My shower head was installed poorly. It was too high and wouldn’t angle down. Two lightbulbs weren’t working. No convenient plug near the bed. The front desk person didn’t speak much English, and handed their cellphone to my travel companion (in a different room where the shower was better) to talk to someone with better English. I won’t be booking a room here again. Overall it wasn’t terrible, just not what I needed.

The smell was bad, rest was ok.

No complaints! I can't get over how well I sleep in this bed! Has to be 1 of the best! Can't even stare into my phone for more than 5 minutes after I lay down cause its soooo comfy and puts me right to sleep!! 💤💤😴

This was a nice little hotel near many good restaurants. At first when we first checked in, the concierge was crabby, but when our rooms A/C wasn't working, he came up checked it out thoroughly and said he could put us into another room once he checked the other rooms A/C to make sure it was working. It was a smaller room, but during a heat wave with A/C, it was great!

Well , the staff and his name is Keith he is a great guy very nice and accommodating. The room is just ok. Bathroom is less than ok. Our sink was keep clogging and toilet has stained and when u flush the toilet so loud and slow. Whats the best on our stay was just staff especially Keith. Keep up the good work Keith

The hotel was good overall but the woman at the reception desk was not friendly to us.

The hotel is still under renovation. It appears to becoming much better. Single entrance to building, no elevator. Room is spacious, but seems a potential fire hazard for a lack of emergency exit and narrow 3rd floor passage way

Only one bad review...there was a cricket in our room that we couldn't find...kept me up thru the night and when I told them in the morning their comment was that Pest Control had been called.

I didn't use the amenities. The breakfast was good. The room was cold until I figured out the heating system. The bed was very comfortable. The staff was professional, friendly, and helpful.
