Very nice and new hotel, even though it is outside of the city, the tram 19 is very convenient. Extra thing i really liked that the minibar was included, and filled up daişy. Really recommend

Munich Magnificent left people speechless. I booked 2 rooms for 2 days on Ctrip for 9.3-9.5. The order clearly included breakfast. When I checked in, there was a girl with dark skin who looked like an Indian at the front desk. She told me that breakfast was not included. I showed my Ctrip order, so she called and asked me to send her the Ctrip confirmation email. After some operations, she told me I can do it. The whole process takes a long time. When I checked out on the 5th, it was the same girl who showed me the breakfast bill in Figure 1, totaling 558 euros. I said that the order included breakfast, so she said that there was a mistake in the breakfast fee for September 5th and she would not charge it. However, the printing time of the breakfast order for the 4th is 11:01, and including lunch, the charge is 332 euros. We pointed out that our order time in the morning was 9:40. Even if breakfast ends at 11 o'clock, using this as an excuse to charge me a lunch fee does not comply with the standards of most hotels. We insisted on asking her to communicate with the hall manager. She said it would take 20 minutes for the hall manager to come over, so we insisted on waiting. At this time, a German girl next to the girl, who was also the front desk, said to her: Cancel this order. German girls speak German. My friend has lived in Germany for 30 years and understands her well. Then the order was cancelled. The whole incident is very illogical. Such a luxurious hotel and such service are so disappointing! !

Very comfortable stay! We enjoyed it thoroughly with a nice shower area and a huge king size bed, with nice amenities.

Great location, just a few steps from the Central Train Station and Undeground. Wonderful stay, breakfast was fantastic! Will definitely want to stay here in my next visit to Munich!

Check in was a breeze. There was carpark that you could pay 10euros for unlimited in and out for a day. That’s super cheap and easy for parking in Europe. Deffo a plus. Room is a wee bit small for families but it’s still perfect in terms of cleanliness. Also it is still pretty new. Bathroom was good too. They’ve managed to packed in a washer dryer that worked without a problem and that was exactly what I wanted. Tv is a little basic without built in Netflix and Chromecast wouldn’t work. So it’s only German channels or YouTube. Overall i am fussy traveller and would totally return or recommend this place

When I arrived on the first day, it was not the check-in time. There were still a few customers in the breakfast room, so I asked the waiter if I could buy a drink. The waiter enthusiastically offered me a hot drink for free, and let me sit wherever I wanted. The pork chop we had at the hotel the night before was also very good! I had another trip in October and sure enough I booked this hotel again.

The hotel was centrally located. 200 meters to train station, 6 stops to city center. Clean and quiet room, balcony is a plus. Friendly staff, helpful reception

The hotel was located very close to the U Banh and approx 10 mins walk from the S Banh. The room itself was spacious and had basic kitchen amenities such as stove, microwave/oven(?), dishwasher and fridge. The staff were helpful and friendly and seemed to be available 24hrs. Although, if you need anything that might be housekeeping, best to ask during housekeeping hours. The staff didn’t seem to know where certain items were kept. Overall, it was a great stay.

*Location a bit far from the nearest subway station. You need to carry your luggage a bit up on the hill, if you use public transportation. But in this price it’s really quite in the centre of the city. So it’s quite balanced. *Staff’s nice, everyone speaks English. Cheers to Mr Benjamin who took care of my stay. Very professional service. *Rooms are really nice - water closet separated from a bathroom, a small closet for clothes, sofa and armchairs, kettle, complimentary tea etc. Plus both shower and a bathtub. Bed’s big and clean. USB slots for charging. Well designed room. But better ask for a room with a street view, there are no cool views around. Minus - the kettle’s quality is low, water gets some metal particles from it. Not safe. *Sauna’s fantastic. Nicely equipped gym. Big indoors swimming pool and big showers in changing rooms. But no top floor entertainments. Bar and restaurant on the ground floor. Hotel’s wide but not tall.
