade to a very beautiful room, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Overall, we were very happy with our experience and would gladly stay here again.

I had a wonderful stay at The Louis Hotel Chengdu and would happily return. The room was spacious and beautifully designed, with a large bathtub positioned next to big windows offering a lovely view—such a highlight. Being able to watch a movie on the large TV screen while relaxing in the bath felt incredibly luxurious. The in-room streaming service was excellent and included all the popular English movies, which was a big plus. The shower was large and modern, and the toilet was very fancy with a bidet system, adding to the overall comfort of the stay. The bed was extremely comfortable, making it easy to get a great night’s sleep after a long day. The staff were wonderful—friendly, attentive, and always happy to help. The free laundry service was also incredibly convenient and much appreciated. Overall, an extremely comfortable and enjoyable stay with thoughtful amenities and great service. Highly recommended.

Service: First and foremost, I have to commend their service – it was exceptional! They offered pick-up and drop-off, helped with our luggage, and even thoughtfully adjusted the oxygen machine and humidifier in the bedroom. When we left, they even gave us glucose water, so we didn't have to worry about altitude sickness at all! Ambiance: Both the lobby and the rooms feature wooden furniture, which is incredibly stylish and perfect for photos! My absolute favorite 💗 The bedding was also clean and comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep. The scenery was even more incredible! The guesthouse is located right inside the Changping Valley scenic area! I loved gazing at Mount Siguniang (Four Girls Mountain) from the large windows, watching the sunrise and sunset – it was absolutely stunning. I also have to praise their food; it was truly delicious, not bland at all despite being at a high altitude. It was excellent in terms of color, aroma, and taste!

Out of all the hotels I've stayed at, this one truly left a lasting impression. The location is excellent, with convenient transportation nearby, and it's close to both attractions and shopping malls. The room decor is cozy and exquisite, and the bathroom has a wet/dry separation with a rain shower – the attention to detail is superb. The hotel's service is absolutely outstanding; the staff were incredibly responsive to all my requests and thoughtfully provided recommendations for local food and sightseeing routes. The breakfast is also fantastic, a great mix of Chinese and Western options with a wide variety of choices. Plus, there's Haagen-Dazs ice cream and afternoon tea available during your stay. The value for money is exceptional, and I highly recommend it to everyone!

Would recommend to anyone staying in Jiuzhaigou. The rooms were clean, modern, and very comfortable. Communication was excellent, with lightning-fast responses via a shared WeChat group, making it easy to ask questions or request help at any time. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful, truly going above and beyond to make our trip seamless. They offered pick-up and drop-off services, assisted us with planning, and helped book our visits to Jiuzhaigou and Huanglong National Parks. We honestly can’t thank them enough for their care and attention. The hotel is located near the entrance area of Jiuzhaigou (about 1.5 hours from Huanglong Jiuzhai Station) and just a few minutes’ drive from the national park entrance. While it’s not in the main town center with restaurants, the staff were extremely accommodating and happily drove us to nearby towns for dining. Overall, an exceptional stay with outstanding service.
