Room rate is more than reasonable as the room is very big and location is very convenient. However, would be great if below few minor things can be taken into consideration: 1) Breakfast - both quality and choices need to be improved. 2) Room - no electricity at the electric sockets next to the bed…so I need to charge my phone with the socket under the desk instead. 3) Spa - would appreciate if they can extend closing time to 10pm!

The hotel is clean and quiet, the swimming pool is excellent, the breakfast is rich, the room has a great view, the hotel is in a convenient location, there are ample parking spaces, and the front desk staff is polite and thoughtful.

The lady at reception was sooooo lovely!!! She has the best customer service I've ever received. We were welcomed and bought drinks and fruit. The room was new and clean, amazing view of the mountain beside the hotel as you shower with floor to ceiling windows. Everything was perfect and amazing. We are definitely going to come back to stay here someday and hopefully be greeted by the lovely host again. Thank you for such a pleasant stay! The picture is nearby the hotel. A wonderful resort amongst the beauty and nature of Ninh Binh and offered some peace and quiet after coming from busy cities. The room was wonderful and had everything I needed. I love that I had a private pool but unfortunately not warm enough to use. I did try to have a bath but there wasn’t enough hot water to fill it up so something to keep in mind. I did have some furry little friends visit during the night and sometimes when I was in my room but they were harmless, to be expected when in nature and they enjoyed the complimentary fruit. Kin and all staff were so kind, lovely and helpful and made my stay one to remember.

We stayed for two nights. The hotel is quite far out of the town so a taxi is needed to get to any restaurants or shops. The pool was great, clean and a great view. We tried to book a trip to the Tam Coc caves but the staff on reception could only provide a 7 seat car which wasn’t suitable for 2 people and was very expensive. A nice hotel, just a shame about the location and tours available from the hotel.

I loved my stay at the Scenic Mountain Ecolodge. Yen and Vin were lovely hosts and made sure I was super comfortable. I divided my stay between the luxury room and the deluxe room. Honestly the deluxe room is better since it has more natural light and is very spacious. Overall it’s a great place to stay and is very close to Hang Mua.

A great place to relax. The hotel consists of two-storey houses with isolated rooms on the first and second floors. Our room was on the second floor. The room is very quiet. The exit to the balcony with a view to the mountain - amazing. Big comfortable beds. The room has a refrigerator, TV, teapot, sanitation facilities. Clean pool with smooth depth change, in the evening with beautiful lighting. Breakfast is modest, but for the morning is enough. There are many cafes, spas, shops. You can take a bike at the hotel. We were riding near the rice field, seeing ducks and buffaloes. You must use the transfer of the hotel because many hotels with a similar name and many tourists, including we 😄 come to another address.

The room is clean and tidy, the environment is quiet, the service is thoughtful, the room settings are novel and convenient, and there is sufficient coffee and tea supply every day. It is worth staying for business travelers......

We called this the 'Grandma Hotel' because you're truly taken care of. Breakfast is a feast of all the fruits plus eggs and bread, almost more than you can eat. Motorbikes are only 100k per day to rent and they're well looked after. She goes out of her way to make sure you're comfortable and happy, without charging you loads of money for everything. The rooms are spotless and big, with good amenities. The location is good, walking distance to the main high street. I really have no complaints, truly a great hotel!
