The hotel is old but very clean, they love cleaning our roomđ
Its very alive during night time but the noise is tolerable, comfortable bed, and a lot of restaurant and coffee area nearby. It is also walking distance to SM, Sam 21, nice place

I had a pleasant stay at Boracay Holiday Resort. The location is excellent â Boracay Beach is just a 5-minute walk away, and there are plenty of nearby establishments for food, drinks, and essentials. The staff provided great service, and the cleanliness and amenities were good overall
.
One thing worth mentioning is that I lost my eyeglasses during my stay. Iâm not sure where it happened, but I wasnât able to recover them. Aside from that, everything else went smoothly and we still enjoyed our time at the resort.
Overall, it was a good experience, and I appreciate the friendly staff, convenient location, and the accessibility to many establishments.

The room was very comfortable, and it's super close to the beach, just a 1-minute walk away. The pool is also great and quite large. For this area, it's a hotel with excellent value for money. The staff were very enthusiastic.

We had a wonderful stay and truly appreciate the excellent service from all the staff. Everyone was very kind, attentive, and genuinely helpful throughout our visit.
During our stay, my son got sick, and the staff went above and beyond to take extra care of us. Their support and concern made a stressful situation much more manageable, and we are very grateful for that.
The buffet was also great, with a good selection including vegan options, which we really appreciated. It made dining easy and enjoyable for our family.
My child also had a fantastic time at the poolâit was definitely one of the highlights of our stay!
Overall, we had a very positive experience and would gladly recommend this hotel.

For a budget hotel, this one was excellent. The staff is outstanding. At check-in, I was offered a room upgrade at no extra cost. The room was very clean. The water pressure in the shower was adequate with plenty of hot water. It had a big newer tv, and enough electrical outlets to plug in all my electronics
It's a newer hotel and everything was modern, clean, and seemingly well maintained. It's a short walk to d mall area, and also has a free shuttle if you don't feel like walking. There's a patio area with a nice view of Bulabong beach and the kite surfers which also gets a very nice cool nreeze in the evenings.
There's just two things I think they could improve upon that would nake this hotel an incredibe value. Number one is that the wi-fi is very slow. I did a couple speed tests and was getting 3mbps download. The only other improvement I would make is the a/c system. It works very well and keeps the room plenty cool, but it has to be adjusted manually. It's not a remote controlled unit, so if you get too warm or too cool at night, you'll need to get out of bed to adjust it.
Even with a couple minor shortcomings, I think this hotel is a great value for the price paid, and I would be very open to staying again.
With a stay at this condo in Iloilo, you'll be within a 5-minute drive of SM City Iloilo and Iloilo Convention Center. This condo is 1 mi (1.7 km) from Jaro Cathedral and 1.2 mi (1.9 km) from QualiMed Hospital.
Enjoy the recreation opportunities such as an outdoor pool or make use of other amenities including complimentary wireless internet access.
Guests will find features like onsite car rentals.
Make yourself comfortable in your condo.
We had an amazing time during our stay. The room is comfy, the amenities can be easily used and accessed. Staff were accomodating and friendly. Special thanks to them in having us checked in an hour earlier! The other staff were polite. Location is superb, just a walk away from SM City iloilo. Breakfast buffet is 10/10.
However, the room is not soundproof, we can hear the sounds coming from the bar, the sound from vehicles, and the noisy room guests across our room running, and non stop going in and out of the room, laughing til 4am. The staff haven't monitored the several guests going in and out of the room. Please hopefully resolve this because I love your hotel and want to stay again in my next trip.

The Worst Hotel Experience I Have Ever Had
I have stayed in countless hotels and resorts around the world, but this was by far the worst experience I have ever had.
Our company booked six rooms for a team-building trip. Since our staff were arriving at different times, we registered five different employee names so each person could check in when they arrived.
However, when we arrived at the resort, the staff said that all six rooms were somehow registered under the first name from Room 1, and they refused to let anyone check in unless that specific person arrived first.
This made absolutely no sense.
The person who paid for the booking was present, and we clearly showed the Trip.com app, the official voucher, and the names of all employees staying in the rooms. Despite all of this, the staff repeatedly said check-in was impossible.
What makes this even worse is that there was absolutely no notice anywhere saying that the first guest must arrive before anyone else can check in. Instead of helping us solve the problem, the staff simply told us to wait in the lobby indefinitely with no solution.
I have lived in the Philippines for many years and have stayed many times at resorts in Bohol and Boracay, including several Henann Resorts. I have also traveled to many countries. However, I have never experienced such rigid, unhelpful, and unprofessional service.
To make matters worse, no manager came out to assist us, even after we asked multiple times. For a resort that claims to offer quality hospitality, this level of service is completely unacceptable and honestly below even a one-star standard.
This experience was extremely disappointing and frustrating.
I would strongly recommend future guests double-check their booking policies before staying here.

GGuest UserThank you for making our first trip to Boracay truly memorable, especially for my senior father. We loved the room, amenities, food, pool, and overall service. The staff were all very accommodating and friendly. The place was spotless, with daily room cleaning, and the beachfront location was perfect. We also appreciated the complimentary drinks upon our arrival. Most of all, thank you for granting our special request for my fatherâs 70th birthday â it meant a lot to us. Weâll definitely be coming back next year. Again, thank you so much!
AAnonymous UserI'd rate 5/5 for everything but --
Cleanliness - overall it is 5/5 but there were times when we hung the make up room sign and came back with the room not yet clean, i think it happened like 4 times during our one week stay :(
Amenities - fairways is a really great place to stay because of their amenities, but everytime we go there, not all of the pools are available. Every time there would be pools that are under maintenance. We've been staying at fairways since 2023, and there would always be pools or other places that are under maintenance.
GGuest UserThe place is so nice. So glad we got a room upgrade. Our stay here is a perfect choice for our 10th wedding anniversary. They made our stay a bit more special by the complimentary decor & greeting. Thank you so much boracay ocean club.
GGuest UserOur stay at the Savoy Hotel was amazing. We had a lot of fun by the pool, at the gym, or playing ping pong. We also got a massage at the Lila spa that we really enjoyed. Our room was comfortable, clean, there was a balcony. Our towels were changed every day, garbage was picked up, sheets were changed every other day.
The staff were great, polite, attentive, helpful. They deserve a lot of praise, especially the shuttle bus driver, Chris, who really made our trip even better providing a lot of information about the island and the Philippine tradition.
The food was tasty. The breakfast buffet offered a variety of food. The Newcoast beach is a walking distance from the hotel, and the famous Keyhole is nearby that beach. The dmall and white beach area are just 20 mins away by free shuttle bus.
Thank you, Savoy, for such a wonderful experience! đ€
EEunice Quicoy HelinIt was a nice hotel in the newcoast with complimentary activity. Enjoyed kayaking with my family who happened to stay in the same hotel.Food was superb
GGuest UserThe in-room amenities are pretty standard, similar to what you'd find in a 1000+ RMB per night hotel back home â nothing special, nothing bad, just average. The 2300 RMB per night price mainly covers the hotel's private beach, services (kids' club, with daily craft classes and occasional pool parties), and the public facilities (three pools, including a kids' pool).
We stayed for 10 nights, and when we checked out, they provided complimentary transfer to the airport (car + speedboat + car). We only had to pay the government's environmental protection fee and island entry fee ourselves. This service was absolutely excellent! When you check out, you might want to ask if they can offer this service.
If it's your first time staying and you want an airport pick-up, I recommend contacting the hotel directly, as the airport transfer fee through Ctrip for this hotel is very expensive.
The hotel is next door to the Movenpick Resort, and then next to that is the Shangri-La Hotel. You might want to compare prices.
AAnonymous UserI keep on coming back to this hotel whenever I am in Aklan and still gets amazed with the coordinated work of the employees and how they exceeded my expectations. Coastâs best assets are not just the location, timely airport transfer, their Filipino breakfast buffet, but most of allâ-its employees.
Thank you to Zel, Mercy, the concierge, Vea, Bryan/drivers, the guys who helped take care of us while on the beach, and I forgot the other names butâ to everyone who made our stay really pleasantly memorable, thank you!
GGuest UserI was so annoyed with the remote control being faulty during our entire stay. I need to get near the sensor, just to keep it functioning. Imagine the hassle of standing up, every now and then just to change channels. For 54k for 2nights, its not worth it. Its really frustrating.
Also prior to stay, I specifically requested for rooms near each other since we had kids and seniors with us. But lo & behold, rooms were 1 building away from each other. I kindly asked for assistance, but the front desk officer who I was talking to showed no empathy, the worst part? it seemed she was blaming me, telling me I was the one who booked it. Yeah, right. But it was my first time in the property, how would I know the room 341 was far from room 415. I assumed it was just a floor / elevator away. It feels like she wasn't even willing to help after all and just put all the blame to the client.
One more thing, prior to our stay at Mandarin, we stayed at another property at Station 2, the front desk was a lot different!! They're not as accommodating, something was off, it feels like you're not welcome (I am pertaining to the front desk / manager who was processing the check-in)
What I only liked about them was their staff who welcomes you when you arrive (the ones handing over wet towels and welcome drinks) they greet you warmly & very welcoming. Also, the request for a birthday greeting was also granted, thankful for that. But thats it, never coming back.
DDarina Muradyantâs a good hotel but a little bit tired. We had big room with 2 comfortable beds. The view was so-so- on the roof, but one day we saw monkeys there - it was fun ! The territory of the hotel is very beautiful- a lot of plants, trees and flowers. The staff is very polite, friendly and helps with any questions. The breakfast is quite good - eggs, pancakes, vegetables, fruits, fresh juice, coffee- in common we had all what we need. We like swimming pool - itâs big and beautiful. The beach of Movenpick is good too, but it was bad weather, so unfortunately we couldnât enjoy it as well. And of course we liked chocolate hour - it was so tasty !
