The hotel location is close to everything however, the hotel is next to a techno club/bar. I’m a heavy sleeper but I could not sleep! I thought all the other reviews are just being picky with the noise but they are NOT, it is very very LOUD. It doesn’t stop until 2am. The staff were very lovely, could not fault them. Shower room is little bit dirty and was slightly rusty but the cleaning is very well done, when we asked to have our room cleaned. Breakfast was delicious but it’s the same everyday.

Concorde is absolutely stunning, but it’s the people who make it truly special. From the moment we arrived we were greeted with genuine warmth, and every member of staff was friendly, attentive and professional without being stuffy.A delicious food and drinks , top Turkish coffee . I wanna say special Thank You to Mrs Tulay Basdemir she made are stay even more special her with recommendations and care.We can’t wait to return 🙂

Perfect location! Walking distance to everything! Friendly and helpful staff. Nothing is too much trouble. The room is cozy and bed comfortable.i stayed here 2 weeks and it felt like home. There is a restaurant next door that plays loud music until midnight so if you go to bed early and are a light sleeper donot stay in room 103. I stayed in that room one night and changed rooms. Pool side room or rooms in B building are much quiter. I opted for the dinner option and the restaurant was very good! I highly recommend this place and would definitely stay here again.

This review is from a Turkish speaking Tourist : Things I didn’t like : 1. The BUFFET is not worth it at all for a 5 Star Hotel = honestly it is very underwhelming, there aren’t many Turkish specialities and the desserts are truly just filled with SUGAR. The Coffee was extremely disappointing, it was essentially just hot water with a small coffee earthy aftertaste. Very disappointing for a country known for its strong coffee ! The snack bars have slushy machines that are never cleaned and don’t taste good at all. The ice-creams served in the hotel are essentially RUBBER. As a Turkish man myself, I was very shocked because our country is known for such amazing delicacies. The only great food night was Wednesday night called “TURKISH NIGHT” at the buffet, which they have every Wednesday. The rest of the week is simply generic food. 2. The staff “helping” customers book day trips and taxis is fully SCAMMING foreign customers = I asked this man to help me book a boat trip to SULUADA and he said it would cost me 60€/person. Not knowing that I was Turkish myself, he looked at my face and just wrote 60€ per person on a piece of paper and looked at me🤣 I then told him that i saw tickets on the KLOOK app at 25€ per person and he lied to me saying that I would have to pay at the boat a supplement. I tried leaving and he stopped me and said he could go down to 38€ per person 😂 so I bought the tickets on KLOOK and had an amazing day without any scams haha please don’t believe the prices from the man next to the reception. 3. The spa, the outdoor swimming pool and the fitness center all close at 8 pm. There is essentially nothing to do at the hotel after 8 😅 4. The Hotel clients is essentially made up of 90% RUSSIAN speakers haha I have never seen more Russians in my life, that’s not a truly bad thing just preparing you that the hotel really is trying to accommodate the Russian clientele as much as possible 😅 GOOD THINGS ABOUT THE HOTEL : 1. Maybe because I was a Turkish speaker = the staff (beside the lying salesman haha) was very kind, very much the Turkish warmth and inviting culture. Very much appreciated. 2. For alcohol drinkers, the bar is unlimited if you book the all inclusive pass. 3. The outdoor pool is nice. 4. The check in and checkout process is very simple, but could be also because I speak turkish. 5. There are a few little supermarkets if you want snacks like ice creams, also beautiful walking roads along the beach.

The hotel is conveniently located, about a 20-25 minute walk from Kaleici and 30 minutes from Konakli beach. We had a triple room; it was generally small, but clean and tidy, and perfectly adequate for us. The room was equipped with a fridge, wardrobe, kettle, air conditioning, shower, and toilet, all in working order. The wardrobe was quite spacious, fitting all our belongings comfortably. The room was cleaned daily. Do note that the rooms don't have balconies, which makes drying clothes a bit tricky. We used their paid drying service downstairs, which cost 5 euros per bag. The staff are friendly. There are Russian-speaking staff, though we communicated in English at the front desk. We didn't use the pool; it looked like it wasn't cleaned daily, so we didn't chance it. There's a currency exchange nearby with a good rate, and directly opposite the hotel, a restaurant where you can enjoy a tasty meal if you don't fancy walking far.

A wonderful hotel! We checked in four hours early, room 204. It was spotlessly clean, had a huge, comfortable bed, a minibar stocked with refreshments, and plush, soft robes – just like in a luxury hotel! The location is magical, like living in a museum! The coffee and snacks offered to guests are essentially complimentary breakfasts of excellent quality! The staff takes care of guests and the hotel from morning until night; everyone is very kind and attentive. The only inconvenience we encountered was that the TV in our room didn't work, but we only stayed two days, so we got by without it. Overall, we were absolutely delighted with the hotel!

If you want to enjoy your breakfast with both sea and mountain views and feel just like at home, this is the place you should choose. Located in an area that allows you to reach the city center directly and access all kinds of amenities. With its friendly and highly helpful staff, this hotel offers a high-quality service that will exceed your expectations.

The place was perfect for tourists to explore the ancient city areas and the nearest gulf and coast. I recommend it as one of the best in street . The staff was so good and the breakfast is as good as the reputation of the place. The only downside to notice was the water bottles , you have to buy after the first 2 free ones you get in first day , also because of the long history of the place some of the aminities in the room needs some fixation like the toilet watering , we didn't ask for fixation of the problem because we were in hurry to go to next destination or else I think they would fix the problem as soon as we told them . Again , I recommend the place it's so pretty and elegant.

I would highly recommend this hotel for a short rest before or after your trip. It’s an absolute must for some relaxation and recovery either after a long flight or in preparation for one. An oasis amid dusty roads, yet just 7 minutes from the airport. I tried the spa and didn’t regret it — the service was excellent. Just be aware that the prices are comparable to London, but well worth it. My room was spacious, well-equipped, and had a lovely view of the outdoor pool. I also used the indoor pool, which was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was a delight, especially with the company of a fluffy resident cat. The staff were professional, polite, and spot-on with taxi timing. One more thing worth mentioning — the hotel offers a very comfortable transfer service, even late at night. Modern hotel , clean , massive outdoor swimming pool , indoor swimming pool , sauna , steam room, all included in price , We went all-inclusive they offered breakfast from 7am till 10am then a late breakfast from 10am till 11am Lunch was served from 12.30pm till 2.30pm plenty of selections from crossaints , toast , cereals all your meats ham , chicken, omelette freshly prepared sausages, even the traditional Turkish delight, the hotel had a range of foods, dinner had cooking stations different food every day roast chicken , lamb donner meat , pasta station, chicken skewers, grilled chicken , meatballs chips soups lots of selections and a range of desserts from cheese cake, Swiss rolls , fruit apples bananas oranges , choclate mouses Also supper consists of a range of soups with breads pancakes , list goes on , There was a diet menu with salads , also coffee and cake is avalaible at 3pm till 4pm I'm bar area , The bar is free drinks from 10am till 11pm excellent service cocktails included , only do half pints though found that strange , Table service drinks were always topped up didn't need to queue at bar and they were so friendly and a great staff team restaurant staff bringing water to the table , Reception is open 24 hours , security on gates only hotel guests allowed in , they offered a spa on site very expensive loads of better value else where , there is a shop on site , also taxi rank is outside cost £18 in taxi from airport to hotel and £12 back from the rank plenty of bars and restaurants and shopping centres in area and dentists if looking for work Lovely views of sea and mountains ,
