The structure of the hotel is incredible, excellent value for money. The breakfast is from a colonial cafe! I would like to thank the attendants Douglas, Lucas and especially Jazi. Jazi was extremely empathetic in her service, making my family feel welcomed and special! I hope we can return soon.

The team well requests, academy mto well equipped and with new equipment...mto spa good and with staff who do everything to enjoy...excellent breakfast...excellent location, well in the grass center...in front of the cake street...paid parking, even for guests...

Wonderful place, I am very happy, service level 10, clean facilities, well organized, delicious breakfast, we have lunch at the hotel, good food, very few types of fees charged per person. We will be back.

The hotel is very good, no complain about the hosting in itself. However, at the check out, I was charged about 149 real services charges that were not explicit at the time of the booking, on the platform, I reported the value of 8,47 as expenses to be paid at the hotel, without counting that the accounts did not beat, The value of the NF is about 74 to less than I paid in total, so, despite the excellent hotel, I felt that I was wrong, and in my humble opinion, there was no transparency, whether the hotel or the platform.

The conditions are not bad and the room is large. Very suitable for business trips, there is a big lake on the side, very comfortable at night. There is also a big shopping mall next to it, shopping and dining are very convenient.

The apartment was comfortable, and the process for checking in and out, which is entirely online, was rather smooth. The shower could be better.

The first time I came to this beautiful city and this beautiful hotel, I still feel very good, the surrounding facilities are complete, the supermarket is more convenient to eat! The room is quiet! Will come to stay here next time. The front desk is warm!

Sempre muito bem atendidos, tudo muito limpo e organizado. Ficamos na torre onde a direita de quem entra, ficamos um pouco incomodados com o barulho do evento. Em outubro devemos ir novamente, gostaríamos de ficar em um andar mais alto. Também, a nível de crítica construtiva, em comparação com outra vez que ficamos, o café da manhã não estava tão bom, estava bem cheio e notamos falta de organização.
