YYouzijingxinThe room is clean and tidy.
The fixed shower device is damaged, the shower cannot be fixed, and it is not repaired in time. A small cockroach appeared in the room at night. When I went out after 10 am, the door handle hung up the ”Please clean” card, and I returned to the hotel at 5 pm and still did not clean the room.

Amazing
AAna Telo MexiaIt was an amazing overall experience. Not enough time to experience everything, like restaurant Raiva, the Spa, exploring the surrounding trails and explore the river by boat.
The rooms are incredible, as the breakfast. The architecture and the landscape surroundings are breathtaking.
The staff was very friendly and nice.
Regarding the breakfast, I was a little disappointed that in our last day, the croissants had ran out and the few last were a little dry compared with the ones we ate in the previous day.
Also the outdoor swimming pools were amazing, although the hotel doesn't have enough sun loungers when it's full.
Unfortunately we take a boat ride, as the the rates are scandalous overpriced.
In the end we enjoyed a lot the experience and would love to come back.

BBelmarAll perfect, cleaning, facilities and, above all, the staff of the hotel, a 10 for them. For putting a but, the variety of buffet, could be wider. The bed was very comfortable and, the large and clean room. Thanks for everything.

Facilities and room bed in general seems clean, BUT the toilet often has a slight sewage smell. Not sure which part exactly it came from, annoying when you want to take a good bath or a nice sht.

It named ”hotel and spa”, offering a good variety of facilities BUT note that most of them charge separately (not included in room fee).

GGuest UserA grand hotel in the old style. It was undergoing significant renovation while I stayed, so they're clearly making an effort to remain competitive. Staff was courteous and helpful. The dinner in the restaurant was tasty and filling at a good price. All in all an excellent value. My only complaint is the strong musty odor in my room. Fortunately the weather was good so I could open the windows wide, but the hotel really needs to eliminate the source of the smell.
I didn't know before visiting Luso that it's famous for the quality of its water. The photo show the spouts in the center of town where locals come to fill their containers.

JJanusz z OlsztynaIf someone is looking for a non-commercial place, but at the same time warm, friendly and naturally composed, then this is a 100% sure choice: without the advantage of form over substance, excellent cuisine (I recommend buying the HB option, it's worth it!), very friendly staff, no crowds and full harmony with the surrounding nature. The location on the lagoon itself adds an additional touch of nature. Away from the hustle and bustle, without rushing. You may get the impression that time slows down here a bit, or maybe it flows differently?

Aana_fortunatoAn absolute delight 😊 this is an incredible place in the middle of nature - the perfect place to unwind. The hotel has indoor heated pool, jacuzzi, Turkish bath, sauna and gym (all free access). The outdoor includes a kids park and a bar/caffee. The breakfast is amazing 👏🏻
I keep returning to this hotel 😍
Also to mention the hotel staff which is very kind, nice and helpful. A special kudos to Alexandre which is an amazing person and always available to help.

SSaabFanaticThe hotel was able to accommodate a slightly early check in. The room itself was clean but the carpet stained.
Outdoor pool was under renovations and made use of the indoor pool and hot tub (make sure to reserve a time slot upon check in).
There is free parking on the street or in an underground garage that has a very steep ramp.
Breakfast was decent and had eggs, mushrooms, sausage, yogurt, and pastries. The coffee could have been better.
