The room was absolutely fantastic – clean, tidy, and incredibly comfortable. It was spacious and bright. The front desk service was also excellent. I chose to stay here the night before an early morning flight, and they not only upgraded me to a deluxe room for free but also provided a fast pass. Check-out was super convenient, making it perfect for anyone catching an early flight or needing a place to rest before departure. The main highlight is the easy check-out process, and you can get directly to Meilan Terminal 1 from the second floor in less than 5 minutes. The hotel is also connected to an outlet mall, so dining, entertainment, and shopping are all very convenient.

I have to give it a perfect score 💯 because the service was just outstanding. When I arrived at the hotel late at night and couldn't find a parking spot, a young man immediately came out himself, guided my car, and helped me find a space. They also upgraded my room to a larger bed for free. The location is excellent too, with plenty of food options nearby and close proximity to the old town.

This is my 2nd stay at Hampton Qionghai. Service at reception is amazing and professional. Special shout-out to Nancy who is ever so polite and helpful for both trips. Nancy could recognize my family even though the previous stay was 6 months ago and we only stayed 1 night then. Greeted us with a lovely and welcoming smile as we check-in for a 2nd stay in Apr 2025. This time we booked for 3 nights and the service continued to be amazing.

The hotel is located by Qishui Bay, about a 10-minute walk to the beach. The indoor pool is around 22 meters long with a depth of 1 meter. Some rooms have balconies with views of the launch site, while others overlook Qishui Bay. Since the exact launch time couldn't be known in advance, I missed seeing it from my room, but the hotel does offer a paid viewing service. The concierge staff member was very enthusiastic and provided great emotional support. Chen from the front desk was also very proactive in helping me with various issues. The first obvious drawback is that the facilities are old. The furnishings are several years old, and the surfaces of the furniture and appliances are mottled and rusted. The TV is also too small. The second drawback: after swimming, I left my beach shoes and swimsuit to dry on the balcony. I collected my swimsuit the next day but forgot the beach shoes. I didn't remember them after checking out, and only realized the next day that they were missing. Chen from the front desk actively contacted housekeeping, but was told they weren't found, and no new guests had checked into the room yet. Fearing I might have forgotten, I checked my luggage at home and still couldn't find them. It's highly likely the shoes were treated as abandoned items by the cleaning staff on the balcony. Such a shame!

棒 overall everyone in the family from sg and hk had only good things to say about the stay. Verified with local relatives that this is a newly renovated hotel before i booked it. Being ocd, did plenty of research pertaining to online research before I booked. Because it is new, many people probably have not heard of this hotel. After staying I Personally appreciated the patient, friendly and professional service staff (the manager and front desk staff/concierge). Friendly to older people too. very importantly, the room conditions were up to par! Towels, bedsheets were clean. No smoke smell. Toilets were clean. This one comes with separate shower and toilet areas too. Curtains were fully automated so it’s good for those who are particular about the ease of controlling natural lighting into the room. Rooms had about 4-5 socket areas. Had both c-type and usb charging ports (about 2 each) next to beds so it’s good for those who travel with a few phones and phone types.

Our flight was delayed, so we didn't arrive in Haikou until the middle of the night. Luckily, the hotel offered pick-up service right from the airport, and they even helped us with our luggage. The location is fantastic, very close to the airport, which saved us a lot of hassle. It's also right next to a Jihua Hotel. The front desk staff saw we had a baby and kindly upgraded our room to one with a loft, which made our child incredibly happy! Despite the affordable price, the room was clean, tidy, and well-equipped with all the necessary amenities. There's even a small courtyard where kids can play. This hotel offers excellent value for money.

Wow, the attention to detail at Langham Haikou is truly amazing! From the moment I stepped into the hotel, I could feel the immense care put into everything. The pink Langham car at the entrance is super eye-catching, and the exquisite decorations in the lobby are everywhere; every spot is perfect for a great photo. The room I stayed in had incredibly thoughtful design details: multiple charging ports by the bed, a magnifying makeup mirror in the vanity area, and even delicate tea bags and tea sets. The hotel's exclusive ginger flower fragrance is fresh and elegant, making you feel so comfortable. The consistent scent from the lobby to the elevators and all the way to the room creates an amazing ambiance. And wow, the staff remember guests' needs! Their thoughtful attention to detail makes you feel incredibly warm and leaves a fantastic impression!!!

My family and I spent one night here travelling by car around the island. The hotel is located in a picturesque place and is made in the form of a small village, so you can drive your own car directly to your apartments, it is very convenient. There are charging stations for electric vehicles including two fast ones. The apartment has a large area and is very cosy, floor heating works in the toilet room which is very comfortable during cool weather. We were very pleasantly surprised that at the reception there is an English-speaking employee who showed a lot of care to us. Also, in the restaurant there was an employee who speaks very good English, who also explained how to go to the orange farm, where we had a great time, collecting delicious oranges on our own. We were very pleased with the hotel, especially the kindness of the staff. Definitely, we'll be back here on our next trip. Мы с семьей отдыхали здесь одну ночь, путешествуя на машине по острову. Отель расположен в живописном месте и сделан в виде небольшого поселка, поэтому на собственном автомобиле можно подъехать прямо к своим апартаментам, это очень удобно. Для электромобилей есть зарядные станции, включая две быстрые. Апартаменты имеют большую площадь и очень уютны, в туалетной комнате работает подогрев пола, что очень комфортно во время прохладной погоды. Мы были очень приятно удивлены, что на ресепшен есть англоговорящая сотрудница, которая проявила очень много заботы в наш адрес. Также, и в ресторане была сотрудница, очень хорошо говорящая по английски, которая в том числе объяснила как проехать на апельсиновую ферму, где мы прекрасно провели время, самостоятельно собирая вкуснейшие апельсины. Мы остались очень довольны отелем, особенно добротой персонала. Определенно, мы еще вернемся сюда во время наших следующий путешествий.

The overall experience was fantastic, completely meeting and even exceeding my expectations. The environment was clean and tidy, with a comfortable atmosphere. The guest relations staff were incredibly warm and attentive, providing thoughtful service throughout, but also knowing when to give space, so it never felt intrusive. The value for money is excellent compared to similar establishments. Every detail was handled perfectly, with absolutely no complaints. This is a hotel I'd definitely return to and will continue to choose in the future. I genuinely recommend it to everyone – go for it, you won't be disappointed!

Due to my busy work schedule, my parents and child stayed at the hotel. My parents and I have traveled to 20 provinces and 3 municipalities in China, and have stayed in countless hotels, but this one left a deep impression on them. They called me yesterday and raved about the warm service and friendly smiles, and my child's excited voice on the phone conveyed nothing but warmth and happiness. Thank you to all the staff at the hotel, especially Daivi at the front desk who checked us in yesterday afternoon. I apologize if I've misspelled the name, the check-in time was 3:50 PM.
