It is one of the best hotel in Chittagong. I hope i will come back again and again!!! It was such a beautiful place, hugely lobby, very friendly staff with lovely reception team and special thanks to Mr. Moniruzzaman Howlader (Chief Concierge ) and with his team members for providing me the great hospitality. I remember Mr. Elias bell man who is taking care of my luggage and taking me to the room . This time , I stayed for one night. for my business meeting. my room no was: 1615. overall, it was one of the best hotels i ever visited, especially the food. The swimming pool and spa was one of my favourite things about the hotel. The staff were very professional. clean and hygienic, the beds were really comfortable, Radisson Blu Chittagong Bay View offers there guests an unforgettable lodging experience in Chittagong. Stay within walking distance in front side M. A. Aziz Stadium and at the right site Chittagong Club Limited. in this commercial capital, and enjoy proximity to The hotel lies just a 10-minute drive from the city's business hub and 30 minutes from Shah Amanat International Airport (CGP). Date of stay: 12 september 2024

Unfortunately food was not good according to my taste. Rather expensive too!

As I have been staying here at Peninnsula Chittagong over 1week many times, I have been very happy that all stuff are very polite and kindly to serve me the excellent treatment every time. All and especially one gentlemen Sohel at 3rd floor restaurant is the great , all most all I have forgotten this is out of my country with his dedicated service and the conversation with me like my family. I so much appreciate and for sure would like to be back sooner for next visit. Thank you so much again. AMANO

Mohín gave us the most excellent service during our stay. We are a group of foreigners and we felt safe and taken care of during our whole stay. The location is convenient and the facilities are clean. The location is very close to the night market, making it a great place for exploring the city

This hotel is little bit old fashioned, but still works well, the door men is especially nice and helpful, thanks for their warm help.

The bedding, in room dinning and all the pool activities were really fun. All the staffs and members are really co-operative and friendly. You must try this traditional restaurant named ” Appayon / আপ্যায়ন ” and all their traditional cuisines are really tasty. All though they have a lot of policies but all are for ensuring a better experience at the hotel.

It was a great and eye-catching lobby.Staff were really helpful but sofas in family room was dirty and they really had to change it.However in the couples room,the sofas were huge and not as dirty.The breakfast timing:7-10am;must as early as possible or u will have to line in a long queue.Staff cannot control people getting out of the line and complaining.The infinity pool’s view is outstanding but like breakfast,it get stuffed with people and it isn’t the best place for couples or family.There is no bathtub in bathroom.Beds and bedroom looks really nice and luxurious.Although the bathrooms really need to be renovated.

I arrived in bangladesh for a very short holiday trip and was scrolling down google and trip advisor to find a place where can i spend some quality time with my wife. Luckily my eyes stopped at mermaid eco resort which is few k/m away from the main city. As im living in a island im not much interested in sandy beach instead I prefer green natural house style villas. Afterwards I started to checking out reviews on google and trip advisor about this resort. Most of the reviews was very positive and guest’s are especially mentioned about the professional service and they also mentioned the staff has the availability to treat the guests as a family member. I didn’t take longer to secure my booking and contacted one of their receptionist. They email me every detail about the package and prices. I have chooser 2 days honey moon package which was cost me 20 thousand including 3 times foods in a day. And luckily this month they offered 50% discount on every villa so i take the opportunity and choosen 2 days one bedroom villas extra on top including breakfast which does cost me more and less 6500 taka. I checked in due the time and was surprise the way they welcomed us. It was really good. Then he bring two fresh papaya juices as a welcome drink and guided us go to our most waited villa. As soon as we entered our villa it was totally making us feel like a home. Every single thing they designed to the room was hand crafted and neat and clean. From the receiptionist to restaurant and house keeping stuff was treated us like a family member. Whatever we asked they never said no. The customer service was totally followed by European standards and all the single stuff was well educated and well mannered. I never felt insecure with my wife in my entire holiday on the resort. They treated us very well and I would like to recommend this mermaid eco resort to everyone who’s looking forward a place which is out city and close to nature. Every single euro i had spent there was value for money. Me and my wife would love appreciate the entire team. Hope to see you guys within few years. I, my spouse and daughters really liked the hotel. It has a nice environment, a great coffee shop (Rio Coffee), very cordial staff, good security, good COVID-19 protocol maintenance, and a good front desk. We got rooms in suits where three rooms and common living space is available. Staff have a great attitude and are always proactive to assist or give support. It's really appreciable. The location of the hotel is at the center of the city and a semi-luxury area. However, all types of restaurants (luxurious to moderate) are available within walking distance. A large pharmacy is within two minutes of walk. The hotel is at the entrance of a residential area and it has given the advantage of a quieter environment within a busy part of the city. Breakfast is served on the rooftop. You can enjoy a good view of part of the city if there is no rain. The breakfast is good except with some variety except the juice items. I have felt that they need to change the juice products and can give fresh juices. It's good for a family stay. I will try to stay there again if I go to Chittagong city.

Booked this hotel for 2 nights stay in Cox’s Bazar. The hotel is in between Laboni and Kolatoli beach area. The hotel has no beach view. It is located at the 2nd row of the roads from the beach. Behind Seagull hotel. 1. The check in and check out processes were smooth. 2. Rooms are well furnished and clean. 3. Hotel serves 2 bottles of water per day. 4. Bathroom is spacious and clean with sufficient toiletries. 5. Breakfast was good but with little options. 6. Wi-fi was poor. 7. The hotel has parking facility. We kept our car in their parking area.
