Anonymous UserThe room itself is very old, the windows were also poorly cleaned. However the rest of the hotel is nice and updated including the spa and pool area. Overall it was a decent stay, however I would only go back for the spa and not stay there again.

Best parts -comfy bed, good shower, very close to airport. Friendly service.
Not so good parts.
Some dirty walls. Needs lots maintenance, someone had to come lock side door for me as too hard. TV didn't have a remote and I asked for one around 10pm (got there late and they had already helped me with door( they said they would send someone over with one and they didn't arrive so maybe they forgot.
I suppose the price reflects all this so if you are on a tight budget, just need a comfy bed and quick 5 min trip to airport and you don't mind the other issues, it's an ok place to stay.

Guest UserThe location is nice and the hotel is beautiful, but the service is a problem. The fire alarm button is located just above the lights switch on button in the room, so it is being accidentally triggered rather often. The evacuation in the middle of the night is not what one would enjoy on holidays or business trips. The dry cleaning is horrible. They completely ruined one of my blouses, and unfortunately, I have only noticed that when I came back home.

This hotel is located slightly north of Auckland city center and is an apartment-style hotel with relatively complete facilities. The rooms are equipped with a washing machine, microwave, oven, and electric stove, suitable for multi-day stays or those who want to save money and cook their own meals. The overall facilities are new and the conditions are good.
However, please pay special attention to the following points during check-in, sharing my own experiences to prevent future guests from encountering the same problems:
1️⃣ Purchase a SIM card that allows international calls and internet access.
2️⃣ Complete check-in in advance.
3️⃣ Fill in all names completely.
4️⃣ Save the hotel's backup email address.
Specifically, here are some points:
1️⃣ The front desk is not open 24 hours.
The hotel is unattended outside of working hours (such as at night). When I arrived at 6:30 pm, the front desk was already closed, and I could only contact staff through the contact number (international long-distance) left on the door. Therefore, it is recommended to confirm your arrival time in advance and try to arrive during working hours.
2️⃣ Online check-in must be completed in advance. The hotel will send an email in advance requesting you to fill in your check-in information. Please be sure to fill in the full names of all guests. Even if the names are registered with Ctrip, they won't be found if they aren't entered; only the names registered online will be searchable. I only filled in one guest's name, which caused the staff to be unable to match the order when they called to check in, affecting check-in. They insisted I confirm via email.
3️⃣ It's recommended to prepare a SIM card that can make international calls.
If you arrive outside of working hours, you need to call the phone provided at the entrance to contact staff. After I called myself, I also asked Ctrip for help, but they could only try. In the end, I had to contact the apartment and send the email myself. However, Ctrip was helpful and actively assisted. It's recommended to prepare a SIM card that can make international calls and access the internet for timely communication and email.
4️⃣ Keep an eye on the hotel's backup email address.
If you encounter problems with email communication, try contacting the hotel's booking email address (usually starting with reserve@, which is available on Ctrip). The response will be faster. The staff read me an email address over the phone, which was incorrect.
Overall, the hotel's facilities are good, but the check-in process needs to be prepared and confirmed in advance. We recommend that you complete all online procedures before departure and save the hotel's contact information to avoid affecting check-in when you arrive in the evening.

Aimz13k”I stayed at this motel recently, and I have to say, the location was absolutely amazing—the view from the room was outstanding. The room itself was very clean and comfortable. My only small critique is that the TV was a bit outdated and could definitely use an upgrade. Overall, though, it was a fantastic stay, and I’d still highly recommend it.”

Guest UserFunctional and souless, but a good location for Queenstown with plenty of car parking. The customer service was poor by the usually warm standard of NZ. The receptionist commented on how ”tired you look” Grrrr..who likes to be told that?! And the breakfast venue was so dire and overpriced ($25 each!) we went instead to a nearby woolworths complex with excellemt cafes instead.

YuyijintianyekaixinlemaLocation: First off, the location is excellent. It's a pleasant 10-minute walk to the harbor, a 5-minute stroll to the bustling commercial district, and a 7-minute walk to the nearest bus stop. Within 10 minutes, you'll find two large supermarkets and numerous Chinese restaurants.
Amenities: The hotel room comes fully equipped with kitchenware, including a microwave. What's even more impressive is that there's a washer and dryer right in the room! Highly recommend!
Service: The front desk is staffed 24 hours, and the staff were quite friendly. After paying online, a 75 yuan deposit is required at check-in.

YizhilaozongziAfter arriving in Auckland on the last flight from Queenstown, the airport transfer to the hotel took less than 10 minutes, which was super convenient for an overnight layover. You can check in at the front desk or use one of the two self-service kiosks. I booked a standard room through a third-party platform for only 500, which was great value for money. The only downside was that the walk to the room was quite long. The balcony door in the ground-floor room opened onto a small lawn, offering a bit of a view. The room size was adequate, and the bedding was fairly comfortable. Overall, it was a good experience, and there's a direct bus to the airport not far from the hotel.

YYutravellerWe stayed in a family room, and overall the experience was great, except for the breakfast! It had two rooms with a kitchen, very spacious and comfortable. The front desk staff were also good.
The only downside was the breakfast service. On that day, there were two Korean tour groups, and they were seated before breakfast even officially started. We, as individual guests, were told there were no seats and asked to come back an hour later (breakfast was from 7 to 9 AM, and we arrived promptly at 7 AM). Since we didn't have time to wait an hour, we stood there waiting for a table. Eventually, the first group of over 40 people left, and then the second group of 20 arrived right after! The food wasn't refilled, nor were the paper cups or tea bags. The coffee machine was broken, and there was only one small home-style hot water dispenser, which was clearly insufficient for 50 people. The waiter then brought another electric kettle from somewhere, and when I poured hot water, I saw black flakes – I realized the iron heating element inside was rusty and flaking off... A lot of people had already drunk from it (it was terrifying). In the end, I only ate an apple and drank a cup of tea. There was only one server, nowhere near enough to manage two large tour groups. No one was clearing tables, and the situation for us individual guests was even worse.
Another plus was the free airport shuttle bus. So, apart from the breakfast experience, everything else was very good. Free parking was also available.
