Nice hotel close to the airport. Staff were absolutely amazing and made us feel at home

The property is located near bund garden metro station . It’s has a temperature control swimming pool and is good in size . The steam and sauna is also very awesome. Gym is open 24/7 and is too good with all machines . Breakfast is awesome chef parasna is very nice. Rooms sizes are good with complete touch control switches and tv with all channels including Netflix and prime . Bathroom also very clean and spacious. No regrets what so ever. Will definitely come again.

The hotel is very close to the airport, which makes getting around quite convenient. The room isn't huge, but it's perfectly adequate, and the bed was really comfortable. Both breakfast and dinner offered a good variety, which was a definite plus.

Stayed for four nights, booked a half-board package including breakfast plus either lunch or dinner. Got tired of the food, so I ordered takeout. To my surprise, they wouldn't let me bring it into my room, claiming 'outside food is not allowed.' This is ridiculous! It's the first time I've encountered such a bizarre hotel policy. And what's more, this rule was absolutely not mentioned when I made the reservation! Definitely not staying here again on my next visit!

I was very disappointed with customer service. I have sent email requesting early Check In but no one bothered to respond back. During check in, full payment was made but during check out they charged me again for accommodation as they don’t have record that I have made payment. They took so long to verify that. If I don’t remember that I have paid at check in time I could have end up paying twice 😀

I ordered a classic hamburger for dinner à la carte at the hotel. After 45 minutes, the burger bun arrived ice cold and soggy. I spoke to the waiter and told them that such service should not be provided. The hotel's solution was to offer a 10% discount on the bill. I was very saddened that such a beautiful establishment has such shortsighted management. I hope they improve.

We enjoyed our brief stay at the Spree Hotel. Rooms were clean, spacious. Staff were helpful and cordial. Only thing is that the restaurant closes off at 10:30pm in the night, which might make it difficult for guests checking in late at night to procure dinner. Breakfast spread was nice, there were a lot of options and food quality was maintained at a good standard.

WiFi signal in room 626 cannot use for whole my staying even duty manager tried to fix second times, including phone signal still not using when I am in the room but I am outside the hotel everything is normal. Then I moved to other room 669, WiFi and phone signal are better but not stable. All staff are very helpful with nice hospitality.
