About a mo
About a month ago, I visited Seongsu restaurant BEP. I have some photos left.
I'm posting this late to share my memories.
My wife works in Seongsu-dong,
so we stop by Seongsu-dong on our way home from work,
and go on dates and look for good restaurants.
After working in Seongsu-dong for 2 years,
I'm now becoming a guide to good restaurants in Seongsu-dong.
There are many places I want to go to but can't because there are too many people.
One of them is the Vietnamese restaurant BEP that I'm going to introduce.
The wait is so long during lunch time,
so I can't actually eat there for lunch.
I stopped by on my way home from work,
and there was no wait, so I was able to stop by without wasting time.
You can find it by walking along the middle street of Olive Young from Exit 4 of Seongsu Station for about 5 minutes!
The place I'm introducing is the main branch of BEP,
but there is a second branch of BEP in the alley across the street.
Without any flashy or crude decorations,
with simple and luxurious wooden tables and other furniture,
it gives off a luxurious impression, right?
It leaves a refreshing impression, perhaps because it's summer.
It's a clean place without any frills,
but it has a lot of style, so it looked like a good place for a date.
I didn't take pictures for the blog post,
so there are no menus or detailed order information,
but since there aren't many side and main menus,
we were able to choose our food quickly.
We ordered the side menu
Jjajo . . . . . 4,500 won
the main menu
Pineapple fried rice . . . . . 10,000 won
Seafood stir-fried noodles . . . . . .10,000 won
I ordered a total of 24,500 won.
Considering the current prices in Seongsu-dong,
I thought this was a reasonable price.
I like Southeast Asian food such as Vietnamese and Thai,
so I've eaten a lot of them,
and the prices are relatively cheap,
so I didn't have high expectations..
This place was really delicious.
The boiled noodles and rice were all good,
and the sauces and flavors on top weren't artificially strong,
and the onions, chives, carrots, and green onions were in the right amount,
and I thought the flavors of the ingredients were harmonious.
So there was nothing left :D
I scraped it all up.
Even if you're a little tired of Vietnamese food,
this is a place where you can enjoy it deliciously.
That's exactly what I did ㅋㅋ
I recommend it as a date restaurant that has both the taste and atmosphere of Seongsu-dong.
