🕍🇭🇰🎎 An Oasis of Culture in Hong Kong
Located in Yau Ma Tei, Kowloon, the Tin Hau Temple Complex is a beautifully preserved temple that dates back to the 1800s. The complex includes several traditional Chinese buildings, such as the Main Hall and the Hall of Heavenly Generals, as well as a charming courtyard and gardens. Visitors can witness the locals practicing their religious rituals, or simply soak in the peaceful atmosphere of the temple. Admission is free, making it a must-visit destination for tourists and locals alike.

Departing from Wan Chai Pier, it is considered the southernmost small island
It is said that this small island has a history of 3,500 years. In the past, the islanders lived by fishing and farming. But today, what we see here is a good place for camping and short trips on weekends.
A Tin Hau Temple with a history of more than 170 years, a white lighthouse with 126 lights, a Buddha's hand rock, a sun-viewing pavilion, a small pier, looking at the map taken after the pier, the introduction of Po Toi Island is really lackluster.
Few people, less communication, will quiet down to think, no water and electricity, no signal, the quiet island only has a seafood restaurant, two or three food shops, a nearly deserted small beach. The most impressive thing we encountered along the way was an old man selling local seaweed specialties, who introduced us to different hiking directions with a smile in vernacular, very much like Carl in 'Up'.
