The hotel's location is super convenient, just a few minutes' walk to Terminal 1, which is perfect for early morning flights. There are plenty of dining options right upstairs from the hotel, and downstairs, there's an outlet mall where I happily bought some discounted Skechers shoes. The Skechers staff member was also incredibly patient and helpful. The room itself was spotless and comfortable. The only minor downside was a slight new-renovation smell, but it cleared up nicely after opening the window for a bit. All in all, a really great choice!

Facilities: The hotel facilities are excellent, even the gym has air conditioning. Hygiene: The hygiene was good. Environment: The environment is great, as shown in the picture, it's right in the city center. Service: Xiao Ling and Xiao Jie provided excellent service! They even helped mail back an item a guest left behind, which was really impressive! The prices weren't inflated during the holiday, making it extremely good value for money!

Check-in and check-out were smooth and efficient, which made my stay more comfortable. The room was clean, well-maintained, and equipped with everything I needed. Housekeeping did a great job ensuring the room was tidy each day. I also appreciated the hotel’s facilities, which were convenient and well kept.

The hotel is located by Qishui Bay, about a 10-minute walk to the beach. The indoor pool is around 22 meters long with a depth of 1 meter. Some rooms have balconies with views of the launch site, while others overlook Qishui Bay. Since the exact launch time couldn't be known in advance, I missed seeing it from my room, but the hotel does offer a paid viewing service. The concierge staff member was very enthusiastic and provided great emotional support. Chen from the front desk was also very proactive in helping me with various issues. The first obvious drawback is that the facilities are old. The furnishings are several years old, and the surfaces of the furniture and appliances are mottled and rusted. The TV is also too small. The second drawback: after swimming, I left my beach shoes and swimsuit to dry on the balcony. I collected my swimsuit the next day but forgot the beach shoes. I didn't remember them after checking out, and only realized the next day that they were missing. Chen from the front desk actively contacted housekeeping, but was told they weren't found, and no new guests had checked into the room yet. Fearing I might have forgotten, I checked my luggage at home and still couldn't find them. It's highly likely the shoes were treated as abandoned items by the cleaning staff on the balcony. Such a shame!

The hotel is conveniently located near Qilou Old Street, just about a ten-minute walk away. Stepping out of the hotel, you'll find residential buildings a few steps away, and tucked in the small alleyways are some breakfast spots frequented only by locals. It's really pleasant to grab some noodles or a milk tea there. When we first checked into our twin room, there was a minor issue, but a very helpful gentleman, possibly a manager, resolved it for us. The two beds in the room are movable, which is great if you're traveling with children; you can push them together to form one big bed, ensuring a safe and sound sleep without worrying about them falling off. The only thing that could be improved is that when we moved the beds, there was a lot of dust underneath. Of course, this isn't an issue if you don't move them, but I'd suggest the hotel periodically move the beds and clean the dust from under the beds and coffee tables. That would be a pleasant surprise for guests.

Our flight was delayed, so we didn't arrive in Haikou until the middle of the night. Luckily, the hotel offered pick-up service right from the airport, and they even helped us with our luggage. The location is fantastic, very close to the airport, which saved us a lot of hassle. It's also right next to a Jihua Hotel. The front desk staff saw we had a baby and kindly upgraded our room to one with a loft, which made our child incredibly happy! Despite the affordable price, the room was clean, tidy, and well-equipped with all the necessary amenities. There's even a small courtyard where kids can play. This hotel offers excellent value for money.

The Langham, Haikou is a fantastic choice for a vacation in Haikou! The room decor is inviting and cozy, the bedding is incredibly soft and skin-friendly, and the mattress comfort is top-notch. The pillows are fluffy and breathable. Breakfast offers a wide and thoughtfully curated selection; the freshly baked bread is made daily, with a soft and sweet texture. The local specialty noodle soup is authentic, fresh yet not greasy, and wonderfully comforting. The freshly squeezed juices are rich and pure, refreshing and a great palate cleanser. The high-altitude pool offers unbeatable views. The service staff are gentle and attentive, paying close attention to every detail, ensuring a truly comfortable and relaxing stay. It's truly representative of Haikou's luxury hotels!

The best hotel in Qiongzhong. The receptionist provided breakfast for the children, and the hotel breakfast maintained its 5-star standard. The hotel's Chinese restaurant offered reasonably priced dishes with high-quality food, and the service was warm and welcoming. The hotel also offered various activities. You absolutely must stay at Yunshu; the view from the balcony and the convenience are definitely worth it.

I woke up at 7:30 AM, which is unusual because I usually wake up once or twice in the middle of the night when I'm home. This time, I slept straight through! Even my snoring was lighter; I'm not sure if it was the bed or just being tired from exploring. On checkout day, I even took a photo of the mattress brand, thinking I might consider it when I replace my bed at home. I also wanted to buy the pillows, but the front desk said they were custom-made for the hotel and not for sale, which was a shame. Anyone who travels with kids knows they don't stay still in bed. This bed was huge; my two kids could sleep on it and still have room to tumble around. The sheets and duvet covers felt like pure cotton, washed soft, not stiff and starched. Honestly, just for this bed alone, I'll book this hotel again next time I'm in Haikou.
