Afternoon Tea at the Bus Restaurant

It's been such a wonderful trip in Taiwan so far! Upon arriving at our hotel, we rushed to our afternoon meal tour. From our hotel, we took a bus to the pick up location and the bus was already there. Since we only chose the afternoon set, we only had light meals. The food was good and the staff were friendly. We were offered some rose plum drinks which cost NTD 250 per bottle. We got one as we only wanted to try it. The coffee was okay and they offer it from time to time so I think you can get as much as you want. We also had desserts and bread with cream cheese and jam. Both the cream cheese and jam were really good. The tour guide also speaks as we go around the city to give information on some of the buildings we pass by. The only downside is that she spoke Taiwanese so we didn't understand a thing. That's fine though, cause we were able to enjoy the view while eating. There were also other tourist buses on the streets that we got to smile and wave to which was very fun! The tour lasted 1.5 hrs and it really was enjoyable. We didn't think we'd feel full because we only had light meals. But we stepped out of the bus full and were very satisfied.
