Stayed in this hotel for 5 nights, this is the 3rd room type I booked. I loved the smart toilet.
Room is really spacious and clean. I could open up my large and medium luggages in the room through my stay, and still have space to walk about.
There is a foot bath in the room, but we did not have time to enjoy at all.
Bath is hot enough for the cold weather, and water pressure is strong.
The pillows were firm, and comfortable.
The only thing we did not like was the steps in the room. But they did have warning signs about them.
The front desk lady -Xiao Pan is very helpful and friendly. We can communicate with her on wechat constantly, and she would give updates.

I stayed for 4 days and overall, I was very satisfied. The room was clean, the hotel isn't far from the subway station, and it's quiet at night. The lady at the front desk was very kind; she recommended some places to visit and even upgraded my room for free. Plus, the panda plushies sold at the hotel are a great deal, much cheaper than in stores, and you don't have to worry about fakes. I was so happy to take a big flowery one home! The only downside was that the elevator was out of order for 2 days. Living on the 8th floor, it was really tiring having to carry all my bags upstairs. When I checked out, the front desk lady gave me a panda headband, which was a small comfort. I'd also like to offer some feedback: the washing machine hours from 9 AM to 9 PM are very inconvenient. As a solo traveler, I'm usually out before 9 AM and don't get back to the hotel until after 9 PM. Waiting for laundry to finish washing and drying in the morning would make me very late for my plans, so it's a real dilemma.

The hotel is really well located. right by the river and within walking distance of the entrance to The Giant Buddha. The room is ok, quite large with a view of the river, but everything is a bit worn. The staff is not very welcoming and it is a shame because it would have made the experience much better.

I have stayed at Hyatt Place Nanchong nearly 10 times, so I will write an objective review.
Geographical location: It is backed by Wanda Plaza, which is convenient for eating and drinking, and is friendly to business travelers. It costs 15 yuan to take a taxi from Nanchong Station. If you tell the driver that you are in a hurry, there will be a ”surprise”.
Hardware facilities: It is one of the best in Nanchong. After all, it is supported by international brands. The hardware settings are more suitable for user needs. High-speed hair drying, hot water heating speed, shower water volume, comfortable slippers, and iced minnibar cola are more important to me.
Price: Sometimes the single breakfast price is less than 400. Stay at Hyatt Place, what do you want a bicycle.
Room selection: I have stayed in river view and city view, and I recommend city view. The river view is beautiful, overlooking half of the city, but the window is open for a long time, and small mosquitoes will naturally attack. The noise of the dam dance in the riverside square is also relatively loud, which lasts until about 21 o'clock. The city view is relatively quiet.
Service: The overall service is in line with expectations. When you take a taxi to the hotel entrance, there will be a concierge colleague to open the car door. Now many five-star hotels have ignored this step.
In addition, Xiao Zhou, a colleague at the front desk, patiently helped me use Tianfutong to handle the matter when I forgot to bring my ID card. Then there was no network, and he patiently waited for me to use my ID card photo. He smiled throughout the process without any impatience. Thank you for making me like Hyatt Place even better.
Surprise point: Breakfast, the best word for Nanchong Hotel can be given to Hyatt Place, which has a rich variety and adjusts the dishes from time to time. The variety is so wide that it is close to the level of brunch. You must try their red oil fermented bean curd, which is perfect with fried rice and vegetables.
Thank you for providing me with a comfortable business trip hotel experience, and I will continue to visit more in the future.

This was my first stay at a Ritz property. When I booked, Dinah from central reservations was incredibly patient and helpful, answering all my questions and addressing my concerns – a huge thank you to her. I booked an executive floor room, which included executive lounge access with five meals a day: breakfast, lunch, afternoon tea, dinner, and cocktail hour. Despite the sheer volume of offerings, there was absolutely no skimping on quality. Each meal featured two dishes freshly prepared by a chef on-site, which is quite rare for executive lounge benefits at other hotels, and the quality was impeccable. The executive lounge staff were also exceptionally warm and welcoming; they always greeted me with a smile and remembered my preferences. A special thank you to Vicky, who took extra good care of me 🙏. Overall, every department in the hotel was incredibly friendly and polite, which again is not something you often see at other hotels. All in all, it was a fantastic experience 👍

The hotel has independent lift to its lobby. Very new design in room. No Tv but has digital projector to screen for paid TV and movie etc. the curtain is electric and all the switches for lighting and curtain are at hand at the boards next to bed. There are free bread, biscuits and coffee for breakfast and afternoon tea. Just 5 mins walk to Taikoo Li and 10 mins to Chunxi Road and metro. Very handy location.

I had a wonderful stay at Louis Hotel Chengdu. What really stood out was the excellent service and attention to detail from the hotel staff.
Every day, the housekeeping team kindly provided complimentary coffee, which was a very thoughtful and pleasant touch. The daily laundry service was also extremely convenient and well handled, making my stay even more comfortable.
I also truly appreciated the early check-in. I arrived very early in the morning at around 9 AM due to my flight schedule, and the hotel was kind enough to arrange an early check-in for me, which was a huge relief after a long journey.
Overall, the service was warm, helpful, and professional. I would definitely recommend Louis Hotel Chengdu and would be happy to stay here again.

I highly recommend the Mercure Chengdu Tai Koo Li Chunxi. It's located right in the city center, just a few minutes' walk from popular attractions like Tai Koo Li and Chunxi Road pedestrian street, making it super convenient for shopping and dining. The smart toilet and mini-bar are also excellent. The restaurant offers a buffet with over 70 dishes, a blend of Chinese and Western cuisine, including local Chengdu snacks like Dan Dan Noodles and Zhong Dumplings, plus complimentary ice cream. The front desk staff are enthusiastic and welcoming, and they even provide a welcome fruit platter upon check-in. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I visit Chengdu!

We choosed this hotel because they offered drop-off and pick-up services between the hotel and the Jiuzhaigou scenic area. We also considered at previous guests’ reviews and photos of the rooms.
Before we arrived, we had already communicated through WeChat, so everything went smoothly. They also informed us about purchasing tickets for the Huanglong scenic area and explained everything very clearly, even though I bought the tickets from someone else.
Our journey from Huanglong took about 2 hours, and we arrived at the hotel at 8 p.m. We got a bit lost, but after calling them, four people came out to welcome us. From the outside, the hotel looked quite ordinary, but once we stepped into the terrace… it was unbelievably beautiful. They also have an outdoor area to relax.
The hotel lobby is combined with the breakout room; it’s not cramped but not spacious either, yet still beautifully arranged. We went into the room and were shown how to use the facilities. The room was very beautiful, exactly like the photos, with a bathtub right in front of the bed.
The toilet is separate from the bathroom, and there’s a work desk, snacks provided, towel amenities, and very nice slippers—everything was good and up to date. They even have a dryer for underwear or socks near the toilet. They also have a warm drinking water dispenser, which we found extremely convenient. There were plenty of power outlets, and the bedside lighting controls were very well set up.
We slept very well until the next morning when we were heading to Jiuzhaigou scenic area. Breakfast was served steamed—corn, bread, sweet potatoes, and a bowl of noodles… the breakfast was sooo delicious. After finishing breakfast, we were taken to Jiuzhaigou in a Denza car and informed about evening the pick-up location. Everything was arranged very professionally. When we were done, we contacted the hotel and the car came to pick us up.
The location is very strategic, with many places to eat near the hotel, so there’s no need to worry. I am very satisfied and will definitely stay at this hotel again if I go to Jiuzhaigou. The staff are extremely professional, the arrangements are very organized, also helpful. And I would have regretted it if I hadn’t chosen to stay here. Two thumbs up for this hotel.

MM517113****Villatu is excellent for business trips! It's in a prime location with easy access, and the room's work area is well-designed with comfortable chairs that make long hours at the desk a breeze. The internet is stable and lag-free. The cleanliness is impeccable, and the bedding is soft and conducive to sleep. The service team proactively offered local guides and taxi services, and printing documents was super fast. While there's no mini-fridge, it doesn't detract from the overall experience. Five stars! The front desk lady provided excellent service, offering a coffee voucher with three choices. There's also a robot in the lobby that delivers food to rooms, and the concierge service is available 24/7. Highly recommend!
GGuest UserWe traveled as a group of three and chose the two-story bedroom. The location was very convenient — from Chengdu, we got off at Lidui Park Station, which is connected to the famous Bear Selfie spot. As soon as you exit the station, you’ll see the building shown in the photo, and the accommodation is on the 2nd floor of that building.
The staff were very friendly and provided great service. The only small downside is that there is no elevator, so we had to walk up to the room. However, the staff kindly helped us carry our luggage, which we really appreciated.
Upon check-out, we also received a small souvenir from the accommodation. If we have the chance to return, we would definitely stay here again. The surrounding area is very convenient as well, with restaurants, clothing shops, and convenience stores all nearby.
GGuest UserThis hotel offers excellent service with incredibly friendly staff who even prepared some snacks for me upon arrival. The room was beautiful and clean, completely smoke-free, and the bathroom was spotless. Even though I barely speak any Chinese, the staff went out of their way to assist me. The hotel provides a shuttle service to and from scenic spots and even helped me arrange transportation back to Chengdu, which made the trip incredibly convenient. The staff provided full support in every aspect. If I have the chance, I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to everyone. ❤️❤️❤️❤️
MM225837****This hotel in Vienna was recommended by friends who had traveled here before, so I didn't look at any other options. The service was absolutely top-notch, couldn't fault it. However, the room's facilities weren't great; the air conditioning wasn't working, and even after someone came to fix it in the middle of the night, it still didn't get resolved. The staff were very accommodating though, actively communicating and arranging a room change, which solved the issue the next day. Breakfast offered a decent variety. Dinner was à la carte, and the braised yak beef was delicious. There's a shuttle service to the entrance of the gorge, and the hotel helps arrange transportation to the high-speed rail station, which was quite convenient.
AAnonymous UserHighly, highly recommend! The front desk service was excellent, and check-in was super fast. There are evening performances in the lobby, and snacks are delivered to the room in the afternoon. For anyone particular about cleanliness, this place offers great value for money. It's also quite close to Kuanzhai Alley, just a few hundred meters walk, and parking is free.

MM334252****This stay was such a pleasant surprise! The hotel's location is absolutely fantastic, just a 5-minute walk to the subway station, with tons of great restaurants and malls nearby. It made getting around and finding food incredibly convenient. The room was spotless, the bedding was soft and comfortable, and the soundproofing was excellent – I slept soundly all night long. The front desk service was warm and professional; check-in and check-out were smooth, and they even proactively recommended some local hidden gems. Every detail showed how much they cared. The value for money is just incredible. I'll definitely choose this place again next time!

SSusuYANGA holiday should be about breaking free from the conventional, and I much prefer raw, authentic experiences. Staying here, all my worries instantly melted away, and both my body and mind reconnected with their true, original selves, allowing for a deeper focus on my inner peace.
My mornings weren't woken by an alarm clock or the din of city traffic, but by the gentle neighing of horses right outside my window. Stepping out, I was greeted by horses and wild rabbits, all coexisting peacefully without bothering anyone.
The staff's service was truly personalized and attentive, a refreshing change from the generic, 'by-the-book' service you often encounter. While everyone's needs and feelings are different, and a one-size-fits-all approach simply doesn't work, I personally had a fantastic experience. It truly depends on what you're looking for in a stay; for me, what I particularly cherished here was the immersive nature, the profound relaxation, and the sheer tranquility.
Wishing Ctrip Holiday Farm continued success, and everyone health, happiness, and well-being!
JJaneyyy89This resort is nothing short of amazing and I would definitely rate this resort 10/10! I have a young toddler aged 18MO & elderly parents above 70YO during this stay and we absolutely loved our stay here. Value-for-money (we stayed during off-peak season, weekday, about RMB1000/night for our original room type), relatively new, clean & big rooms.
Some noteworthy details:
- Service is top-notched. Staff were friendly & very helpful. We could see that they really put in their heart into the work they do. They even gave our little one a panda toy & she loves it - a really nice gesture by the resort.
- The resort is located at Jintang, a hot spring precinct. With Trip.com, we booked the hotel bundle/package and it was fantastic. The key items in the package include:
(a) A free strawberry picking experience at a nearby humble farm called 许姐草莓采摘. Each booking entitles you to 500g worth of strawberries (transport at own expense, only about RMB10 by Didi). The strawberries were big and juicy, we were lucky cos they are in season now!
(b) 40-min Himalayan Salt Therapy/Bath for 1 pax/room
(c) Outdoor hot spring experience for the whole family (my 18MO loves it too!). There are many pools to choose from & we could find one which was not too hot for our baby. This is otherwise chargeable from RMB228/pax to RMB468/family of 2A1C.
(d) Bicycle rental, but we didn’t try it as it was too cold.
- Resort looks amazing, both indoors & outdoors! There were a number of activities for children to enjoy too but our naughty one is too young to appreciate it. Older kids will love them.
- We also loved the hotel’s concept of having complimentary bottles of distilled water etc. which is really important to us as we needed a lot of water for our baby’s food. This meant that that we did not have to go to the trouble of finding a supermarket, which is quite a distance away.
- We managed to snag a free upgrade to a Spring 2-Bedroom Villa due to our Accor Gold membership & it’s low peak season. All villas come with private pool - ours was available both on L1 & L2.
- Hotel uses quality furnishing & Toto toilet, definitely a plus. Water pressure is great too.
- We had all our meals at L’Orange as there are no nearby eateries & our time is limited due to our baby. The steamboat set is pricey but highly recommended! The fish & lamb meat (can be changed to beef at diner’s request) were fresh & really good. We liked all the other meat dishes too except for the dumplings. If you have Accor Plus membership, the usual discounts are available too. The hotel breakfast is also at the same restaurant. Breakfast selection was good even though there were not many guests.
Areas of improvement:
- Resort was able to provide a baby cot for our 18MO. However, the mattress was a little hard & the cot was creaky, it kept our baby awake.
- The air-con ventilation vents are directly above the baby cot and it became too cold for our baby in the middle of the night. Couldn’t adjust the temperature no matter what. The staff managed to made it warmer the following night but it resulted in some loud noises, probably issues with the damper.
- Rooms can be a little cleaner (e.g we saw dust balls on the floor).
Thank you Ocean Spring Resort Chengdu! We had a great stay here. Will definitely be back!
