This hotel is very new, modern and clean. The room is very spacious and comes with a balcony with an amazing view of the bay. The atmosphere at the roof top bar on the 25th floor is amazing.
The staff are polite and friendly. Jenny, in particular, is proactive and attentive. She saw us discussing at the lobby and came over to offer help and advice. She booked us a cab and gave instruction to the driver since we can't speak Vietnamese. She even asked us to WhatsApp her if we need any further assistance when we're touring outside.
I highly recommend this hotel to anyone coming to Halong

I recommend staying two nights. The itinerary is very comprehensive, and the second day includes an in-depth cruise around Halong Bay, offering stunning views. The boat crew was very friendly and attentive, but the food was average. The flaws outweigh the merits.

The crews on board are fantastic, friendly and caring. The cruise is new and cozy. Food are nicely prepared and sumptuous. According to the crew manager Bruce, we have to board a smaller boat for 45mins to head to the cruise due to their territories issue. However, it does not affect our trip experience at all.
The events arranged such as kayaking, squid fishing and bright cave are interesting and less crowded, my family had a great time during the trip.

Gia đình mình chọn ở đây 2 đêm và thấy khá ưng ý. Phòng rộng rãi, sáng sủa, chủ nhà thân thiện, nhiệt tình và siêu dễ thương. Vị trí cũng thuận tiện để di chuyển ra Tuần Châu và các bãi biển gần đó. Nếu có cơ hội ghé Hạ Long chơi lần nữa gia đình mình sẽ chọn ở lại chỗ này

It is an apartment, but the cleanliness was pretty mid . It offered many amenities such as a washing machine and kitchen, but with no room service available, the general floor of the room was rather dirty and dusty . We had to wear slippers to walk around . But it was spacious and big, which is a positive trait of this stay .

We stayed for 3 nights and really loved this place. Staff members were extremely kind and helpful. Food was great in both the breakfast hall and the Italian restaurant. However, there are a few things we want to point out. First of all, the indoor swimming pool water was really filthy. That really needs to be improved. Furthermore, the sauna and steam room area was not properly attended to. Towels were piled and hair was everywhere on the floor in sauna area. The Jacuzzi water was not hot enough. Also the steam room and dry sauna were not hot enough. In addtion, the balcony in our room was terribly dirty. We tried to clean it ourselves but gave up because it was not possible to clean them with just tissue paper. Staff did however send someone to wash the balcony table, chairs, floors and rails and we are grateful for that. Despite some drawbacks, we really enjoyed out stay. Overall this is a really lovely hotel and as already stated, the staff are wonderful.

The service was very good. The response to the additional shuttle bus arranged from Hanoi to Halong Bay was very fast. The bus went to the wrong hotel first that day, but someone could follow up within ten minutes. I was very pleased with the cleanliness of the boat. The dining also surprised me. I recommend this cruise accommodation.

We had the best time with Capella Cruise. The family room was very comfortable for the 4 of us and luxurious like the entire boat. The food was incredible and so was the customer service. We really enjoyed the excursions and karaoke room. We can’t wait to go back!

RRoyalcityA fantastic hotel nestled in the mountains. Of all the hotels I've stayed in, this one truly stands out as unique and memorable.
Its secluded mountain location meant there was nothing else nearby, but it was a welcome escape from the hustle and bustle of daily life.
The rooms, constructed from wood and metal, were particularly striking. While their dimness made them feel a little eerie at times, I really appreciated its nature-friendly concept and the overall 'healing stay' vibe.
The only major hiccup was a sudden power outage, which was genuinely quite frightening.
And the food was great too!

Все ребята молодцы, всегда готовы помочь (взять на прокат мотобайк или посоветовать экскурсию). Питание замечательное (рис, лапша, бананы, арбузы, булочки, тосты, яйца, кукуруза, салаты). Голодными никогда не были точно. Очень довольны! Спасибо вам 💙

은은빛겨울I came on a business trip, and it was so nice that it was a quiet villa rather than a complicated hotel.
If you book Royal Halong next time, I would definitely recommend the villa.
However, it was a little disappointing that I couldn't see out the window because it was on the first floor, and I couldn't easily open the window.
But everything else is satisfactory.

AAnonymous UserNice and cozy stay inside the small village, with two built-in bunk beds (4pax) in one small room.
Shower and toilet are in one tiny cubicles so it was a bit difficult to change inside, but the water pressure was really strong with plenty of hot water.
A bit difficult to find the reception at the beginning, it was located next to the main entrance of the village(need to turn left for the Village before going to Legacy Yen Từ).
We stayed one night at Yen Tử Village to enjoy the local foods, coffee & night time shows inside the village, and next day after checking out, we left our luggage at the reception and climbed the mountain with cable car, then moved to next door Legacy Yen Tử just to relax after the long & steep walk.
I think the management of both Yen Tử village and Legacy M Gallery is somehow related( they use same showers , lamps, towels, etc), they sent us to the cable car station , picked us up from the cable car station, and sent us with our luggages from the Village reception to Legacy with the yellow electric cart.
It was really a nice weekend outing from Hanoi, just 2.5hours drive towards Ha Long side.
The only setback is that the transport from Hanoi to Yen Tử is not so frequent, you can use Hung Cuong transport buses, or better arrange your own.
