Old hotel, definitely not five-star, at most three-star, not worth the price, first-class location, good service, no free water

Room was fantastic! Modern super clean bathroom, nice shower. Daily Nespresso Coffee Capsules. Big Balcony. Super comfortable bed and pillow. The cocktails at the bar were fantastic. Walking distance to the park, as well as to the city center. Friendly staff, that helped me to book Castle Tours last minute. I recommend the hike up to the Brasov Sign - beautiful sights overlooking the city.

The rooms were very clean, and the sauna, hot spring, and small swimming pool were great for families with children. The location was excellent; there was a small market nearby, as well as a small ski slope and a snow play area for kids.

We were guests at the Conacul Ambient hotel just a minute drive from Resort Ambient. Broad parking and location carefully located in every detail with a variety of services offered, football field, indoor and outdoor pool, children's games and indoor restaurant. The room is wide and has two floors and two bathrooms and is excellent breakfast. In general, a great peccatory structure that found bread bricks above the bedroom, was late and I was tired and I didn't warn the reception, I only advise more attention to the future.

This is truly the best and warmest apartment I have ever stayed in! Highly recommend👍👍👍 My husband and I made an impromptu decision and came here to watch the New Year's Eve fireworks. As a result, when I searched for accommodation, the house prices in the entire city were ridiculously high. Searches on other platforms all started at least 1,000 RMB. Only this one had ”magical” prices. My Italian husband is still doubting, ”Is it reliable?” It turned out that the accommodation environment was exactly the same as the photos, with complete facilities, very clean and quiet, and the experience was better than what he had booked before🤣 The most important thing is that the landlord is a very friendly family. My unreliable husband drove his car and the car got stuck on the side of the road on New Year's Eve and couldn't be driven out. After talking to the landlord for a few words on the phone, he immediately drove over after hanging up the phone, pulled our car out, and enthusiastically drove us around to find restaurants for dinner. I think this is a bit unreasonable, because usually the gym and swimming pool should be included, but all the equipment in this hotel has to be paid separately, so you should pay attention to this. 2. At two o'clock in the morning, my heater broke down and there was no heating. I called the front desk to change the situation, but then the heater came back. At 10 o'clock in the morning, the heater broke down again. I reported it to the front desk, but it happened again later. I don't know if the front desk turned off the heater intentionally to save energy, or if the heater is really malfunctioning? I think the price-performance ratio is a bit low because all equipment has to be paid separately.

The place feels like a small resort in a quiet village surrounded by mountains, perfect for relaxing near Brasov. kids loved the outdoor playgrounds, football fields, and of course the indoor swimming pool. The duplex room was clean and cozy. We would happily return!
