After so many years, my latest trip to Langkawi started off with a surprise! Hangouts Urban + Eco is really giving a one of a kind vacation experience. It's vibes - young, urban, energetic, vibrant, it's redefining the Langkawi I knew. Located in Kampung Padang Gaong, Hangouts offers 28 Family Suites that fit 8 guests, perfect for big family or groups, and 16 Studio Suites, perfect for 4 guests. Each unit is uniquely themed and furnished by IKEA Malaysia. Some of the facilities there include specialty kitchens (for rent at RM30/hour), swimming pools, gym, sauna, children's playground, snooker, foosball and an arcade game machine. Somehow it's a great place for a staycation as it's quite complete. Just that it doesn't have an eatery there yet. So for meals, it's either eating outside or cook at the specialty kitchen. #freehotelstay
