Summary of Experience 1.Check-In: The check-in desk was efficient and friendly. 2.Dining Experience: I stayed for 4 nights, enjoying 4 breakfasts, 2 buffet dinners, and 1 dinner at the Italian restaurant on the 20th floor. Unfortunately, the overall service did not meet the standards of a 5-star hotel. At breakfast, coffee was not served despite ordering, and during the buffet dinner, I was asked to settle my bill within the first hour due to a crowded restaurant. 3.Room Amenities: The mini-fridge in my room was non-functional, and I chose not to request a replacement. 4.Pest Issues: I encountered mosquitoes in my room. After informing the front desk, anti-mosquito spray was applied. 5.Billing Confusion: My most significant issue occurred during my first meal at the Italian restaurant. After signing the bill with my room number, I received a call asking for credit card payment. Initially, I thought this was standard procedure. I requested the waiter to verify my guest status with the front desk, explaining my stay was registered with my passport. However, five minutes later, the waiter knocked on my door with a payment machine, insisting I settle the bill. This was both embarrassing and confusing, as I had already verified my status. Despite my attempts to clarify, I felt pressured to pay after a long flight and a full day of meetings. When I contacted the front desk for clarity, I was told the issue was due to not providing a deposit, which I was never informed about at check-in. I emailed the hotel manager the following day but did not receive a response. 6. Check-out: I was incorrectly charged for mini-bar expenses, but the front desk ultimately waived the charges.

A Memorable Stay at Ramada Cox's Bazar My wife and I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Ramada in Cox's Bazar, and it was an experience we won't soon forget. Our trip started with an unexpected hiccup – a fire incident at Dhaka Airport forced us to take an overnight bus to Cox's Bazar. Arriving at the hotel on October 19th, we were understandably anxious about the room availability. However, Ms. Fatima at the reception truly turned our experience around. Sensing our worry, she skillfully arranged an upgrade to a room with a stunning view. Her professionalism and kindness immediately impressed us and set the tone for a wonderful stay. The hotel's location is simply unbeatable, with direct access to the beautiful, endless sandy beach. The rooftop restaurant offered breathtaking views, adding to the overall charm. Having traveled extensively, we were particularly impressed with the hotel's services. Our room was immaculate, with excellent bed comfort and cleanliness. The staff was well-mannered and proficient in English, making communication effortless. The lobby was also well-presented and inviting. We would like to extend our sincere gratitude to the following staff members who made our stay exceptional: Ms. Fatima, Mr. Salim (the shuttle bus driver), the customer service team at the reception, the staff at the restaurants on levels 2 and 12, the chefs, floor staff, housekeeping, security personnel, and the porters. Everyone contributed to making our stay truly memorable. We highly recommend Ramada in Cox's Bazar to anyone looking for a remarkable hotel experience.

All over the experience was good. The hotel is nearer to the laboni and sugandha beach. So easily anyone can walk and reach the shore within 10 minutes. All the Burmese shop are 5 minute walking distance and affordable than anywhere else. Most of the known restaurants like al goni, handi, palongki ar nearer and we do not have any trouble to find out a place for dining. We got a buffet breakfast for two morning of our stay and there are varieties in menus for two days so it became enjoyable as there is no significant repeatation. But if Desert item and fruit juice were available, it'be topnotch hospitality. The swimming pool is just amazing and we had fun there. At a time I felt I was drowning in the pool don’t know how, the responsible person was running towards me for my scream and made me relaxed. Thanks to them. We got a room for two bed for four people and everything was quite good. But the thing I mention about the hotel is the cleanliness. As a 5 star hotel the management should be more cautious about cleanliness of room and washroom they serve us. The common washroom in lobby are too odorous that no one can use it. The washroom in the prior room was not so clean. The room bed cover and comforter are not so clean as well. If they look into this, the Hotel Cox Today will be the first choice ever. Apart from front desk receptionist who never smiled, greeted or said anything that might make travellers/ customers feel welcome, other staff were helpful and friendly. However, as the first person travellers encounter and deal with inside the hotel, after helpful bellboy taking our cases as we approached the front door, and doorman greeting us, this young lady could use a’refresher’ in PR / customer service and basic politeness! The hotel was renovated in 2023 but the carpet in our room could use a thorough steam cleaning, in fact the attractive decor and overall impression are undercut by a badly stained carpet, something vacuuming cannot remedy. Both my husband and I found the mattress uncomfortable- we like firm but this was hard - ‘like a board! I noted, and did not sleep well, turning frequently from one side to another. Had we stayed longer than two days, we would have asked to move rooms or have a ‘topper’ added. There were several good restaurants in the neighbourhood as well as a buzzy night market. Centrally located, we were able to access tourist sites easily by tuk tuk.

We had an excellent stay at Sayeman Beach Resort in Cox’s Bazar. We traveled as a family of 7, and the experience was smooth and enjoyable from start to finish. The rooms were clean, spacious, and very comfortable, with beautiful views that made our stay even more relaxing. The staff were courteous, attentive, and always ready to help, which really stood out to us. The beach access was perfect, and the overall ambiance of the resort was calm and family-friendly. We also enjoyed the food—there was a good variety, and everything we tried was fresh and tasty. Traveling with a larger group can sometimes be challenging, but the resort handled everything very well, making our vacation stress-free and memorable. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and we would definitely recommend this resort to anyone visiting Cox’s Bazar, especially families.

The hotel is run by the military. The staff are very welcoming and helpful, always willing to assist with any needs. They are especially friendly to Chinese people. I stay at their hotel every time I visit Chittagong.

The hotel is great. Nothing to complain about. If Radisson is a bit too pricey for you , this is a great alternative for premium hotel. Everything is upto par for a 4/5 star hotel service. If you do decide to dine in hotel, be ready to pay an extremely high price. A simple salad will set you back more than $10 with tax and service charge. Went to the hotel bar and a single shot of whiskey cost around $9. Even more expensive than in the US lol.

Nice hotel but very much noise in the night someone was having a party with some people till 0400 am. .sorry to say but chittagong is not an easy city to visit .need to be there for business and a hotel must be a quite clean and silent place for their guests. They didn't really succeed .also it hotel is outdated and need renovation . Not easy to charge your phone but it's clean and bed was oke.

I recently stayed at the Sea Pearl Hotel, and I had nothing but positive impressions! From the moment I arrived, I was pleasantly surprised by the attentiveness and friendliness of the staff. Every employee was ready to help and make my stay as comfortable as possible. The food at the hotel is simply delightful! There are 3 restaurants and a small coffee shop. Every day they offered a variety of dishes, and I was able to enjoy both local cuisine and Italian and Indian delicacies. I must mention the freshness of the ingredients and the magnificent presentation of the dishes. The fish restaurant with tables by the pool was particularly pleasing. There are several bars with alcoholic beverages. And by the way, the signature handmade Belgian chocolate was a real hit. The hotel offers two pools: one free and one paid. Both pools are very clean and well-maintained, and the atmosphere around them, with pleasant music, creates excellent conditions for relaxation. I especially liked the paid pool – there were always enough places to relax. The spa was super, thanks for the massages! The water park was also super. In terms of service and comfort, this hotel is entirely comparable to the best resorts in Turkey and Egypt. A huge thank you to the general manager for organizing such a wonderful vacation! I will definitely return here again and recommend it to anyone looking for the perfect place to stay in Cox's Bazar!

Our group of nine had excellent service with airport shuttle available. The hotel was new, had a large swimming pool, and was very close to the beach. It was a rare local hotel that catered well to Chinese tastes. The hotel's fusion cuisine was reasonably priced and tasty, but the breakfast buffet wasn't quite to everyone's liking. The fried noodles, however, were quite good.
