Hotels With Pool in Vaavu Atoll, Maldives

Right after leaving, we already started missing Royal. We stayed here for 4 nights, and then moved to another resort island. Both the elderly and the kids in our family said they preferred Fulidhoo and Royal more. The island has a very authentic, local vibe. Although the rooms aren't huge, they have everything you need. You can dry clothes on the top floor. The excursions offered here are much cheaper than those on the resort islands. The front desk staff are very friendly, and the pizza at the restaurant is absolutely delicious. I've already recommended it to all my friends!

While centrally located on the island, it's incredibly convenient to reach both beaches. It's just a few minutes' walk from the jetty, and if you arrange it in advance, they'll provide a pick-up service. On the nearby beaches, you can have amazing close encounters with stingrays and nurse sharks. The guesthouse is spotlessly clean, and guests are asked to leave their shoes downstairs. The Wi-Fi signal in the rooms was also excellent. Our booking included full board (breakfast, lunch, and dinner). The food they served was delicious; while the variety wasn't huge, the portions were always generous. The service from front desk staff Shariq and restaurant attendant Susmita was truly exceptional. I wholeheartedly recommend Madi Grand Maldives. For excursions, book directly with Shariq; the small group sizes mean you'll have a much more fulfilling experience.

I had dreamt of staying at this hotel for a very long time; I had already noticed it thanks to its excellent reviews. The main goal was to see the shark feeding. Nowhere else in the Maldives will you find such a huge number of tamed sharks! It's an unforgettable spectacle. Before this, we stayed at another resort, so I have something to compare it with. Although this hotel isn't a resort, it can boldly compete. Everything here is thought out to the smallest detail, with great taste and a huge variety. Everything is so beautifully arranged and organized! The level of service and attention to detail are felt at every turn—from impeccable aesthetics to incredible care for guests. Almost every evening, the hotel hosts some kind of show, like local dances. I was especially touched by the personal touch: we were greeted with a drink and sent off with a luxurious seafood platter and pleasant gifts. It's immediately clear that the owner genuinely loves their creation and puts their heart into every little detail. It's precisely this energy and service that make a vacation truly special. This is the perfect place for two! My girlfriend and I stayed in a two-story overwater villa with ocean views – it was truly magical. The interior is very spacious and modern, and the bed on the second floor looks directly out onto the endless sea – an incredible feeling. We really loved the reef right by our villa; we snorkeled every day and saw lots of colorful fish, and even sharks and rays. The food at the restaurant was delicious. All the staff were incredibly friendly, and our entire vacation flew by. This is a romantic, cozy, and very beautiful resort that we absolutely recommend to all couples in love!

The island selection was very successful. In addition to the speedboat being a little far away (acceptable for more than an hour), there is also a seaplane option. The service response, accommodation hardware and snorkeling environment are all great. There are no mosquitoes on the island, and the water houses are even more comfortable and great. The sun set water house is closer to the trench and more suitable for snorkeling. The other water houses have more beautiful sea water colors, and the sand houses look very good. There is not much publicity, and even if the occupancy rate is relatively high, it is still very quiet. The island is not too big or too small, and it is not very tiring to walk and the sea water is beautiful. It is not hot for several days. Everything feels great. The breakfast can be changed more every day! I will come again in the future! The atmosphere of the water house is also good at night, not scary at all
