5-Star Hotels in Munich

I stayed at the Charles Hotel in Munich on Christmas Eve on 12.24. The location is very convenient next to the city center. There are service staff to help park the car and bring luggage into the room. The front desk staff offered a welcome Christmas drink, as well as warm and caring service throughout the process. The hotel has a historical atmosphere, the rooms are relatively modern, the small balcony can see the park view, and the mood is super good when the sun shines in the room in the morning. I booked the Christmas dinner at the restaurant Sophia's in the hotel in advance. The food is not bad, not bad. There are quite a variety of breakfasts. In addition to the buffets that can be seen in Europe, there are also Bavarian set meals to try. Generally speaking, the hotel is quite cost-effective and will not step on thunder. Rocco forte is also a pretty big hotel group.

This hotel is the newest hotel in Munich. The facilities are very good. There is a rich water bar and a coffee machine. It is very convenient to be next to the train station. The hotel's location is excellent because it is in an important area in Munich, two steps from the famous Maximilian Street. The hotel staff and workers are very friendly, the place is comfortable and quiet, and the service is excellent.

I really need to give a bad review. The hotel had soldiers staying because of a football match. They changed my original twin bed to a king-size bed without notifying me, and they didn't tell the agent. Most importantly, when the customer checked in, they gave the customer's room card to open the door and someone was already in the room. This kind of service in a five-star hotel is simply too much.
