GGuest UserI had a very satisfying stay! The entire room is controlled by XiaoDu voice assistant, which is very smart. The staff also helped me with a late check-out when I had an unexpected situation. The room experience was great and I highly recommend it.

YYan-plumNot bad at all! It's just across the road from Changshu Road Station on Metro Line 7. The hotel front desk staff are all very nice. They have a policy where you can't use hairdryers from 11 PM to 7 AM, which is a great idea to prevent late-night check-ins from disturbing other guests. If you have large luggage, it's probably best to store it at the front desk, otherwise, there might not be enough space in the room.

KKuailechuxing339This is an established hotel in Lujiazui, well-maintained with excellent service. They called me a day in advance and accommodated my request for an early check-in at 12 PM so my child could nap, which was fantastic! A definite thumbs-up. Our room faced the 'Three-piece Suit' (Lujiazui's iconic skyscrapers), and the light show on Shanghai Tower was beautiful.
After check-in, a foreign staff member (I forgot her name, but she was lovely) escorted us to our room and even gave my child crayons and a drawing book, which made her very happy. Before dinner at 5 PM, this wonderful staff member took us to the outdoor viewing deck on the 58th floor to enjoy the scenery. Lujiazui, the Huangpu River, and the Bund opposite, all bathed in the sunset glow, were dreamlike and poetic – truly breathtaking.
Breakfast offered a wide variety of dishes, both Chinese and Western, and the taste was superb. Enjoying a delicious breakfast while watching the Oriental Pearl Tower sparkle in the sunlight was such a joy. Even my 3-year-old said the hotel was beautiful and wants to come back again!

AAichimiantiaodemiaomiaoFacilities: Overall pretty good, considering it's not a new hotel. So, naturally, the facilities aren't as smart or modern as newly opened hotels, but they're still great, and the bedding is comfortable. The airport transfer and Disney shuttle services are incredibly convenient. It's close to Disney and offers excellent value for money.
Cleanliness: I decided to give it a try after reading the reviews, as I'd had a bad experience with a highly-rated B&B before, which was even more expensive. So, I decided to trust a major hotel chain. And it turns out I was right! The overall cleanliness is good; I did a thorough check of the room, and there was no dust or stains on the bedding. I felt very comfortable staying here with my child.
Environment: Upscale. After all, it's a premium Huazhu hotel. You can really trust the brand's positioning. Even if it weren't perfect, it would still be better than a small hotel. The floor-to-ceiling windows were lovely to look at and boosted my mood. The breakfast buffet was quite rich, with both Chinese and Western options. The noodle soup was good, and there's supper available after returning from Disney. Although it's just simple rice noodles, dumplings, and congee, it's incredibly comforting to have food available late at night after a tiring day.
Service: The front desk staff who checked me in were very enthusiastic and polite throughout. When I called for something to be delivered, it was brought to my room immediately.
If I come to Disney again, this will definitely be my first choice. My baby loved it.

Ambiance: The environment is incredibly comfortable. The public area's scent diffusers change daily, and they all smell wonderful; I particularly loved the mint.
Service: Unprecedented service, a truly full experience, much better than the Langham in Xintiandi.
Breakfast: This was the most delightful surprise. The breakfast had authentic Shanghainese specialties, and the taste was fantastic. The salami and smoked salmon were also of excellent quality.

GGuest UserPerfect location! You can take a ferry for just 2 RMB to the Oriental Pearl Tower across the river. The service was attentive and thoughtful. The breakfast restaurant offers views of the Oriental Pearl Tower. The food was fresh and clean, and a very enthusiastic server even recommended a new way for me to enjoy my coffee. Plus, the freshly ground Italian coffee is my absolute favorite; it's definitely on par with Ruixing (Luckin Coffee) across the street. The front desk also upgraded my room, saving me money as it was much cheaper than booking through ***********. This Shanghai trip was absolutely beautiful, and choosing this hotel was a beautiful decision. The hotel's name is beautiful, the front desk ladies are beautiful, the location is beautiful, and the view from the window is beautiful. It made me fall in love with the beauty of Shanghai. I love Shanghai!
