A beautifully decorated room, a wonderful restaurant, and friendly staff. That's where the positives end. Now for the negatives, and there are more.
1. The location is simply terrible. There's nothing nearby; the hotel is located in a remote village. It's hard to understand why anyone would even bother, especially at such a high price.
2. The rooms have fireplaces. When we lit the fireplace downstairs, we nearly suffocated—the smoke drifted into our room for hours, making it impossible to breathe.
3. The bathroom floor is extremely slippery; I deliberately took a photo of the step and almost fell. Rubber mats should definitely be installed in that area.
Highly recommended! The owner was incredibly kind, the room was clean and newly renovated, and the surrounding area was very quiet. It was a truly memorable trip!
This was an absolutely beautiful and wonderful hotel. While cave hotels offer a unique charm, for families with children, considering the comfortable room environment and excellent hotel services, this particular hotel comes highly recommended. Even with many families present, the hotel maintains a quiet and peaceful atmosphere, allowing you to truly relax and enjoy your stay. The meals were superb – both lavish and healthy! The staff's service was impeccable. You can even watch the hot air balloons from the hotel entrance, and by just crossing the road, you can capture truly amazing photos of them. This is a hotel I wholeheartedly recommend. Thank you. I definitely want to come back again.
The hotel staff are very kind and helpful. The room is very comfortable and spacious. There is also a large bathroom🛀The bathtub can be used to take a bath to relieve the fatigue of the whole day. It is really great. Overall, I highly recommend everyone to stay at this hotel.
While cave hotels are pricey due to their unique location and history, one night's stay is usually sufficient to get the full experience. The front desk staff and servers were all incredibly warm and friendly. The lady in the kitchen even shared some freshly baked sweet pastries with us, which made us feel very much at home. Some rooms offer views of the hot air balloons taking off in the morning. However, whether they fly is subject to daily conditions, and cancellations are quite common. (We stayed for two days; they flew on the first day but not the second.)
The hotel is a 10-minute drive from the town of Göreme in Cappadocia. Since I had a car, I really didn't want to experience the so-called cave hotel that felt like a guesthouse in town. Marriott's quality guaranteed this hotel wouldn't disappoint; the rooms and service were excellent. There were many tour groups, but it didn't significantly affect my experience. Driving into town, there were various restaurants and shops, not much different from staying in town. The hotel staff were also very friendly and helpful. However, I wouldn't recommend booking a hot air balloon ride through the hotel. Booking in town or online will be much cheaper.
Staff is very polite and nice. Sweet and lovely people. Other guests were also friendly. Would recommend this peace if you want peace and calmness. Gerome hot air baloon is also close to it, almost 15 minutes drive.
This is one of the coolest hotels I've ever been to In my Life. If you like Gothic architecture and something different bored of the same old boutique hotels this is a place to come visit. The blood pool in the hell dungeon is amazing with snakes and stone on the ceiling. If you are into rock music Gothic medieval and still want the luxuries this is the place you have to come see.
Beautiful hotel located in the largest shopping center in Nevsehir.
The pool, spa and gym are amazing.
The food in the restaurant is excellent (dinner and breakfast).
Very good value for money.
I recommend.
직원들 친절하고 조식 간결하지만 깔끔했고 패밀리룸은 복층으로 우리 가족에겐 딱 좋은 숙소 였으며 테라스에 본 전망은 멋이였다. 작은동네가 한눈에 다 보임.

Amazing
RRGL229I recently stayed at Divin Cappadocia Hotel and had an amazing experience, largely thanks to Ismael and his fantastic team. From the warm welcome to the attentive service, they made my stay exceptionally comfortable. The hotel blends modern amenities with traditional charm. Ismael went out of his way to ensure I had everything I needed, from local recommendations to arranging activities. If you're visiting Cappadocia, this hotel is a must! Highly recommend!
GGuest UserThis was one of the best hotels I've ever stayed at.
The rooms were spacious and clean, and the views from the rooms were amazing!
The breakfast was lavish and I looked forward to it every morning. The staff were very kind and always polite.
The mascot cat, Kuroneko, was also cute.
Uchisar is at a higher altitude than Goreme, so the views are generally beautiful and I personally recommend it. (It's not too far from the hot air balloon spot either.)
I'd love to stay here again if I come to Cappadocia!
CCkKelvinWe had a wonderful stay at this hotel! Enes is incredibly nice and even helped us with our luggage upon arrival. He also assisted us with planning all our activities in Cappadocia, including local tours, the Turkish Night experience, dress rentals, and photography services, everything was smooth and convenient. Enes is very approachable and caring, which made our trip more enjoyable.
The hotel location is perfect, right in the middle of Göreme, close to popular viewpoints and just a short walk from the bus station, which made getting around very easy.
Breakfast was excellent, with plenty of hot dishes and a great variety to choose from. Our cave-style room was cozy and unique, with a heating feature that was perfect for the current season. The room also had complimentary beverages and a fridge, which was a nice touch.
Another highlight of this place is the rooftop terrace. The view is amazing, especially early in the morning when you can watch the hot air balloons rising over the valley, which is amazing and truly unforgettable.
Overall, a fantastic stay and highly recommended!
DDeynaroseWe absolutely loved our stay at this hotel in Cappadocia. The first thing that stands out is the gorgeous, panoramic views—truly some of the best you’ll find in the area. Whether at sunrise or sunset, the scenery feels magical. The overall vibe of the property is warm, relaxing, and uniquely Cappadocian, with a charming blend of cave-style architecture and cozy touches.
The staff were exceptionally kind and attentive. Even though there’s no elevator, they were quick to help with luggage and anything else we needed. If you’ve arranged your own tours or airport pick-ups, you only need to tell them your room number—they handle the call for you, which is incredibly convenient. We also appreciated the free water available at reception, a small but thoughtful detail.
Another highlight: the pets! The resident doggos and cattos add so much personality and comfort to the place. They’re friendly, cute, and honestly part of the hotel’s charm.
The room and common areas were very clean, and the property has a unique character that sets it apart from more standard hotels.
Cons (more observations than complaints):
Many locals in the area smoke, which can be uncomfortable for non-smokers or anyone with allergies—not the hotel’s fault, but worth mentioning for sensitive travelers.
The hotel lists a spa, but during our stay we weren’t offered any spa products or services. We were interested, but ended up booking a massage at a nearby place instead.
The restaurant didn’t have its grill available while we were there, which meant three of the main dishes were unavailable—a bit disappointing.
Not a downside, but good to know: it’s cheaper to book directly with the hotel, so definitely check that before reserving through third-party sites.
Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would happily come back. The views, staff, cleanliness, and the adorable pets make this place truly special. If you appreciate beautiful scenery and warm hospitality, this hotel is a great choice.

GGuest UserThe room was very spacious, and the views were absolutely beautiful! It would have been an amazing photo opportunity if the hot air balloon ride hadn't been cancelled.
Breakfast was both plentiful and delicious.
Facilities: Excellent.
Service: The staff provided exceptional service; they were incredibly helpful. When we booked another hotel for the next day, the owner even personally drove us there! We were genuinely touched.
Environment: The scenery is breathtaking and ideal for photography.
Cleanliness: Spotless and very comfortable.
QQieerxihahahaCappadocia kistar cave hotel recommended
In Uchissar, near Pigeon Valley and Uchissar Castle.
It is the best hotel in the room in Turkey. Super big. There is already a big terrace.
The family-run boss and the family are very good. They smiled and gave a small gift when they left.
Less than 1,000 yuan during May 1st, much cheaper than the hotel in Goreme
Ctrip chose 2 big and 1 small when placing the order, but the hotel received the 2 big, but the bed is big enough for us to stay smoothly.

Great value
Friendly staff
Even though I couldn't show up and couldn't cancel, they still helped me modify my stay and keep my reservation.
