The hotel has a lovely atmosphere and very friendly staff. Rooms were lovely with cot (with mattress). Lovely selection for breakfast. Bring you swimming togs and make sure you book the swimming pool, great to get a dip in the pool. ( need pool hats) Jurassic Park is a great addition and you have free access as a hotel resident. You need to pay to visit santa and we ended up paying full access fee which was disappointing when told we we initially thought the access was free. You get a lovely santa experience and free access to the bounce world with paid santa experience.

Very nice hotel Staff lovely and friendly and helpful. The only comment I have is when I checked in I was not informed about where the facilities where or when they where open. The time breakfast was starting or finishing. It was probably an oversight. But overall a very nice stay and I will be back.

Room level as same as the picture _ Bedroom & TV (carrier open space enough) _ Wardrobe space separate (hangers and irons) 3. Friendly staff 4. Good streets and routes to tourist spots and restaurants

Волшебный вид на поле для гольфа, территория для прогулок - волшебный лес! Птицы поют как в сказке. Завтраки разнообразные, ужины очень сытные и качество блюд выше всяческих похвал. К сожалению, спа комплекс небольшой, но с учётом здания больше было не сделать. Всем, кто любит тишину и уединение с природой - обязательно рекомендую посетить.

We arrived at this hotel very late, and when we entered the room, we were very surprised. We booked a suite, but we didn't expect it to be so good; the room is very large, especially the dining room and living room are very spacious; especially the wine cabinet is made in the form of a piano, which is quite innovative 👏; the bedroom is also very comfortable, there are two bathrooms, very convenient and very clean; I woke up in the morning and found that the hotel is very large and beautiful, and took many photos in the hotel; it's a pity that it rained and I couldn't go to the garden, I could only look at the beautiful garden through the window. The breakfast is also good, a standard English breakfast; it is worth staying for two days to sit around in the hotel and drink English afternoon tea, which will definitely be very enjoyable.
