Traveling with my family of three, we booked a family room. The smaller bed was 1.35m, with about 50cm between the two beds. The bedding was clean and odorless. The orange curtains had a warm tone, perfect for sleeping. Plenty of hot water and ample amenities. A suggestion for the hotel: the sign at the main entrance should be lit up, or a light installed at the entrance, as it's too dark at night.

The room was very large and clean, with fully equipped amenities. We stayed here with my parents and our dog, and everyone was very satisfied. It's extremely close to Baoguo Temple—just a three-minute walk. The hot spring pool is large and quiet. You could easily stay here for a few days.

The hotel features comprehensive amenities and a prime location, not far from Chunxi Road. It offers standard five-star facilities and represents great value for money in Chengdu. Upon departure, the young lady at the front desk kindly helped me find a scale to weigh my luggage, saving me from a messy situation at the airport. The hotel is located in a central area of Chengdu, within walking distance to Taikoo Li and Jiuyan Bridge, making it very convenient for travel and sightseeing. The guest rooms are clean and spacious, offering tranquility amidst bustling activity, providing a peaceful resting space in the lively city center. Staff member Xiao Liu helped me extend my check-out time. He was warm and friendly, treating every guest with care. Self-driving guests can use free underground parking spaces, making travel stress-free. Here, you can experience the vibrant daily life of Chengdu up close, and retreat to your room to escape the hustle and bustle. Whether it's for a short trip or an urban stay, it is a good choice for accommodation.

First time staying at this hotel! The front desk service was incredibly warm and friendly. They even upgraded my room for free and gave me a little souvenir, which was a pleasant surprise. The hotel has a quiet and elegant book bar, perfect for relaxing with a good read. The location is excellent, right next to Su Zhe Park, which is great for a leisurely stroll. It's also within walking distance of the pedestrian street and night market, where you can find all sorts of delicious snacks and food. The room was clean and tidy, making it super convenient for getting around and exploring. The value for money is outstanding, and I'll definitely choose this place again on my next visit!

We absolutely loved our stay here! The homestay had such a cozy and welcoming atmosphere that made us feel right at home. There's a lift that takes you up to Level 2 where the homestay is located. While there isn't a lift within the homestay itself, it wasn't an issue at all because the owner was incredibly kind and even insisted on carrying our luggage all the way up to our room on the third floor. We truly appreciated such a thoughtful gesture! The hospitality and service were exceptional throughout our stay. For my Muslim friends, there's a delicious halal food stall located just outside the homestay. It was so good that we went back to buy takeaway for dinner later that night! The location is also convenient, with many tourist attractions nearby. We found taking a DiDi to be the easiest and most comfortable way to get around. Overall, we genuinely enjoyed our stay and couldn't have asked for a better host. Thank you for making our trip such a memorable one, we would definitely stay here again!

There is a shopping mall right near the hotel, and The Mixc is not far away either. The location is excellent, making it quite convenient to go to the concert, see the giant pandas, or visit Chunxi Road. As soon as I arrived at the front desk, Holden very patiently showed me three different room types, and finally helped me choose the more spacious one. He also provided me with transportation tips for getting to the concert. The service was thoughtful—thumbs up! All bias aside, the room fit my personal needs quite well. It features a fully smart toilet, great water pressure, a high-end brand hair dryer, and decent bedding. Although it faces the street downstairs, it wasn't noisy at all. If I really had to nitpick, I'd say I prefer liquid soap over bar soap at the sink. This will still be my top choice next time!

The check-in process was relaxed and unhurried; they didn't just rush through the procedures and even kindly reminded me to be careful of slippery surfaces due to the rain. The first impression when I entered the room was how fresh and clean it was, with no stuffy odors. The layout was simple and comfortable. The bedding was neat and soft, and the lighting was gentle and not harsh. After a long journey, coming back to the room allowed me to completely relax. The bathroom was meticulously cleaned, with all the corners well-maintained. The water flow was smooth, and the overall bathroom experience was excellent. The hotel's soundproofing was good; it was very quiet at night, and I had a peaceful and solid night's sleep. At one point, when I went out, I accidentally left my umbrella near the elevator. I thought it would be difficult to get back, but I decided to contact the front desk just in case. The staff quickly helped me check the surveillance footage and successfully retrieved my item. This small incident particularly warmed my heart. Overall, my stay was very comfortable. The facilities were excellent, but what was most remarkable was the genuine service. It wasn't just a rigid formality but sincere and thoughtful care from the heart. It's suitable for both leisure travel and business trips. It was a very pleasant stay, and I will choose this hotel again next time I visit Chengdu.

I chose this guesthouse because I've recently been getting into mindfulness meditation. The concept of a 'meditation hotel under the snow-capped mountains' really resonated with me. The person who came up with this idea is a lovely woman who also owns the hotel. It's a shame I didn't get to meet her during my two-day stay, but I was lucky enough to be there during a heavy snowfall. It snowed at night and cleared up during the day. Some people wait a whole year for snow and don't get it, yet we stumbled upon it. On the flip side, some travelers came during bad weather and couldn't even see the snow-capped mountains. I recall a quote in the guesthouse's elevator that said, 'Meet the snow-capped mountain in your heart.' In truth, the mountain is already within us, yet people are always searching for the one they can see with their eyes. This guesthouse offers every convenience you could possibly imagine, and then some. I won't list them all here, but I urge my friends to choose this guesthouse without hesitation.

This was an amazing stay during my trip to Jiuzhaigou. The hotel was very clean, the breakfast offered a great variety, and the front desk staff were wonderful. I especially loved that the hotel has its own shuttle van to take guests straight to the Jiuzhaigou entrance in the morning—so convenient! It's also very friendly for road-trippers, featuring a parking lot and EV charging stations.
