Slightly underwhelming experience. 1) Check-in and overall experience with staff: Just OK. No one was at reception upon arrival, but a guy eventually came and he was friendly. A girl at the breakfast area was also quite warm, but other than that, most others don't really interact with guests. 2) Location: It was clear before booking it was slightly off the old city, but there really was nothing within walking distance. No restaurants or shops to get food. One can walk to the old city (~20 mins) but the roads are unpaved and there is no street lighting at night. However, the hotel provides free shuttle service to the West Gate and the train station; very helpful. 3) Breakfast: Small spread but quite tasty. I recommend installing a coffee machine. 4) Amenities: The room was spacious and comfortable, but the water supply was very erratic. The first morning there was no water supply for hours, while the pressure became weak and the toilet couldn't flush on the second morning. Overall, it was quite average, but given the low price, I think it's still OK for budget conscious travellers who don't mind being away from the centre of Khiva.

First of all, I booked this hotel because all the other hotels in the centre of Khiva look so outdated. You guys can see their toilet. Location wise a bit far. Need Yandex to go to city centre. But it is ok. Not bad. The bad part - NO AC IN THE ROOM. They have like a cooler but it didn’t help that much. Another bad part, the water pressure were not consistent. And a bit horror because no body else stay in this hotel during my stay. And the turn off some of the lights in the hotel, maybe to save electricity bill. The receptionists all were very helpful.

Because the hotel room in the ancient city of Shiva was suddenly cancelled, this twin room was temporarily booked. On the night of check-in, I gave the big bed room, and contacted Trip.com urgently. I finally lived in the twin room before 2 am. The hotel is very new, the occupancy rate is not high, and the overall experience is good.

Отличный аутентичный, чистый и гостеприимный отель. Хорошие завтраки, кафе и ресторан в 30 метрах. В пешей доступности от ”старого” города. Отдельное спасибо сотрудникам рецепшен. Нам все понравилось.

Excellent hotel. Great beautiful hotel complex on the beach of the lake. There are all cafes, aquaparks, shops on the territory. Clean cozy rooms with a balcony exit. There is not enough table and chairs on the balcony. At peak hour there is a water problem. But we got up early and did not experience problems. You can get to any Hiva spot either by taxi 20,000 sums or on a 10,000 sums for two or back. You can walk from the old city in the area of an hour.

Prima hotel. Ruimte, nette kamer. Behulpzaam personeel. Ligt naast het treinstation maar wel buiten de oude binnenstad.

The room is spacious and comfortable, about 5 minutes walk from the ancient city, quiet in the middle of noisy, there are kittens in the hotel, very cute, provide daily room cleaning, with bottled water, very recommended
