#2023TravelWish #wintergetaway #Yunnan Travel If there’s anything I would advise about visiting the JadeDragon Snow Mountain (Yulongxueshan) it would be this: Go off season! We travelled in December (New Year’s Eve to be exact - happy 2023!). Usually, tickets to the cable car taking you to the highest point are sold out by 8am during peak times, but not for us! Not only do you benefit from less crowds and ease of transport (the bus system to take you to all the major sights on the mountain is so easy to navigate for only 20¥!) but you also get to see the mountain in its prettiest snow coat. You’ll pay a entrance fee to the scenic spot of a flat 100¥ per person, and the main cable car is an additional 120¥ so the price can add up, but we spent the whole day there in the most beautiful winter wonderland. Bonus points if you manage to make it up there without buying any oxygen!
