Facilities: Newly renovated, complete facilities
Sanitation: Clean and tidy
Environment: On the top of the mountain in the Almada area on the south bank of the Tajo River, with underground parking and free parking. You can see the big Jesus statue on the high floors, and there is green space next to it, and the air is fresh
Service: A rich breakfast. I had a Portuguese meal at the hotel on the night of arrival, and there is a discount for guests, which is good!
The hotel was really awesome. The rooms are super cozy. We loved the view over the Lisbon bay area from our balcony. The hotel has a small roof top pool which is stunning. There are towels provided for the pool. Also the breakfast was very tasty and of high standard. Parking was available for free directly opposite the hotel. Thanks for that pleasant stay.
The hotel has sea views but is not the first line, it is on a high but remote.
The staff were generally very sympathetic.
The top room is small, as well as the toilet but enough, the minibar is super silent, the hygienic swab had a little uncontrolled pressure. Noise for the corridor and for the outside is not the best but it is not too bad, but I haven't heard noise from the other rooms.
The SPA pool is small, they control the lotion with pre-reservation and the small children can only attend in the morning.
The gym has some machines, enough to work the large muscle groups.
The breakfast is varied, I see missing the typical alentejan bread, on the first day the mosquito eggs had a very resqueeze look, on the second day they had already a good look, I think the 10 a.m. is bad to start the staff in a snack to collect the boards and conditioning access to only a part of the buffet, starting cleaning and no longer putting anything back.
It was a pleasant stay.
Impeccable hotel with fantastic rooms. The only thing is that it should have a dental kit because I forgot mine and asked at reception but it was sold out.
Otherwise impeccable
The hotel is very good in every aspect. The rooms are clean and the facilities are complete. Especially the air conditioner is a Midea brand made in China. It is really powerful. The service attitude is also very good. The breakfast is also good. There are many food markets and supermarkets around where you can go and have a look. The local customs and customs, there is a small park next to the hotel, except that it is a bit far from the city, overall it is a very cost-effective hotel.
Breathtaking location with magnificent views of the Setubal peninsula.
One of the best Pousadas of Portugal. A ”must-stay”.
Very professional service and superb service.
Great room at moderate price.
Excellent breakfast.
Drove 600kms from Malaga to stay here whilst doing some business in the locale, which was very quiet, like an ex-workers community... so wasn't anticipating or expecting anything 5*
I'm sure they did their best but being told no soap is available, although toiletries are listed as free, and to use the pump dispensers, even when the bidet is too far to operate a pump in situ, and to have suggested to fill a cup with liquid soap first....really?? Both the bidet and bath plug leaked, the extractor fan wasn't operating and also the fridge was missing the door shelf retainers, not helpful!!
I realise my off-season stay was in February, but I asked if there was room service but was told no, and yet they advertise it??
therefore it would be very welcoming if the coffea/hot drink machine was available for a reasonable time during the day and evening, not just at breakfast and evening meal
If that wasn't possible, then for £70 per night I would have appreciated a small travel kettle in my room, as I was happy to supply milk, tea and coffee, but hey ho
Probably wouldn't recommend this place or stay here again, staff looked bored during meal service and honestly couldn't blame them, maybe some music, ever?
The breakfast is good, the hotel environment is good, there is an outdoor swimming pool, but the location is too far away from the city, the gym is only two square meters, and a treadmill!

AAlexaThe hotel was amazing! The room as very clean and with great space! Breakfast was good but not amazing as well as the spa area. The only bad thing was the bathroom as every time we had a shower, it would create a pool inside the bathroom! We had to put the towels on the floor to avoid the water to spread to the room and we had to call the housekeeping 3 times to clean all the water.
HHyunjeongExcellent breakfast. The friendly staff. Good environment to stay with a dog, however, the dog kit needs to be improved. The bed and food provided were for large dogs. Overall, it was very positive.
PPereiraGood hotel, very good and pleasant pool space.
A little varied breakfast, but with quality.
A pleasant and very careful reception.
Small rooms, small bathroom but with a very pleasant balcony.

AAugusto H.The location of the apartment is perfect, in front of the sea, with direct access to the beach and the pool, ideal for a few days of rest. However, the services leave a lot to be desired. The apartment does not have any type of amenities, such as a bottle of water, coffee or other products usually available in 4-star accommodations.
Despite having a coffee machine and a dishwasher, there wasn't even a coffee capsule or washing up liquid. There was also no drainer to dry hand-washed dishes. I requested twice, both by phone and in person, a pair of slippers and detergent for the washing machine, but they were never delivered. I even went to reception (which is in another structure) during the night, where they assured me that they would be delivered the next morning, which did not happen.
In short, the apartment is spacious and well located, but the total lack of services and the lack of attention to guests' requests make the experience quite disappointing. A shame, because the space has a lot of potential.

GGuest UserThe hotel is very close to the city centre and is very close to the city centre. The rooms are quite impersonal. The mirror TV is quite small compared to the volume of the room that is very honest to him. The lights are not very well reflected. The staff is helpful but there is no soul, no heart. The rooms are very comfortable and comfortable.
AAlentejoIt is always so good to be back. Even on a winter day, the hotel makes you feel comfortable. Relaxing landscape in a very large room, with an excellent bed. Water and chocolates are provided as courtesy. The balcony seems to put you inside the countryside, breath in breath out, and take all the fresh air you can. You can even take a bath while you enjoy the view.
Breakfast is sublime. Freshly baked eggs on demand, coffee bar with hand made beverages, pastry and fresh fruit with several local items available. All of this while you glance at the infinite pool. You can even have breakfast outside, if it is not to cold.
KKk821Location: Located in the Alcochete area where salt is produced, it is a newly developed community. The hotel is located on the seaside with good scenery and is suitable for vacation.
Transportation: It is more suitable to drive there. There are many roundabouts along the road, and there are many restaurants near City Hall, 3 kilometers away.
Facilities: indoor and outdoor swimming pools, fitness room, reading room.
Room: Apartment style, 1 bedroom, open kitchen, terrace facing fields, no landscape, you can see the sunrise. Washing machines, kitchenware, and coffee machines are available.
Catering: The breakfast style is simple and refined, with fruits, bread, cheese, salad and ham hot plates.
Service: I stayed in 5 hotels in different locations in Portugal. Generally, the service of the staff was relatively indifferent. The service in this hotel was relatively warm.
JJoãoVery good hotel overall, excellent breakfast, cleanliness, location and a view that is something and the friendliness and professionalism of its staff, especially Ana [head of reception]l who, after having provided a solution to a problem, never He lost the smile and understanding necessary for what the place demands, well done.
