Good hotel near Hoa Phat Steel Factory. Nice facilities with gym, swimming pool. However, its not business-friendly to book via apps like Trip if you need a red invoice because even they charged you VAT tax but they issued the invoice with lower rate. Bad experience.
The hotel is located right at the port where the ferry from Sa Ky to Ly Son arrives. The staff is super helpful and friendly. However, the room's noise proof is quite bad since I can hear things and noise from the other rooms. But in general, I enjoyed my stay here and will come back if any.
One of the biggest hotels I've ever stayed in, super clean organized. The super attentive and cordial attendants. I'll be staying again soon. Congratulations to all the employees of the hotel.
The environment is OK, you can sit and drink coffee in the courtyard when you are empty. It is a little bit off the surrounding area, there is no convenience store. There are not many types of menus in the restaurant, but there is no problem with dealing with them.
It is nice hotel, and their reception was really nicely decorated for Tet. The room is big, the sheets and towels crisp. But there was a smell of cigarettes even though our room was a non-smoking one. Also, we only got instant noodles for breakfast which was a bit disappointing (maybe they didn't offer ther usual breakfast due to the holidays?). The hotel is in the centre of the centre of the city.
I was at beautiful lý Sơn island for a swimming competition. The location is good, rooms are clean and very nice the restaurant is no good. They won’t turn on A/C. Windows and doors open flys on the food , the food slow to come to table and not very good. Karaoke party on hotel property too loud. Because of the swimming event The hotel price was almost triple ( x3) normal price. That’s fine I get it the island sold out and I’m ok to support the local hotels and restaurants. but if you’re going to charge the price of a 5 star hotel you need to step up the service to match the price, probably impossible because staff is not trained well. Next week they will lower the price and I’m sure lower expectations will be met.
The hotel is quite old but it is on the first line. The room was quiet. Residence is a little.
Stopped one night on the way. Breakfast is modest but delicious.

The staff is good.
In general, there was a positive impression.

CchumobThe hotel is worth a stay, the staff is friendly and enthusiastic from the security guard, receptionist, and kitchen staff. The scenery is close to nature. The room is spacious and clean. The only small suggestion is that the bathroom needs a shower partition and stronger water. Oh, the breakfast buffet that day was a bit short so there wasn't a buffet with many dishes, I simply ordered a few ready-made dishes, but in my opinion, the food is simple but delicious, light on the stomach. Maybe to make up for the breakfast, the hotel also gave away a super delicious family meal.
