My stay at the Munich Art Hotel was absolutely fantastic! The decor is very stylish and there are many artworks adorning the hotel. The location is incredibly convenient, being right next to Munich Central Station. It's super easy to get anywhere in the city by train, subway, or tram, which is a real time-saver for travelers. The room rate was very affordable, and the room was cleaned daily, making for a very satisfying overall stay. The guy at the front desk was also really friendly and welcoming; he'd always greet me warmly whenever I came and went, which made me feel right at home. Plus, a free and generous breakfast was offered every morning. All in all, it's a hotel with a great location, reasonable prices, and a warm, personal touch. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Munich.

Super location and very beautiful design concept and related story telling. Super breakfast and very beautiful bar. A stay in one of the 25hours hotels is actually always worth it. Unfortunately, the cleanliness of this time was not as top as I was used to it from 25hours, but I am sure that was a unique thing and the reception has assumed it :-)

The Holiday Inn Munich City Centre is a popular hotel for local tourists. It has a lot of rooms, and it's super convenient because you can walk directly from the subway station to the hotel through an underground passage, as long as you take the correct exit. This means you don't have to brave the cold outside. The rooms are a typical European size, and the cleanliness is good. The hotel lobby has various facilities, though the convenience store is a bit pricey. However, just outside the hotel's underground passage, you'll find various supermarkets that have everything you could need, which is really handy.

The location was fantastic, very close to the station and within easy reach of the city center. The neighborhood felt very safe, which was a big plus. It was also great to have a supermarket and a coin laundry within walking distance.
The room itself was spacious, clean, and comfortable. When the hairdryer in the room wasn't working, I went to the front desk and they immediately lent me a spare, which I thought was excellent service.

Near to main station, exit from nord exit for a shorter walk. Also a few steps away from the metro station. There is a tram at the door, which is convenient.
We were given a corner room with king size bed. The room layout was however awkward, with very little walking space and space for luggage. The toilet was also very small. The mini bar (with coffee machine) was placed in a cabinet, without lighting, which was quite odd. The wifi in this room was not good, could only get signals near the toilet. We had a second room on the other side of the corridor, and the wifi worked well.
As the room is near the tram, it was not quiet at night. You could consider the same hotel on the other street for a quieter room (which we also stayed before).
However, service was good and we appreciated the amenities in the room. It was a good night sleep.

This hotel is super close, only about a 5-minute walk from Munich Central Station. The hotel itself is a bit older, but it's very well-maintained and clean. For a Japanese person, the room felt incredibly spacious and comfortable.

\O_O/Given the comments I read from other travellers, the hotel actually has far exceeded my expectation. First of all, there is a U-bahn station right next to the hotel, which takes you only 2 minutes to the central station. The room is spacious, clean and air-conditioned, which is rather rare among other hotels in Germany. It also comes with a large window, which makes the entire room bright and cosy. The front-desk service is 24 hours. The staff are all friendly and helpful.

HSW00000123When I was heading out my room I closed the door very hard and the door was completely shut. It was supposed to be locked, but when I checked, I could open the door many times without using a key. It only truly locked after many tries. This is a security problem.
Parking is quite far away. Neighbourhood is not too quitet because there are a few clubs and bars nearby. Reception is inside the bar, the check-in and entrance is through the back alley. That door is difficult to open, we spent a long time finding out and eventually had to kick it open.
