The location is super convenient, right next to Chunxi Road Pedestrian Street, with plenty of great food and shopping options. There are countless restaurants directly opposite the hotel, and Chunxi Road is just a skybridge away. The front desk service was excellent, and I was very happy with the room. I'll definitely be back!

The location of the hotel is very good. The surrounding area is also very good. The environment is clean and the rooms are clean and tidy. We had a good stay. Kaimi's service at the front desk was warm and courteous. They were all arranged on high floors with good views. Highly recommended.

This guesthouse is absolutely beautiful; you can tell a lot of thought went into its design. It rivals high-end hotels in terms of facilities and layout. I've stayed in many guesthouses in scenic areas, and I honestly think this is the best one. The underfloor heating was just right, not too stuffy, and the bedding was super comfortable. Getting a good night's sleep in a high-altitude area is incredibly important, you know. Most importantly, the service was outstanding; they really helped me out of a bind! For this location, the price is definitely not high. As for the views, just look at the pictures – waking up to the golden sunlight illuminating the snow-capped mountains in the morning is an unforgettable experience!

This hotel is absolutely fantastic, I'm satisfied with everything, especially the service. It's top-notch for an airport hotel. You can walk to check-in in just a few minutes, which is super convenient for transit travelers needing a quick stopover. The buffet dinner at the Western restaurant offers excellent value for money. My only complaint is that I booked a suite for over a thousand [currency], and the living room had sealed large windows. The room temperature displayed 28.5 degrees Celsius, and the air conditioning, both hot and cold, was off and couldn't be turned on. It was unbearable, making us all so hot. When I called the front desk, their explanation was that 'everyone's comfort level is different,' which honestly left me speechless. However, they were prompt in sending a fan. On a positive note, I have to praise Trip.com's customer service. I booked my hotel quite early, and later, I coincidentally found a lower price on another platform. Trip.com immediately refunded the difference. Their swift problem-solving deserves a big thumbs up! 👍

The hotel is very luxurious and has good attention to detail. Although the room we were in had an amazing view and luxurious feel, some dirt and stains and a few cracks in the furniture takes away the full 5 star wow factor, although it is a great room. Also the hairdryer is very very old and overheats within minutes, you need to pull it out, wait, then try again. Also the AC is not stable, at times we needed to turn it down as low as 10 to actually feel cool as the room is very hot and humid. The staff in general were very warm and accommodating and provided extra water for the room when we called them. However as we wanted to have a little rest in the morning we called to ask if the cleaner could come asap to only change trash and stock up the toilet roll etc, we were informed that there was only one cleaning lady and would need to wait. I find this quite questionable for a hotel that big. The breakfast buffet is good with lots of choice. Pastries, cakes, local specialties, western dishes a plenty. However the coffee machine is weak and only provides espresso and americano, the hotel should upgrade the machine to accommodate those with tastes like lattes and cappuccinos as this is the norm in even 4 star hotels. The robot butler is a great touch.The location is actually very very good. Shopping malls and restaurants are very very close. Overall I would stay here again but the price needs to match the interior.

This was the most expensive hotel we stayed at during our China trip, and not the best unfortunately. We paid almost 80euro per night and the room was big and the view was great. Breakfast is fine and the staff is very friendly. However, the room smelled so much like smoke, also all the pillows and duvet smelled like cigarettes. Even though I indicated smoke-free. I had a hard time feeling comfortable and made it feel dirty. Also after showering the room would smell like sewer for a while. And the solution from the staff was that I should boil some water and pour it in. That did help. Also, for us the hotel was not in the best location. The shopping and food spots are all a 20-30min walk. Which is fine, but could be better. I would not book this again.

Very satisfied with my stay. Will stay here again when I go to Deyang. Excellent services and facilities, with very professional and friendly staff. Excellent location to allow one to joggle along a river or to walk around the city center. Easy taxi/Didi access. Room services are better than expected, with surprising daily freebies such as fresh fruit, cookies, and freshly squeezed fruit juices. Help desk is very prompt in providing what I requested. Buffet breakfast offers top-notch variety of ready-made Chinese and Western style choices or customer-ordered hot noodles. Just a minor suggestion: this is more a customers' behavior problem (can't believe those guests at a 5-star hotel). Currently, when there is a crowd at the front desk to check out, it is the braver with longer hands that get faster services. I suggest either post a clear sign to ask people to keep in line or have a manager to maintain some kind of an order (no need to be military type:-). This is just to be fair to those who are waiting patiently. And better order may also help promote a better hotel reputation. But I understand bad habits die hard, no matter what you do.

The hotel's location is super convenient, right next to Chunxi Road. There's a supermarket and a bus stop downstairs, which is really handy. They also notify you immediately if you leave anything behind.

Initially, I was worried about missing breakfast due to an early flight, but this relieved all my concerns. Easy Boarding Service Voucher: Already experienced.
