#japantrip This Vietnam based Italian pizza restaurant opened its first branch in Tokyo. Located in the new Azabudai Hills, you will be able to have a view of the area whereby they make their fresh cheese daily. From the cutlery down to the furnitures used in the restaurant, everything is carefully curated. Sitting by the bar counter, i enjoyed looking how the food is being prepared. Being a cheese lover, no doubt of how their cheese became an important ingredient to their pizza with combination of the raw milk from Sudo Farm. Besides their pizza, their pasta is definitely not to be missed as well. Don't forget to dropby this place if you are visiting the TeamLab Borderless.
