The hotel is located in Xinglong, making it convenient to take a taxi to Riyue Bay and Shimei Bay. Since we had already stayed in Lingshui for three days, we didn't have a strong desire for beaches. There are more activities for kids in Xinglong, and I recommend the botanical garden and farms. The hotel has three swimming pools, and although it was quite busy during the National Day holiday, it takes about 5-10 minutes to walk from the guest rooms, the pools weren't crowded, which was generally nice. The Hilton's cookies are delicious, and the breakfast spread is quite generous, but it gets a bit crowded after 9 AM, so I suggest going early. Shimei Bay has a great atmosphere in the evening, and Goofy Bar has a very good setting.

This was our second time staying at Bird's Nest with the kids. This time we booked a larger room, and the front desk kindly upgraded us for free. We even had a dedicated service butler who was incredibly helpful. Their response time for dining arrangements and car bookings was very quick. The room facilities and decor have a charmingly rustic and natural feel. As for the views, they are absolutely stunning, with rolling mountains and blue skies and white clouds that feel within reach. You can hear the rustling of the pines and the wind blowing through the leaves, and there's a panoramic view of Yalong Bay, where the sea and sky blend seamlessly. It's perfect for those looking for a quiet getaway and a close connection with nature.

We had a fantastic stay at this villa. The interior is spacious, open, and impeccably clean. The private infinity pool offers stunning views and is incredibly photogenic, creating the ultimate vacation vibe. The resort provides a shuttle service, making getting around completely hassle-free. The hotel is in a prime location, very convenient for visiting the nearby night market—we especially recommend the local Zhaopo vinegar hot pot. Coming back to the villa after a night of eating and exploring was so relaxing. Service requests were handled promptly. Overall, it's a great place for a vacation and unwinding. Highly recommended!

This is my second time visiting Wanda Vista Sanya Haitang Bay, and as a returning guest, the experience once again exceeded my expectations. The hotel's design offers great privacy, enveloped by a tropical garden, providing a tranquil escape from the bustling world. The public pool has beautiful scenery, and with few people around, it's perfect for a relaxing swim. The service details are impeccable; the shuttle operates freely within the resort, making getting around very convenient. They even deliver takeout to your room, which is fantastic! The room was spotless, well-equipped, and the bedding was comfortable. Overall, it was a superb experience, definitely worth coming back for again and again.

This is our third time staying at this hotel! This time we brought our kids, and the overall experience exceeded our expectations. The hotel features a huge lobby, and it's just a 2-minute walk to the Coconut Dream Corridor. Sanya Bay sunsets truly are the most breathtaking! The front desk thoughtfully arranged a sea-view room for us where we could watch the sunset. Since there aren't many tourists right now, the overall experience was much better than during peak season. My child had a blast swimming in the pool and digging in the sand at the beach—they didn't want to leave! The hotel also offers a great variety of kids' activities, so children can easily spend the whole day here. The room is very spacious; the facilities are a bit dated, but given how many years it's been open, that's expected. Plus, the hair dryers have finally been upgraded to new ones. All in all, this is a family-friendly hotel that offers fantastic value for money and is perfect for traveling with kids.

The unbeatable ocean view at the InterContinental is unbelievable. The butler service was exceptional—we got the top-floor center room. We didn't pack our itinerary this time, choosing to spend most of our stay right at the hotel. Lounging by the pool, walking along the beach, and heading back to the room for a nap when tired made us realize what a real vacation should feel like. The hotel gives off a relaxed, unhurried vibe that naturally slows down your pace. Our butler, Bonnie, also struck the right balance: she confirmed everything necessary before check-in, was there whenever we needed her, and remained completely unobtrusive the rest of the time. There weren't any jaw-dropping moments over the few days, but everything ran smoothly. Thinking back on it, that effortless, worry-free smoothness is harder to come by than anything else. Would definitely recommend it to anyone who hates a hectic trip.

Far exceeded expectations! They even provided complimentary fruit and milk on the first day. The ocean-view room offered great value for money with an amazing field of vision—you could see the sea right from the balcony. Sitting outside at night was super breezy and comfortable, and you could hear people singing by the beach. During the National Day holiday, there was even a molten iron fireworks show (Da Tie Hua) which we could watch right from the balcony. The public areas are spacious with great landscaping and tons of coconut trees; it was so relaxing to grab a lounger by the beach in the afternoon and gaze at the sea. While taking a stroll, I passed by the Scarecrow Farm and was surprised to find quite a few cute small animals. There's a night market just a few hundred meters away, making dining out or ordering delivery very convenient. Our butler, Coral, was extremely thoughtful, warm, and attentive. We added each other on WeChat on the first day, and she would proactively check if we needed more bottled water. Her responses were always prompt. Highly satisfied!

The stay was excellent. The location is convenient for getting around, the room was clean and tidy, and the bedding was comfortable. There was enough space, which was great for staying with children. The service was attentive, check-in was efficient, and the facilities were comprehensive. It was quiet overall, not noisy, and perfect for a relaxing stopover. There are many dining options nearby, and it's easy to get to Qilou Old Street and Haida South Gate Night Market. The value for money is great, making it ideal for a short trip to Haikou. I'll definitely choose this place again next time.

The room was clean and hygienic, and the bedding was especially comfortable for sleeping. The balcony features a huge bathtub, though unfortunately I didn't get a chance to use it due to the weather. Check-out was handled very efficiently by the staff, and they even gave us a small gift upon departure.

The Sheraton Sanya Haitang Bay really gave us a big surprise! The rooms were very comfortable, and the resort has plenty of swimming pools with various depths and activities to choose from. Transportation is also very convenient, with frequent shuttle buses running all around Sanya. The best part was the exceptional, attentive service—our butler, Tudou, truly made us feel at home.
