Met up with a friend for lunch at Kai Tak Airside and chose a Japanese-style Western cuisine restaurant with a great natural wood vibe. Lunch Set🍽🍽 Cheese Australian Wagyu Burger with Caramelized Onions, Garden Salad, Fried Sweet Potato Fries, Truffle Sauce $168 🍔 The Wagyu burger is cooked medium-well, the meat is fresh and tender, very juicy, and the onions are well-flavored from caramelization and sauce. Topped with melted cheese. The texture and taste are just right, highly recommended 👍 What we were most excited to try were the fried sweet potato fries, which are rare to find in other restaurants. Even without dipping sauce, they taste great. Fried hot and crispy, the sweet potatoes are naturally sweet, but you really have to eat them while hot 😋 🍝 Cheese Fresh Tomato Sauce with Large Portobello Mushroom and Vegetable Pasta $178 The portobello mushrooms are sliced, with plenty of cherry tomatoes, minced meat, minced garlic, and black pepper in the sauce—a classic choice 😍 The meal comes with a choice of daily soup or garden salad Wild Mushroom Cream Soup - rich and smooth, with a strong cream flavor 👍 Drinks Iced Gyokuro Tea - very refreshing 🍹 Hot Flat White ☕️ The restaurant has large glass windows letting in natural light, with a big moon as the focal point. The wooden tables create a very comfortable atmosphere. Enjoying delicious food in this green oasis space is really nice 👍 At the entrance, they sell mainly Japanese-designed dining tableware, ceramics, furniture, and aromatherapy products.
