The environment is very good, the facilities are fully equipped, the location is excellent, it is the most satisfactory hotel in Kazakhstan, the front desk service is very warm, really recommend

The room is very good. I stayed there for the second time. It has a washing machine and a kitchen. It is my favorite hotel on this trip.

Located on the Volga River, the hotel is quiet and convenient. We were able to check in a few hours early, and due to a delayed flight, we were given a late checkout. The service was very thoughtful and considerate. I'd definitely stay here again. It's also very close to popular attractions!

The overall environment is very good, the suite is clean and tidy, there is a 24-hour supermarket next to it, about 17 minutes from the airport. Breakfast starts at 5 o'clock, which is convenient for business travel by plane.
Breakfast is relatively simple, the gym starts at 10 am, it is recommended to be as early as possible
