I haven't been here for a while, but every time I come to Quang Binh Province, this is my first choice for accommodation. Although the breakfast options are limited, they are also quite exquisite. It is a good choice worth staying here again. I love him😍
A wonderful place, right on the river. It's a pity that I got right in the downpour, the whole pier was flooded. I could only imagine how wonderful it is here when the weather is good. Unfortunately, I had to leave a day earlier, the owner of the hotel helped with tickets for the slip bus, and in general he is very friendly, tries to help with everything. He also organizes any trekking and visits to caves, although his is a little more expensive than in city agencies. Breakfast is a la carte, and you can choose only one dish and one drink, the rest is for money.
We lived in this hotel for three days. We were satisfied with absolutely everything. The location is excellent, by the river, in a quiet place, near mountains and picturesque rice fields. The tourist center and the pier for boats to the caves are nearby. The hotel owners are very friendly and caring people. They organized an inexpensive trip for us to Paradise Cave. The room is clean, the beds and bedding are excellent, the air conditioner and fan work, there are no insects, the bathroom is clean, spacious and beautifully decorated. Our room's doors open directly onto the pool. There is silence throughout the hotel. Everything is fine!
nice lady at the front desk kind of loud at night with people singing but that ends around 11 pm u can't rent a bike at the front desk but make sure they give you a good working motor bike.. the also the nature thing is right down the street as the front desk and if u book tours the cave thing was fun but too fast see if you can book a private tour instead
Of course, on the purity and convenience of the room itself he is not equal, he is at height, everything is beautiful, rich. Inconvenient location. It is strange that there was no drink in the breakfast, well, 100 ml of soluble coffee, but it could be added.
Excellent hotel. Large room, varied breakfast buffet. The staff is very responsive! Close to the beach. There is a clean pool. Relax. We went there for a good massage. We went to the Phong Nha caves and to the center for dinner on a rented bike. I recommend
We had a very quick stop in Dong Hoi and this hotel was amazing value for money for us. We checked in early in the morning and basically just needed a place to rest, shower and charge our phones, so this place exceeded our expectations. The room was big and clean, the AC was good and the bathroom was clean and good. 7 minutes drive from the train station. Great value for money!

GGuest User
LLISA///We were scheduled for 2 nights, but we were sick
I stayed for another night in a hurry, but I accepted it pleasantly.
You can eat on the first floor of the hotel, but there are also bakery, bar and restaurant nearby.
Is it a daughter like a family-run hotel? Is very friendly and good at English and will politely teach you advice and how to get to tourist spots. I also saw others teaching Vietnamese.
We checked out the day, we checked out for a few hours.
I'll take it and I'll go back to the hotel and I'll take my luggage.
and a plastic bottle of water and a motorcycle
I had coffee to carry.
Anyway, when I come here again, I recommend it.
We'll stay here.
I'm sorry I don't have a dryer.
FFeatherman PeteClosed when I arrived, mum not happy to see me, opened up, showed me to my room that was not made up. Very poor quality room, I helped make the bed. Only one sheet for the bed. 15 minutes later, dad showed up ( whilst I was online looking for alternate accommodation), and showed me a different room up stairs, out the back, that was better. I waited while the bedding was moved from the first room to the second room. Again helped make the bed, I had to negotiate to get a top sheet. No soap for the shower, only one towel, no remote control for the Aircon.
Good breakfast.
Great location for bus services.
Poor customer service for tourist amenities.
Bad advice and booking Service for departure bus, do your own research and book online or with a local office, you have a better chance of knowing what you are getting.
I left before staying my second night.
I could not recommend this accommodation and would not stay again. I wish them good luck for the future. Pete
GGuest UserI recently stayed at Phong Nha Mountain House, and I can honestly say it was one of the most comfortable and welcoming experiences I've ever had. The hosts went above and beyond to ensure my stay was perfect. They helped with everything from laundry and food to providing invaluable advice about the local area.
They also assisted in booking an incredible tour around the caves, which was a highlight of my trip. When my motorbike broke down, they offered to find a mechanic for me and even took me to the bus station to make sure I could continue my journey safely.
I could not recommend Phong Nha Mountain House enough. The hosts are some of the kindest, most genuine people I have met, and their hospitality truly made my stay unforgettable.
GGuest UserGreat location in Phong Nha, minutes walk to where the bus drops you off. The only good thing other than the location and price was the help the staff provided with logistics. Diep was very helpful arranging transportation for us, even on her day off. We chose this hotel because it was listed as a 3 star hotel, not sure if that is accurate. The hostels in the town looked much nicer, listed as 2 stars, but we are a little bit older and not sure we would fit in with the younger patrons shown in the hostel pictures. Though we wouldn’t have used their large pool due to the rainy weather, it was only half full of water and not usable. The breakfast included in the room price was limited; might want to inquire ahead of time.
GGuest UserJust a really awesome place especially if you want to get away from the big city life and chill out on a quiet beach. Hotel owners and staff are very kind. 😊 Good for couples, so travelers and families.
GGuest UserThe staff is very generous and helpful. He gave advise for activities, booked our next bus and rented us his motorbike. He even invited us to watch the final soccer match of the national team with him and his friends, which was an really fun experience.
The free breakfast was really nice, pancake, fruit, juice and coffee and also other options, while enjoying the beautiful view over the valley from the rooftop.
Room had a nice balcony, was clean and beds were comfy.
We could leave our bags after checking out ans even use a hot shower after a day of activities before we took our next bus.
Would definitely recommend!
MMariana Reyes S.It does not have breakfast included. There are 4 floors of rooms but without an elevator. The facilities are good, but there was no hot water for bathing nor did the shower have a door or curtain
GGuest UserThe room was ok and clean. The elevator doesn’t work all the time. It was pretty windy when we were there, and cold (also in the room with the windows that let the air through).
Location was good and I guess even better when there is a bit of sun (and less wind).
People were nice (and wanted really that we did some activities - caves). We finally went to the tour to Hue and weren’t satisfied in the end… (from Dong hoi, we had one stop to Vinh Moc Tunnels and then arrived to Hue for 600K per person)
Breakfast is good (50k for a dish and a drink)
