The place is giid.. i love the pool & the resto...but breqkfast is very pricey... the cr licks automatically and only the staff has the keym. It was bothering us.. there must be a CR key inside the room... There's mirror inside the room, only in the cr... the rest.. was all good..

The hotel has great location. It is beside a shopping mall and along the highway for convenience. We stayed in their family suite. The room was very spacious for 5 people. However, the room was not 100% soundproof so you can hear the vehicles outside especially at night. It’s good tho that the hotel provides earplugs upon request to compensate. They have very good breakfast buffet as well. There is a variety of choices - from Filipino to Western. The rooftop pool and bar is nice, especially at night. The gym is also accessible. Service was okay. Some requests to front desk just took a while to be brought to our room. Overall, I would definitely recommend this hotel. Bang for the buck!

Can't give a excellent rating. Facility has 2 structed pools. 1 Pool operational (near pond and good), but the other massive pool just in back of main building is CLOSED. Looks like this has been closed a very long time. Shame. If this pool was operational I would change my rating to being the best. I think the owners/mgt does not want to incur the costs involved to fill and maintain this pool. As its empty it is a eye sore. This is my own opinion.

We had a wonderful stay at Solina with our family. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere. We especially appreciated their helpfulness throughout our stay. While there's room for improvement in the breakfast buffet, particularly with the fruit selection, we would definitely recommend Solina for a relaxing and enjoyable vacation.

Location is good as it is in the city proper - situated beside the famous capitol lagoon and just few walks away from Ayala mall. The room is just the right size - not too spacious though but has the basics- study table, kettle, fridge, hot shower is also availbale but not hot enough. Staffs are good and very courteous and attentive. Breakfast buffet is available and has a wide variety of food - also changes menu for the next days which is good. Their hot chocolate is creamy and not too sweet which is also good. They have a pool available in the 2nd floor, also a gym and spa area. Also, one of the higlights will be the rooftop bar where you can chill with their classic and signature cocktails and other alcoholic beverages. It also has a good view of the capitol lagoon especially at night. Overall a good experience, we were just not approved for a 3-hour late check out even if we are willing to pay. Have not seen much people checking-in that day as it is a Monday so not sure if they are fully fully booked for that day.

PParsa BarhaghiThis hotel was on the far side of Boracay island offering a comfort stay and large rooms. The service of the hotel could be improved by simplifying the process. We arrived at 2:30pm and after 15 minutes of check in process, they informed us our room was not available till 3pm. We went to the beach and came back around 6pm and were given a room we did not book. The hotel did their best to make up for it by offering a 30 minute foot massage to both of us. After waiting for our appointment time, we found that they had double booked and we had to move our appointment to the next day. The breakfast was good and included an omelette bar with lots of choices of food. Our checkout process took about 15 minutes as well. The delays in check in / check out were my biggest issue with the hotels. It seemed there was too many staff involved in each one, upper management needs to allow the front desk staff helping the guest take care of the guests check in/check out quickly by themselves.

GGuest UserWe stayed at Crimson Resort & Spa Boracay and were absolutely blown away! From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The location is perfect , it felt like our own private slice of paradise, yet still close enough to everything we wanted to see and do. The resort itself is stunning – beautifully designed, impeccably clean, and surrounded by lush greenery with breathtaking views of the ocean. Our room was spacious, modern, and incredibly comfortable, with thoughtful touches that made it feel like home. What really made the experience unforgettable was the exceptional service. Every single staff member we encountered was warm, friendly, and went above and beyond to make our stay special. If you're heading to Boracay and want a luxurious, relaxing, and memorable experience, Crimson Resort is the place to be.

MManoTauteFrom the moment we arrived we were made to feel safe, comfortable and every single need was catered to. Traveling with our 1 year old son for the first time, the stay at Movenpick was exactly the right place. Amazing amazing staff: Our transfer by private boat, van and bus was organised perfectly. Checking in and out - staff are friendly. Concierge and staff assistance with transfers/ in town travel and anything else - exceptional. Staff at the pools, beach, restaurants, daycare, shops, cleaning staff - all are exceptional and truly warm and friendly. Amazing food and drinks, pool and beach is amazing and we truly cannot say enough how well we were treated and spoiled. Special shoutout to: Rianne, Honey, Antonet, Mia, Cara and Brooks for greeting our boy by name every day, spending time with him, making him laugh all while making sure we are comfortable and enjoying our breakfast/lunch/dinner - you all truly embody professional and loving service - we will miss seeing you every morning. To the managers - Arnold, Marichel and Arlene - thank you for your honest goodness, smiles and small favours (small glasses of fruit juice, extra bananas etc etc). We are sad to leave here but will definitely be back one day - hope to see you all here again!

KKrista McInnisMy husband and I stayed at The Mandarin Bay Resort and Spa for 6 nights. We understood the hotel to be in the midst of a soft opening and expected some services to not be up and running which was fine by us as Station 2 has every amenity needed. Below are the pros and cons of our stay. Pros: The staff: They are the main strength of the hotel. Everybody we encountered seemed to be a part of a working team and were so helpful and thoughtful. The room: It was spacious and comfortable. Little treats were left on the table each evening. Water was replenished as frequently as you would like. There was a lot of storage space, and details like flip flops and umbrellas were in the room. A retractable clothesline in the bathroom would be helpful for hanging daily beachwear. Location: If you like to be in the middle of it all, this is the place for you. Everything you could think of needing was a few seconds away. Breakfast food: This was by far, the best breakfast buffet I’ve had! For 6 days there were no repeats! Egg station, soup station, and carving stations in addition to regular breakfast foods and so much more. Someone serving water, tea, and coffee would help alleviate the long waits for the drinks. Cons: The noise level outside: This hotel has music playing all day at the pool/pool restaurant/check-in waiting area. Sometimes it is coming from the pool speakers, sometimes from a DJ, sometimes from a performer, but it is constant and loud and at times two different songs playing at the same time. Along with the music, there are also drums being played each time a new van load of guests arrive. It is important to note that the layout of the hotel with rooms surrounding the pool creates a kind of echo, so music, drums, whistles, and voices are amplified. There is no sanctuary in the hotel. Boracay, in general, is loud, so I was hoping to come home from the bars or restaurants or beach to read a book or relax by the pool but this was not possible. Looking around, it seemed loud at other hotels too, so maybe it’s just me that was hoping for a relaxing space and I should not have been in Station 2. I did not realize that it was loud INSIDE the hotels and resorts in Station 2. The noise level inside: Our room was near the stairs and elevator area that carried noise and echo. When the service began early in the morning, trolleys and voices offer an early wake-up call. The layout: The hotel is 5 or 6 stories high surrounding the pool. Many rooms look from the balcony over the pool and directly into the other rooms. It seems they tried to squish as many rooms as they could onto the land and did not make room for a pool deck. There are about 20 chairs only for the entire resort. If you book a ground floor, direct pool access room, know that people will be swimming on your outside space, so don’t forget to close your curtains! Beach: There are 20 chairs only for Mandarin Bay guests but they hand out beach mats for people who did not score a chair. Unfortunately, between the months of January and May Boracay has its Lumot season and there was an abundance of green algae. Overall, I would recommend this hotel to people who love the resort style of stays, but know in advance that it is not a calm, quiet spot.

马丽We truly enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The service was exceptional, and every staff member was caring and incredibly friendly. We especially appreciated the beach staff and the excellent service they provided. The breakfasts, although not huge, offered a great selection and were just perfect for us. The rooms were always clean, with no reminders needed. There were also fun activities for the kids, which was a nice touch. A special thank you to Ben, who took great care of us. We also loved the small thoughtful touches the hotel provided, such as the beach bags and the Christmas tree photo opportunity—both of which were free and created wonderful memories for us. I also want to highlight the fantastic work of the staff at the beach and by the pools. Ben, in particular, made a great impression by remembering the names of my children and frequently addressing them personally. Additionally, the ice cream and popcorn offered to both kids and adults was a lovely gesture that we truly enjoyed. We had a wonderful time and will definitely recommend this hotel to our friends. I’m sure we will be back again.

MMoniqueFairways & Bluewater Spa really exceeded our expectations! We truly enjoyed our 5-night stay and honestly wished we could have extended! From the moment we arrived, the warm and genuine hospitality made us feel right at home. Although the hotel is a bit farther from the main beach, the efficient van transfers within the property made getting around easy and hassle-free — and honestly, we didn’t feel the need to go out at all. The beach within the resort was beautiful and definitely worth staying in for! The pool and other amenities were well-maintained and spotless throughout our stay. The foam party was such a fun highlight — our whole family had a blast! The staff were all incredibly approachable and accommodating. Special shoutout to Pearl from Housekeeping who kept our room clean and cozy, Winston from the Front Office for always being helpful and welcoming, and Lawrence from Concierge who was so attentive and kind. Everyone we encountered added to the amazing experience. Thank you for the unforgettable family getaway — we’re already looking forward to the next one!

JJesseP4D3N - 7 Premier Rooms - Family & Relatives Beachfront: Algae blooms is still evident. If you want a clearer one, you may walk to the boundaries of S2 & S3. Staff: Very accommodating and friendly. A shoutout to sir JK at reception for letting us check-in as early. Food: Welxome drinks upon areival. Free Breakfast buffet was satisfying! Dinner buffet for P949 +250 unlidrinks is worth it. We also tried the lunch buffet at Henann Regency Sea Breeze (P799) upon arrival and cravings satisfied. But if you opt for cheaper ones, a walk to DMall and Food park is ok but not recommended for groups with kids & seniors (like ours). Room: Cleanliness is exemplary. The daily housekeeping is praiseworthy. We felt like we just arrived everytime we walk into our rooms newly cleaned and refreshed. Supplies is replenished everyday when used. With bathrobe and umbrella but no slippers. Amenities: Pools are ok but smaller than other Henann. Pool bar price is cheaper than Sky Pool bar. Water dispenser available in hallways. Wrap up: Experience were almost perfect except for a mishap on the 3rd night. The ceiling of 1 room assigned to our Seniors has broke down. Tatang was inside the T&B when he heard a loud bomb-like sound (as how he described it to us). He get out of the T&B and is shocked for the devastating look of the ceiling debris all over the beds. Lucky enough that he was inside while Inang was still with us in the restaurant downstairs. The family wanted a free 1N stay and rebooked airfare but the trauma made Tatang insisted to go back home. Hotel Initiative: On the same night, Seniors were immediately transferred to another room with pool access. The next day, at 10am, staff called to check on our Seniors and adv that they're allowed for late check out until pickup time. I replied that if extension is for just 1 room, Seniors will opt not to avail it as others will have to wait for them in the lobby. Hotel staff then asked further approval - resulting to a total of all 7 rooms were allowed for late checkout until 0130pm.

CCTineone of the best hotels in Boracay. Very cozy clean. The Staff are friendly. The food is okay. It's just far from the beach. No beach view but the place itself is okay. We'd love to go back to Boracay and stay in other Hennan hotels. 😃👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍 The pool temperature is calming. The sheets are clean and complete toiletries. There's a lot of koi fish that my daughter enjoyed. The hotel even gave us complimentary chocolate treats that we loved. We felt the summer vibe in this hotel. The pool has its own mini bar and we enjoyed drinks. thank you Hennan. Til next time. 🥰🥰🥰
