Our room was spotless, with a fantastic view of the Sky Tower directly from the window. The location is excellent; Queen Street is just a left turn away, and directly opposite the hotel, there's a CW pharmacy and a Japanese supermarket, making shopping incredibly convenient. Breakfast was free for children; while the selection wasn't huge, it was decent, and items were replenished promptly. Front desk service was good, though it's understandable to have a short wait when they're busy. They offer luggage storage and have Chinese-speaking staff. Overall, it's great value for money.

Four Points Truly Deserves the High Rating! Had a really pleasant stay here. The room was spotless and smelled fresh, and the bathroom worked perfectly—none of those annoying plumbing issues you sometimes find in other hotels. While the view from my room was average, you can easily upgrade to a Sky Tower view for just a little more. The breakfast was great, you can even build your own Big Breakfast, which definitely helps save around $30 compared to eating out. If you’re looking for a comfortable stay without breaking the bank, Four Points is an easy choice. Highly recommended!

The room is amazing. Clean room and great room service. They fulfilled my request even in the middle of the night. Location is perfect, able to get to queen street by just a couple minutes of walk.

The room was fairly clean, although a bit dusty (quick fix by opening the window to let the air circulate). The location is fantastic, being near Karangahape Road, meaning you can get to either downtown or Ponsonby on foot within 20 minutes. Not sure what amenities they have as I did not look around but the building looked fairly new and trendy.

Very happy with the location being right outside Spark arena and the staff were friendly. Unfortunately there was noise coming from the room below us. We called reception about this but the noise continued throughout the night. The cleanliness could've been better as there was hair on the bathroom walls. Also wish we had chromecast as an option. Overall this is ideal for anyone that is looking for an affordable venue close to Spark arena. Beds were comfy and the room has more amenities than most places I've stayed at.

It was a very comfortable B&B suite. I arrived that night. It was a surprise the next day when I opened the curtains and saw the yard. The lamb would come over when people came by and even touch its head. Breakfast is available in the refrigerator, and the eggs are all produced by their farm. An electronic brochure is issued before check-in, which contains various useful information. The only problem is that the flat iron roof is a bit noisy when it rains. I had jet lag on the first day, so I didn’t get much sleep. Later I discovered that most B&Bs in this country have iron roofs, so I got used to the jet lag.

The hotel is just everything you need in Auckland. We booked a one-bedroom suite, with a double bed and a sofa bed that can fit us 3 well. There are enough amenities for travellers abroad from washing/dryer machine, microwave, oven, fridge, stove, kitchenware, dining table. Housekeeping is daily so this helps clear the rubbish in the room much. Staff is helpful and you get to use anytime fitness for free (we didn't use it though). Walking distance to 24/7 shop, Woolworths, Sky Tower, Les Mills Auckland City, Britomart, University of Auckland. The only downsides for us are unstable hot shower and air con is a bit stingy. But during our stay it's cold enough that we don't need Aircon. We'll definitely come back here if we travel to Auckland.

Sky city is always a great place to stay. Customer service and room service always prompt and professional. Highly recommended

Overall, the kitchen is very well equipped, the bathroom has a lot of sanitation, the bedroom has all the functions, and the sheets and pillowcases are too hygienic. It seems that the cleaning is not in place or is it replaced every time the residents use it. Point unacceptable

There's no bell boy to assist guest upon arrival and even up to the room. Basically this hotel is ”self-service” hotel. From carrying the luggages upon arrival to the room and out of the room (check out). You have to do it all by yourself by taking the trolley and upload those luggages on to it and bring it to your room. The same applies when you want to check out. Some of the reception staff are not friendly upon welcoming guest to the hotel. Upon our arrival at around 3pm (NZD time) , the reception staff seems not happy in welcoming us. When we asked them why there's no one to assist us on the luggages (5 luggages), and their response was ”they never assist anyone beyond the double entrance glass door”. We were so suprise with their response To be fair, there are other staff [the chef, manager and other reception staff that was on night duty (other than the one assisted us upon our arrival)] are very kind and friendly. They are happy to assist us whenever we have issue during our stay and they go beyond their duty by sharing a lot of tourism information which was very useful to us as tourist in Auckland, NZ.
