I booked the pool villa. The villa itself is gorgeous and clean. The space is huge! View from the bedroom in the morning is lovely. However it was the rainy season so I couldn’t check out the gym. The breakfast buffet was normal. Location wise it was far from the main beach but they provide shuttle van at some certain timings.

Excellent! Excellent! Excellent! The customer service is the best that I’ve ever experienced with an American company. The villa was a dream! The most beautiful view that I’ve experienced so far. The pools, the Kids Club, the bars, the Happy Hour, the View Restaurant..everything was excellent. It’s a beautiful resort. My only complaint would be the kids meals were low quality which was unexpected for the Ritz. I will definitely visit again!

Stayed at the beach front villa with direct access to the beach . It’s the best type of accommodation of all the rooms that the hotel offer. The staff really takes care of the beach. They smoothen the sand out and clean the beaches every morning. You wake up to a clean litter free beach. That’s really the bonus. However being so close to the beach, there is always people sitting infront of the villa. Less privacy and distracting the view. There is a block of water right at the steps before you enter the villa. That’s a very nice touch to clean and wash off sand before going into the villa and avoid too much sand in the room. Another good bonus. Another nice touch, clean towels were provided after every two days The front porch was good to hang out and chill. It was also good pls to dry wet cloths as there is not enough hooks and hangers. We were happy the villa comes with a bath tub. In general the entire villa is a lil rustic but it’s clean and still good condition The location is away from the noisy street which was good but it also means there is only a few restaurant/ shops option nearby. It still works for a short beach getaway. The water is pretty calm and shallow. Not much to see during snorkeling but it’s still fun to see fishes. The view of the beach at night is pretty and has a touch of Italy with all the lights on the hill. Overall a good experience and lovely stay

Beautiful classy hotel on one of the nicest beach in Ko Samui. Chaweng Noi beach was clean and quiet . One of the best things about this hotel is the location and the amazing friendly and helpful staff . Any issues were resolved very quickly and with a smile . Buffet breakfast was also very good with many Thai and international options . We also enjoyed yoga on the beach . Some of the hotel amenities like the towels and beach cushions were a bit worn and could do with renewing according to 5* standards, but in general it was really good value for money and the staff made it memorable , thank you .

We went on our honeymoon, and everything was fantastic and smooth. From check-in to check-out, the staff at Sala ensured we had everything we needed. Upon arrival, we were welcomed with mini macarons, a towelette, and coconut water. The check-in process was exciting, as we could choose our pillow types and room scent. Once we were checked in, the staff prepared a flower bath for us. They also provided an in-house app for easier requests and questions, just a chat away. During our five-day stay, room service would come in around 6 p.m. to check on us, make our bed, and leave us a ”goodnight drink” to help us sleep. They made sure we were well taken care of. The hotel is very conveniently located, with a 24-hour shop just a minute away and within walking distance of the central shopping center. The taxi service was easy, and breakfast was nice, with the option for halal meals (no pork or alcohol served).

Hi, I could not able to said all what was I got from here. It's easy to explain for what they have and actually all the facilities are visible from their photos. Then I would like to suggested this resort to who are looking for what I got from here and the answer is --the peacefully-- Everything about my stay here exceeded my expectations. The impression of the location, the size of the area, the vastness of the resort must be described as grand. Makes feel like I have entered another world surrounded by mountains, large trees, and a beach with a wide ocean view. Big and small islands lined up in front of the rooms viewing. Everything makes you forget the chaos of everyday life. Peace of soul and true sense of nature. This is a place that everyone should come to and leave the chaos for few days.

This hotel lives up to the standards of a Luxury Hotel. We were very impressed with the staff at the Hotel. There is a Chinese service at the front desk.Miss PeiPei`s service is very good.She speaks Chinese very well. We would like to return to this hotel if we have hte chance to experience a wonderful holiday.

We stayed at W Samui Hotel on this trip. We were deeply impressed by the enthusiasm and professionalism of the hotel staff. We thank the hotel staff for letting us spend a pleasant vacation time, especially the hotel customer service manager PeiPei, who gave us meticulous care and thoughtfulness. Thank you very much! During the period, because I wanted to play tennis, the hotel tennis court was temporarily unavailable, so the hotel arranged to send us to another hotel tennis court, which was considerate and meticulous, very good! All the staff of the hotel are very warm and friendly, and they really feel at home. I feel comfortable, warm and enthusiastic every day in the hotel! I wish all the staff of the hotel happiness and happiness every day! If I have the opportunity to come to Samui again, I will definitely choose W Hotel again. I made a note of a quiet room when I made a temporary order in the morning. When I arrived at the hotel around 12 noon, a very quiet room in the corner had been arranged. There was a solo traveler next door, and the child's sofa bed had been laid out, so I checked in immediately. It's much better than the Ritz-Carlton in Samui where I stayed this time (Lizi kept asking me to wait until after 3 o'clock to check in). I enjoyed complete natural tranquility here. The villa was very private and I slept very well. In front of you is the sea, next door is the rain forest, and you can see the starry sky above, far away from the hustle and bustle. I didn't hear any voices, cars, or music! The room inspection can be improved. The sticky cups, safe and scale were all broken. It took three uncles 40 minutes to finally replace them with new ones. The little sister who cleaned the house was very serious on the first day, and the cleaning on the second day was very serious. The two of them fooled around for five minutes and enjoyed the results of the little sister's careful cleaning. But these are small things. It's great if it can meet my core requirement of quietness. I have decided to stay here again next time I come to Samui. Thank you very much to the Chinese male manager who arranged the room at the front desk!

Location is ok, around 17 mins walk to central samui.  Breakfast is good, many choices Swimming pool is gigantic The beach is just footstep  away however the sea current was strong, it’s a bit hard to swim The pool access room is good,  Hotel staffs were all very nice  Dinner at the restaurant for Xmas, it’s 5,000 bahts for 2 adults and 1 little kid. It’s quite pricy given the bad food quality. Really not up to standard but 4 stars, can’t expect too high tho.
