A truly unforgettable stay at Stella Grand Hotel! This wasn’t our first time at Stella Grand, but it was by far the most special — we were celebrating my son’s birthday! The staff went above and beyond to make it memorable, surprising us with thoughtful touches and cheerful smiles every day. The kids truly enjoyed! The animation team deserves a special shoutout — they are so kind and full of energy. And for the adults? The food is absolutely delicious, the pools are crystal clean, and the gardens are beautifully maintained. Thank you, Stella Grand, for making our family holiday so magical. We’ll definitely be back!

I loved our stay at Tanoak hotel. Away from the hustle and bustle of the city, one can relax and unwind. The hotel service was amazing. Breakfast and dinner was amazing with a large variety to choose from. The pool area is great and there is a shuttle to the private beach area which has bars and restaurants.

Hotel it self is ok but electricity keeps cutting off I stayed in total 3 nights and electricity was out 3 times Second day was out for almost 3 hrs. So inconvenient, hotel management didn’t even offer any compensation for this and keep saying its not from hotel side !!! Despite the government says hotels have exceptions from the power saving plan. Also how is it possible 4 star hotel has no generators!!! Many other good things about the hotel but can’t mention it due to this matter being so frustrating Hotel is nice for families Animation team are cool despite the limited budget they have Food variety is surprisingly great at main restaurant Room condition is quite tired

On the second day, our child's throat became irritated and caused fever. The hotel also had a doctor who prescribed medicine for free, and also introduced the Cairo hospital to us. Thank you very much. When we arrived in Cairo, we were worried and went to the hospital. The hospital doctor agreed with the hotel doctor's diagnosis and medication. The child recovered the next day. Thank you very much! By the way, the doctors in the hotel and Cairo Hospital did not discriminate against us because we were Chinese and had a fever. They did not even wear masks deliberately, or even disagreed with our request for virus testing. In this terrible period of the new crown pneumonia epidemic, it is very valuable. thank you very much! This hotel is highly recommended, breakfast and lunch are not expensive.

The newly opened hotel has a golf course, swimming pool, etc. The decoration style is the latest popular. The room is large in size and a separate cloakroom. The breakfast was also delicious, and I actually ate the ripe white balsam fruit for the first time. Front desk service, room service, lobby service are very good, golf club staff dress up.

The overall environment is good, most of the staff are also warm and friendly, especially Ahmed and the lady next to the front desk (the name is not known, but the room is a bit old, and it needs to be refurbished for a long time.

Great for short family trip, Kids will enjoy a lot. Clean renovated new rooms. Good location with nice views on the Red Sea. Several pools for swimming.

Il posto è carino, c'è molto spazio e la spiaggia è abbastanza grande. Il cibo è ok. Le piscine sono grandi e pulite. La struttura sarebbe da rinnovare, cosa che stavano facendo parzialmente quando ero lì. Lo staff è gentile e disponibile. Si può arrivare dal Cairo con un autobus e quindi è comodo per chi non ha l'auto come me.
