The hotel is good and affordable, with a very strategic location in the city center of Chengdu. It’s close to shopping areas and the station, which made getting around very convenient. The hotel staff are friendly, and the room was clean. The only downside was the there is small space in shower room, so when we showered, water tended to spill out and made the floor wet. However, overall we really liked this hotel and enjoyed our stay🙂

It completely exceeded my expectations, and the quality is really good. As soon as you enter the house, you can feel the solid materials, especially the touch of the bedding, which is very skin-friendly. The quality of the spare parts in the washing area is also very good and very comfortable to use. The whole stay was very quiet and allowed people to get a full rest. Next time I travel, this series will be my first choice.

The hotel is very good. It is close to Wanda Plaza. It is very convenient for eating and shopping. The lobby is very beautifully decorated. James, the front desk clerk, is enthusiastic and friendly. I give it ten thumbs up. It is very safe. The room is close to the river and has a good view. I was satisfied with my stay and praised it! The only drawback is that the breakfast is a bit weak and the fried things are cold and hard. I hope it can be improved.

Facilities: Fully equipped. Hygiene: Excellent. Environment: Beautiful and pleasant surroundings, with direct views of snow-capped mountains from the room. Service: Comparable to a five-star hotel, even better than some. For those hesitating, go ahead and book! The room isn't dry, and there's oxygen supply to prevent altitude sickness. You can wake up early and capture stunning photos of the 'Golden Mountain in Sunlight' right from your window, without even leaving the room.

The hotel has a great environment and is right next to the airport, so you can walk there from the arrival terminal. It's the top choice for connecting flights. I especially liked that the bathroom has an extra sink outside the toilet stall, so you can wash your hands immediately after using the toilet before even touching the door. That's a really thoughtful design, and it's one of the few hotels I've seen with this feature.

The hotel is very luxurious and has good attention to detail. Although the room we were in had an amazing view and luxurious feel, some dirt and stains and a few cracks in the furniture takes away the full 5 star wow factor, although it is a great room. Also the hairdryer is very very old and overheats within minutes, you need to pull it out, wait, then try again. Also the AC is not stable, at times we needed to turn it down as low as 10 to actually feel cool as the room is very hot and humid. The staff in general were very warm and accommodating and provided extra water for the room when we called them. However as we wanted to have a little rest in the morning we called to ask if the cleaner could come asap to only change trash and stock up the toilet roll etc, we were informed that there was only one cleaning lady and would need to wait. I find this quite questionable for a hotel that big. The breakfast buffet is good with lots of choice. Pastries, cakes, local specialties, western dishes a plenty. However the coffee machine is weak and only provides espresso and americano, the hotel should upgrade the machine to accommodate those with tastes like lattes and cappuccinos as this is the norm in even 4 star hotels. The robot butler is a great touch.The location is actually very very good. Shopping malls and restaurants are very very close. Overall I would stay here again but the price needs to match the interior.

The hotel's location is excellent, right across from the Jinjiang Night Tour Music Square Pier. From our room, we could see the Jinjiang River and Anshun Bridge. The hotel service was also great, they even brought us a fruit platter. We enjoyed sipping tea by the window, admiring the Jinjiang scenery, which was even more beautiful at night, with boats cruising along the river. In the evening, we could also walk to the riverside bars on the opposite bank, order drinks and BBQ, and enjoy the Jinjiang night view while relaxing by the river. It was a wonderful experience.

Very satisfied with my stay. Will stay here again when I go to Deyang. Excellent services and facilities, with very professional and friendly staff. Excellent location to allow one to joggle along a river or to walk around the city center. Easy taxi/Didi access. Room services are better than expected, with surprising daily freebies such as fresh fruit, cookies, and freshly squeezed fruit juices. Help desk is very prompt in providing what I requested. Buffet breakfast offers top-notch variety of ready-made Chinese and Western style choices or customer-ordered hot noodles. Just a minor suggestion: this is more a customers' behavior problem (can't believe those guests at a 5-star hotel). Currently, when there is a crowd at the front desk to check out, it is the braver with longer hands that get faster services. I suggest either post a clear sign to ask people to keep in line or have a manager to maintain some kind of an order (no need to be military type:-). This is just to be fair to those who are waiting patiently. And better order may also help promote a better hotel reputation. But I understand bad habits die hard, no matter what you do.

The hotel's location is very convenient, and the room was quite clean. They also offer free luggage storage and have plush toys available for purchase, which are very affordable. The service was excellent.

I stayed at the Enjoy Hotel because I had an early flight. You can directly access Terminal 1 or Terminal 2 from the hotel, which is super convenient. What's even better is that the hotel provides an 'easy boarding pass,' allowing you to go straight through the first-class security line without waiting. We left the hotel at 7 AM, and by 7:25 AM, we had checked out and were at the boarding gate – everything was done! It saved us so much time and effort. Plus, you can check in and get your boarding pass in the hotel lobby, and there's even a supermarket on-site. Very convenient indeed! 👍 For anyone catching a flight, this hotel is definitely a choice you won't regret.
