Come to the thousand-year-old royal temple and see the divine well where Ji Gong transported wood

Nanping Mountain is rich in limestone, and Ge Ridge is igneous rock. The two resonate together, long and light, hence the 'Evening Bell at Nanping' is listed as one of the Ten Scenes of West Lake. The bell is cast with the 'Lotus Sutra' written by Zhao Puchu and others. The beginning of Buddhist statues originates from the throbbing of the mind and the dependence of the spirit. The earliest clay Buddha found in Han area is the Shan Ye Buddha in the seated niche style of the first year of Xiao Chang of Northern Wei, and the three Buddha statues made by Hu Zhengxing in the eighth year of Datong of Western Wei. The Tang envoy brought the Shan Ye clay offering Buddha into Kyoto, and Thailand developed Buddha amulets. The ancient Gandhara Buddhist sculpture is based on the elegance of ancient Greece and the compassion of ancient India.
