Close to Brussels South Charleroi Airport. We requested hotel shuttle which was 10 euro per person and were sent to hotel in 15 minutes. The bathroom is kind of small, except this all is good.

Nice hotel. As you are used to from Van der Valk Hotels. Unfortunately there was heavy construction work which had a negative impact on the stay. However, the employees tried very hard to make the guests as pleasant as possible. They did a great job!

The room was a bit small and simple, but clean, and the front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. However, the location is a bit out of the way, situated in an industrial area. You'll need to walk about 2-3 kilometers to find places to eat and shop.

Schönes Stadthotel im Zentrum von Mons. Alle Sehenswürdigkeiten sind fußläufig erreichbar. Frühstück war gut. Mein Superior Zimmer war gut, allerdings etwas klein. Das ”Comic-Design” des Zimmers gewöhnungsbedürftig. ( Einige Zimmer sind Themenzimmer) Ich würde wiederkommen.

Well-regulated, remote location, suitable for self-driving, dozens of kilometers everywhere. After staying in a hotel for so many years, the first time I encountered a sewer with an abnormal smell.

The hotel is conveniently located: in the very center of Charleroi on a pedestrian street. True, it was not easy to find the hotel, we walked around the center for a long time until one of the locals told us that the hotel is located on the territory of a large shopping center. It is about 7 minutes walk to the railway station and the shuttle stop to the airport. By taxi to the airport is 15 minutes and cost us 35 euros.
The rooms are spacious, but already very tired. There is a kettle and a refrigerator. The windows in the room do not open. There is air conditioning. We had a room with a view of the square.
We did not take breakfast and did not use the bar services.

GGuest UserThe hotel was advertising with a swimming pool, and at the arrival we heard it was closed and converted into sports room, both were not accessible now, which was very sad, and the bathroom was not very clean and well maintained.
The comfort of the bed was great, and the dinner in the restaurant was very good.

Mooie ruime kamers en met een kitchenette en koelkast is zeker een pluspunt We waren heel content dat we over een gezamenlijke ruimte konden beschikken om samen met de vrienden een gezelschapsspel te spelen Ontbijt is complementair (niet erg duidelijk bij het boeken) te betalen maar zeker de moeite waard
Het enige minpunt tijdens ons verblijf was het ontbreken van een poetsbeurt (we hadden 2 nachten geboekt), niet zozeer dat een poetsbeurt zo dringend nodig was maar de kamer van onze vrienden had wel een poetsbeurt gekregen ... We hadden wel kamers in verschillende gebouwen gekregen misschien lag daar het ontbreken van de poetsdienst ?

This is a fitness center at the ground floor but we haven't made use of it.
It was amazing to see my name on the TV when I stapped into the room. The reception is very friendly and provided service at a professional way.
