1 day trip in Zhenjiang? A temple to go

The Jinshan Temple is a popular Buddhist temple attraction in Zhenjiang. If you are fan of Chinese architecture and ancient culture, this is the right place to go. This temple was initially established in Eastern Jin dynasty (323-325 BC), later became a Taoist temple. Fomerly known as Longyou Temple, became Jinshan Temple during Yuan dynasty. This temple was classified as national key Buddhist temple in 1983. This temple presents an architectural complex of buildings, halls towers and the special 36m octagonal Cishou Pagoda in the top of the hill. The view from the summit is magnificent.
