Xiao Lianzhuang is a classical garden architecture built in the Guangxu period of the Qing Dynasty. It is the private garden of Liu Yong, the richest man in Nanxun. Xiao Lianzhuang is centered on the lotus pond, with mountains and waters arranged according to the terrain, forming two gardens inside and outside. The inner garden is a garden within a garden, with the mountain as the main body. The pond is planted with reeds, the stones are stacked into mountains, the maple forest and the pine path, the mountain road turns around, small and twisted, like a large bonsai. It is separated from the outer garden by a pink wall, and connected by a leaky window. It seems to be separated but not separated. The mountain and lake views of the inner and outer gardens are interesting. The outer garden is centered on the lotus pond, the pond is about ten acres wide, and the pavilions are dotted along the pond, with different scenes at every step, quite ingenious.
