It was a very pleasant and wonderful experience. Just outside the window was the Andes Mountains, with beautiful snow-capped mountains blooming in the morning light. You can always trust the Mandarin Oriental brand and tonality. The hotel has two restaurants, and the desserts are absolutely not to be missed. There are many varieties to choose from, and the tiramisu is especially delicious! Because my return flight was late at night, the hotel even extended my room until 4 pm for free. Facilities: The facilities are old, but very clean, and the surrounding area is prosperous, with commercial pedestrian streets and many restaurants. The breakfast is rich and clean, but there is no kettle.

Good quality hotel for a short stay in the Providencia district, near all main attractions and shopping venues. From the higher floors there is a good view on the city and the sunset. On the points to be aware of: the air conditioning system in the room is located near the bed and this makes sleeping not very comfortable. Also I would not rely on the reception calling taxi for you - in our case their partner company announced a 45 minute waiting time in the morning right before our flight.

Amazing hotel, I liked absolutely everything! I lived on the 18th floor in room 1803, absolutely stunning view from the window of the Andes and the city, I enjoyed every day at the hotel! Cleanliness, great breakfast, although not enough hot food, but this is compensated by wonderful cheeses and fruits. Perfect location. I had dinner in the hotel restaurant - everything was very tasty, good selection of wine. Warm pool on the 20th floor, gym. Very friendly staff. I recommend the hotel for a stay in Santiago and will be happy to come back again! Thank you for the wonderful welcome! ❤️❤️❤️

The hotel facilities are all quite good. The room was spacious, clean, tidy, and quiet. Although the hotel gym is small, it's relatively clean. The swimming pool is large, but it was too cold to try it out. Overall, the experience was quite good. The only drawback is the location; it's a bit out of the way with no supermarkets or malls nearby, and it's about a 10-minute drive from the airport.

The hotel is in a bustling area, really lively, and very close to the attractions – you can just walk there. Especially convenient for getting to the Central Market, where you can enjoy seafood and a wide variety of fruits.

Close to the airport, I always stay here for my layovers, and I've been here many times. The rooms are good. The front desk service is inconsistent. Sometimes it's great, but other times they're very strict about check-in times, refusing to let me check in before 3 PM even if there are available rooms, and even though I'm a Wyndham Diamond member. The restaurant food is decent, but a bit pricey by local standards.

My wife and I stayed here four years ago for our honeymoon. It seems like the place has stayed the same, which is not a compliment. The room was carpeted, yet no slippers were given to us. The aircon unit would buzz loudly and randomly during the night, which woke me up. For some reason bathtub drain stoppers needed to be requested, and the two nights I asked for one I was told they were all out. I spent two nights wanting to take a bath to relax and I wasn't able to. The elevators are extremely old and seriously need to be replaced - the door would shut in front of us when waiting for one and I got trapped by the doors once. The best part of this hotel is the breakfast. It has great variety and the quality of the fruit and meals is excellent. The staff is very kind, too.

This a nice hostel with great potential. We had a lovely room with tv and kitchenette but the kitchenette wasn’t really usable as the job wouldn’t work and there wasn’t enough utensils. Similarly the outdoor shared kitchen didn’t have enough utensils to be usable. The pool area was nice enough. Our highlight though was the breakfast and the lovely friendly lady from Nicaragua who was serving it, she is a great asset to the company. The area is ok and you can walk to the centre but it’s definitely not one of the best areas in the city.
