The room was a bit small and the facilities were just okay. The location is near the central station, which is fine if you're not driving, but a bit unnecessary if you have a car. The breakfast, however, was quite good and had a good variety.

This is a hotel frequently chosen by many football teams when they play in Munich, so you often run into players. Everything else is pretty good, but the price is significantly higher than similar hotels. However, Munich is generally expensive, and during exhibitions, prices can skyrocket several times over.

Booked an executive king room with executive lounge access. It's a common issue with older European five-star hotels – the facilities are outdated. Even though I booked an executive room (they gave me a room on the 17th floor, which isn't an executive floor, so that's a bit odd), there was a sour smell as soon as I entered. This is my fifth hotel in Europe so far. While it's in the airport, it's clean and comfortable enough. Newer brands often offer more comfort than old five-star hotels. I guess I can't just rely on brand names when traveling in Europe anymore. The executive lounge was good with nice views, but I wasn't happy about the sour smell in the room.

I am not familiar with Munich. So I made book in a wrong hotel. I thought this hotel is located next to Alstad. In fact it's located in Munich neighborhood called Scwabing. My Mom has Osteoarthritis knee pain. So she can't walk too far. The hotel refused to cancel for free since we booked non modified reservation. This hotel is okay. But not for old people there is no kettle, no refrigerator, no tea, coffee, no shower cap. Hotel also didn't prepare shampoo for us. Design is okay but too simple. Location is not at Alstad and it's too expensive overprice for hotel located on Scwabing

Facilities: Brand spanking new! Cleanliness: Decent. Location: Pretty convenient, there's a Lufthansa bus to the airport and the subway to the city center is very close by! Service: Quite similar to what you'd find in China, really excellent!

The room was very old, and we stayed at the neighboring street at night. The bathroom space is too small, barely enough to take a thin bath. But the front desk was very good, and gave us a small Christmas gift before leaving. Hotel location is good, it is convenient to walk to the sights. The breakfast here is still great, the waiter's little brother is super handsome.

Even though I arrived in the morning, they let me check in because the room was ready. I was only there to drop off my luggage, but I was happy that I was able to check in. The room was very clean and spacious. The hair dryer had a strong wind, which was nice. I had hung a card on the door requesting cleaning, but the room was not cleaned or the towels were not changed.

The spa facilities are impeccable, featuring a range of treatments and therapies that cater to every guest's needs. The expert therapists displayed a deep understanding of their craft, ensuring a customized and revitalizing experience. After indulging in one of their signature massages, I felt completely refreshed and invigorated. The spa's attention to detail and commitment to providing a sanctuary of calmness was truly impressive. As for the location, Vier Jahreszeiten Kempinski is a true gem in the heart of Munich. Situated on the prestigious Maximilianstrasse, it offers an ideal home base for exploring the vibrant city. From the hotel, you can easily reach Munich's iconic attractions, designer boutiques, and renowned dining establishments. The convenience of being able to stroll through the historic city center or simply step outside to admire the beauty of Maximilianstrasse made my stay even more enjoyable. It's a testament to the hotel's commitment to offering guests the best of Munich right at their doorstep. The overall experience at Vier Jahreszeiten Kempinski was nothing short of exceptional. The luxurious accommodations, attentive staff, and attention to detail throughout the property were all factors that contributed to a memorable stay. The location is good, the room is not big, but it is clean and tidy, and the facilities are average. I stayed in three Leonardo hotels this time. It is said that this hotel brand is pretty good. Hotels in European urban areas are small, but overall it is pretty good.
