AiwenleiIf you're looking to explore nearby towns by train or bus, this hotel is perfectly located right across from the central train station – incredibly convenient! I felt safe and had no issues whatsoever. The old town entrance is also a short 800-900 meter walk away, so convenience is definitely a plus.
The hotel's facilities pleasantly surprised me. I wasn't expecting much for around 1300-1400 during peak season in Europe, but it exceeded my expectations!
The breakfast spread, as pictured, was also a delightful surprise!

Super location and very beautiful design concept and related story telling. Super breakfast and very beautiful bar. A stay in one of the 25hours hotels is actually always worth it. Unfortunately, the cleanliness of this time was not as top as I was used to it from 25hours, but I am sure that was a unique thing and the reception has assumed it :-)

Guest UserI stayed in a family apartment with a loft. It had a kitchen with all the cooking utensils and cutlery, plus a washing machine, fridge, and dishwasher, which made living there very convenient. The only downside was that the loft felt a bit cramped due to the low ceiling height.

The room was quite spacious for German standards and came with a small kitchenette, which was handy for cooking. The induction hob was decent enough for boiling noodles or frying an egg, but don't expect to do any high-heat stir-frying. There's a supermarket just a few minutes' walk from the hotel (as shown in the pictures), and within a 15-minute walk, you'll find other supermarkets like DM, REWE, and LIDL. Transportation is convenient, with bus lines 16 or 17 right outside the hotel, taking you to Munich Central Station in just one stop. I didn't try the breakfast, so I can't comment on it. There don't seem to be many restaurants nearby, except for a Subway. Overall, I recommend this place.

The location was fantastic, very close to the station and within easy reach of the city center. The neighborhood felt very safe, which was a big plus. It was also great to have a supermarket and a coin laundry within walking distance.
The room itself was spacious, clean, and comfortable. When the hairdryer in the room wasn't working, I went to the front desk and they immediately lent me a spare, which I thought was excellent service.

Near to main station, exit from nord exit for a shorter walk. Also a few steps away from the metro station. There is a tram at the door, which is convenient.
We were given a corner room with king size bed. The room layout was however awkward, with very little walking space and space for luggage. The toilet was also very small. The mini bar (with coffee machine) was placed in a cabinet, without lighting, which was quite odd. The wifi in this room was not good, could only get signals near the toilet. We had a second room on the other side of the corridor, and the wifi worked well.
As the room is near the tram, it was not quiet at night. You could consider the same hotel on the other street for a quieter room (which we also stayed before).
However, service was good and we appreciated the amenities in the room. It was a good night sleep.

Anonymous UserI had a pleasant stay at Holiday Inn, and the staff were professional, friendly, and well trained. The check-in process was quick and smooth, and there are plenty of choices for breakfast.
The room was clean, comfortable, and spacious enough for a solo traveller. I was able to fully open a 28-inch suitcase on the floor without any issues. The hotel’s cleanliness was excellent, and I especially appreciated the handwritten welcome card on the bed, which made the stay feel more personal and welcoming.
All the coffee and drinks provided on the table were complimentary. The shower had strong water pressure, and the water temperature remained stable throughout my stay. If you’re staying for multiple nights, note that housekeeping is only provided upon request (free of charge). The staff will ask for your preference during check-in, which I found to be a thoughtful and environmentally friendly approach.
The hotel is not located in the city centre or near Marienplatz, but getting there is easy. Tram No. 19 is just a short walk away, and after six stops, you’ll reach the Old Town. If you prefer taking the S-Bahn, Leuchtenbergring Station is located directly opposite the hotel. However, be aware that the station is only accessible via stairs, so if you’re travelling with large or heavy luggage, this is something to consider.
Overall, I enjoyed my stay and would recommend this hotel for its excellent service, cleanliness, and convenient public transport connections.

This hotel is super close, only about a 5-minute walk from Munich Central Station. The hotel itself is a bit older, but it's very well-maintained and clean. For a Japanese person, the room felt incredibly spacious and comfortable.

ammobiI stayed here temporarily to work on a paper. The footsteps upstairs were incredibly loud, I'm not sure if it was the stairs or something else. The room itself was a nice studio, well-decorated and laid out, but it smelled of new construction and cooking. Check-in was quite easy, but the room didn't even have a deadbolt. People often gathered to smoke outside the entrance downstairs. I wouldn't really recommend it for single women who are easily scared. It's right next to OEZ, so shopping is quite convenient. It's a very cheap hotel, and for the price, the environment was decent. The sheets had some dirty spots, I don't think they'd been changed. I just shook them off and went back to sleep…

Ash76OK - the good -
The rooms are spacious, bed is large, the bathroom is lux with marble floors.
it is also in a great location. It is close to the train station and has a Lidl behind it.
The barman Jan is friendly and helpful.
And the not so good -
The rooms do not have a fridge, a microwave and not even a kettle!
When I enquired about the tea and coffee facilities, I was curtly told if I wanted coffee I could buy it downstairs.
It is difficult to understand how a hotel can justify a 4 star rating if it doesn't have anything more than a bed and a bathroom.
And then there is the room temperature. It's a furnace in the room I think the temperature was set to 29 degrees C!!
And the room temperature can't be changed in room. Only the reception can.
Even if they change it, it resets the next day.
I'm not sure why this hotel needs a sauna... Just stay in the room.
As has been noted in another review on Tripadvisor, this issue is ongoing. He noted it in 2017 and again in 2019 but nothing has changed.
Secondly is the staff attitude. They aren't rude but not friendly either. Likely they are worn down by the same issues getting raised while they are powerless to change it themselves.
Unsurprisingly, I was not offered a late check out.
The main advantage of location is lost by all the disadvantages.
If that's why you want to stay here, don't let the photo's trick you, book another better hotel nearby.
