Hotels With Pool in Rio Grande do Sul, Brazil

Exciting hotel. I have only praises. Reception with super mega friendly staff (Destacation for Lucas). Marvellous breakfast. Impecable structure and organisation. Very legal events promoted in the hotel. Easy to have transport to the center. I have been hosting twice and I will certainly return.

Amazing experience. Probably one of the best hotels we have ever stayed at. The combination of facilities, luxury and service was perfect from the moment we arrived until we left the hotel. Unforgettable moments for us. It will certainly be a must-see on our next trip to Brazil.

The experience was incredible! Outstanding service from the very first contact. Wonderful team! The afternoon tea and breakfast were delicious. The hotel’s structure is beautiful and cozy, providing an excellent experience for the guests. Congratulations!

The team well requests, academy mto well equipped and with new equipment...mto spa good and with staff who do everything to enjoy...excellent breakfast...excellent location, well in the grass center...in front of the cake street...paid parking, even for guests...

Wonderful place, I am very happy, service level 10, clean facilities, well organized, delicious breakfast, we have lunch at the hotel, good food, very few types of fees charged per person. We will be back.

The hotel is very good, no complain about the hosting in itself. However, at the check out, I was charged about 149 real services charges that were not explicit at the time of the booking, on the platform, I reported the value of 8,47 as expenses to be paid at the hotel, without counting that the accounts did not beat, The value of the NF is about 74 to less than I paid in total, so, despite the excellent hotel, I felt that I was wrong, and in my humble opinion, there was no transparency, whether the hotel or the platform.

The overall stay experience is very good! The hotel is strategically located and it is very convenient to travel and eat. The check-in and check-out efficiency at the front desk is high, and the staff is warm and polite. The room was clean and tidy, the bed was soft and comfortable, the sound insulation was acceptable, the toiletries were complete, and the hot water supply was stable. The bathroom is well separated from wet and dry, and there is no smell for ventilation. The public area is clean and tidy, and the sanitation is cleaned in time. Cost-effective online, quiet and comfortable living, will give priority to this next trip, it is recommended to stay!

The first time I came to this beautiful city and this beautiful hotel, I still feel very good, the surrounding facilities are complete, the supermarket is more convenient to eat! The room is quiet! Will come to stay here next time. The front desk is warm!
