Shanghainese little Italy

Getting There - the Shanghai Florentia Village Outlet is located about 1 km from Line 2 Yuandong Avenue station: there is a shuttle bus departing every 5 minutes from the subway station to the commercial village and back. Experience: it’s a nice day-escape from the busy life of downtown: if you are looking for a calm day in a cozy environment with a plus of plenty of shopping choices, cafes and restaurants, I think it’s the perfect spot. The place is built in an original classic italian architecture, with all its decorations, cornices and columns, marble and stones, it’s a dive into a real italian old town, that’s exactly the feeling. Big and small squares, characterized with water features and trees, connected by narrow pedestrian street, with porches on the sides that shelter from rain and sunshine, if you are not a sunshine lover. a monumental stair in the main square reminded me of the Italian “scalinata di Piazza di Spagna”, nice spot for selfies too. Food & Restaurants - Starbucks, Godiva, Venchi, and all kind of restaurant too, including a really tasty Italian restaurant too obviously. Family - in the south area there is also an entertaining center with attractions for kids and adults, VR and more Definitely a must go destination considering its connection to downtown and airport as well, and the services that they offer allowing you to spend a nice day different than anything else in Shanghai #shanghailife #italianstyle #shopping #familytime

Florentia Village Shanghai

Get off the at yuandong avenue metro station exit 2, turn left to the coach waiting point where you can get on the 18 seaters bus to the village which is less than 3 min ride. Or a short 10-15 minute walk from the metro station. The atmosphere is nice and the setting is quite similar to the outlets in other part of the world. I arrived at the village around 10.00am. Head straight to the designer brands before the shops get crowded. The queue started to form around 11am. For first timer, do obtain a copy of the map from the customer service and plan the route accordingly if you have limited time. The designer brands carry the previous season collections and it is still a good bargain. There are several designer brands including Salvatore Ferragamo, Gucci, Prada, Burberry, Valentino, Fendi etc. in general the service are good with the exception of Pandora, it seems that the sales assistant is unhappy to work over the holiday! Do ensure that you enrol as member for points collection which can be used for cash redemption when making a purchase at selected shops. On level 2 there are several restaurants and fast food chain. It’s worth making a trip if you are in the mood of shopping at good bargains! I will definitely visit Florentia Village again. #shopping #shoppingtime #happynewyear

如果要說上海哪裡又好看又好逛,拍照購物兩不誤,那我會想到佛羅倫薩小鎮|(最近要入夏了,所以也想趕緊換一身穿搭),逛一天都逛不夠金|上海佛羅倫薩小鎮
