Hotels With Wi-Fi in Tinh Thua Thien-Hue Province, Vietnam

The location is a little outside of the main part of Hue and is more rural as a result. The drain did not properly work in the bathroom so the floor was wet for a very long time. I had multiple cockroaches and ants invade my bathroom products as there is a vented window that never closes. A decent spot for solo travelers, but warnings to those expecting a standard hotel experience. 

The hotel is in a good area, the decor was pleasant, however in the common areas ”no ar conditioner”. They have a great sky bar at the last floor, with great view, however we couldn't stand to be there because of the heat. When asked why they didn't turned on the air the answer was because they accept smokers, so windows need to be opened!!! Too bad... we would love to have stayed there... Additionally, the people are really nice and friendly, but their English are really hard to understand,

Our stay at the Banyan Tree was an exceptional experience, lasting for a total of 7 nights. It stands out as the finest luxury resort I have ever visited, surpassing other high-end hotels and resorts I have experienced in the past. The location, although an hour away from the town, offers a secluded and tranquil setting amidst lush greenery, with stunning views of the mountains and beach. The attentive and accommodating staff ensured top-notch service throughout our stay, even providing small locally-made souvenirs each evening that reflected Vietnamese culture. From the warm welcome by the resort manager upon arrival to the romantic bath prepared for us on our last night, every detail was carefully thought out. We are already looking forward to returning in the future.

It was one of my best vacations so far. My family was relaxed and enjoyed a lot during the stay. We booked the family villa and had our own private onsen. Villa was clean and tidy, staffs are extremely friendly and helpful. But take note that other facilities like mud bath and public onsen come with charges which confused me at first. Otherwise, everything else is good. I have to give an additional star for the after service. My mom forgot her jewelry after we leave, and we managed to contact the receptionist and return the jewelry back to my mom. Thanks a lot, and we will definitely come back next time

Khách sạn mới, sạch, khá đẹp. Trang bị nội thất theo kiểu tiết kiệm nhưng cũng tương xứng với giá thành. Nhận phòng hơn trễ giờ nhưng đội ngũ nhân viên phục vụ tốt. Nước chào mừng ngon, nhân viên quên không mang nước chào mừng đến cho khách mặc dù khi bê nước cho người khác họ đã nhìn thấy chúng tôi. Bể bơi ấm áp và sạch sẽ. Bãi tắm riêng của khách sạn có sóng khá to khó bơi. Tôi gọi nước suối đến phòng lúc 22:00. Villa không có chuông cửa, khi nhân viên gõ cửa không ai nghe thấy họ đã tự mở cửa bước vào Villa và gõ cửa phòng ngủ của tôi lúc 22:00 đêm. Tôi cảm thấy việc này không riêng tư và thiếu an toàn.

Very cool hotel in location and nature. Many butterflies, bugs, geckons, and almost no mosquitoes and no turtles at all. There is a large swimming pool, I liked it very much. The room is interesting, through, with huge doors to the garden, a cool shower. But beds with spring mattresses, uncomfortable and violinous, need to be changed to non-spring. Over beds a net from mosquitoes (not used). Change mattresses to normal and will be 5 out of 5.

- This Resort, which I found while looking for a hot water pool in Hoi An, is a boutique resort with a decent size, good management, and good service. - You can use the public swimming pool, but you can also use the upgraded heated pool for an additional fee. - When you check in, you get a welcome tea, and you get a dessert mixed with banana and tapiocapo. - You can take a bath in the bathtub with a view of the river in the bathroom - As a welcome, there were sesame snacks like traditional snacks. - Not expensive for room service - There are a total of five types of aroma oil that can be used for massage. - When it was over, they served hot tea and dragon fruits. - Tour the private garden

I loved this place. It’s the perfect paradise. I got a hillside pool villa and got lucky with one that is very hidden and with some of the best views in the resort. I travel a lot for work and leisure and am lucky to stay in some beautiful places but I really really cherished my experience here - never had I felt so free and calm. Taking walks around the resort was also a joy. I was so happy there I never left the hotel, except when the very kind and amazing general manager, Christy, kindly took me out to dinner at a place right outside the hotel. She is a machine and never switches off, catering to every whim via WhatsApp. I’m so grateful to her and so happy whenever I think about my time there. Can’t wait to go back.

Breakfast spread wasn't great for me as I have specific diet needs, but overall enough variety for the average traveller. The yoghurt was absolutely the best I'd ever had tho. Perfectly smooth, not tart, and they had an unsweetened version. The room was neat, clean, housekeeping was efficient - one of the days they ran the bell and we were just on the way out so we said they could go ahead and make up the room anyway. In and out in no time flat! The concierge service was impeccable. We were treated like royalty. It wasn't just the usual 'standard' politeness, but a friendliness that was so heartwarming I really felt special. We'll definitely stay here again if we ever come back to Hue.
